To provide a sticking apparatus capable of suppressing turning-up of an end of a sticking body. A sticking apparatus extrudes a sticking body from a tip in a protruding direction of a head member while moving the tip in a protruding direction of the head member along a target range, and sticks the sticking body to the target range. Extrusion speed of the sticking body becomes smaller than movement speed of the head member from a start of sticking of the sticking body with respect to the target range to a first time point, extrusion speed of the sticking body becomes larger than movement speed of the head member from the first time point to a second time point, and extrusion speed of the sticking body becomes smaller than movement speed of the head member from the second time point to sticking completion of the sticking body with respect to the target range.

Sticking apparatus

A conductive element having good solderability and the manufacturing method thereof. A metal wire having a circular section and tin-plated along its whole circumference is prepared and pressed by a pressing machine from the side directions until the metal wire becomes almost flat. By this, a strip of thin plate-like member is formed. Then, a conductive silicone base adhesive is applied to one surface (one pressed surface) of the plate-like member and dried. Thus, the conductive element comprising the plate-like member and the conductive elastomer joined to the pressed surface thereof is obtained.

Conductive element and manufacturing method thereof

A pushbutton switch comprising a main body and a contact member supported by thin radial flanges. The main body is integrally molded of synthetic resin and composed of a plurality of switch buttons with cavities and open bottoms, thin flexible portions provided in communication with the peripheries of the switch buttons, and a base plate provided in communication with the peripheries of the flexible portions for supporting the switch buttons via the flexible portions. The contact member is made of conductive material at least at its bottom and is inserted into the cavity of the switch button. The thin flanges project from the contact member and are pressed onto the inner surface of the switch button so as to support the contact member to be movable in the axial direction of the switch button. The thin flanges can absorb vibration generated when the switch button is pressed hard and prevent the contact member from vibrating and chattering. When the button switch is obliquely pressed, the relative angle between the contact member and the switch button is changed so that the contact member comes in perfect contact with the contact points. In addition, the manufacturing operation to insert the contact member into the cavity of the switch button is remarkably simple.

An electronic display fixation device which comprises at least two holding members (4, 5, 41) formed at one of the transverse edges of the plate-like rest (3, 43) so as to pivot via hinges (12, 13) for retaining an electronic display 2, engaging members (14, 15) formed at another transverse edge of the rest as opposed to the hinges (12, 13) for engaging each free end of the holding members (4, 5, 41) at the position where the abovementioned electronic display is retained by the holding members, and fixing members (7, 8) extending from the back surface of the plate-like rest for fixing the rest on the circuit board.

Described herein is a light emitting diode holder, including a seat block with lead wire holes widened toward the top surface of the block, and confronting pairs of gripper arms on opposite sides of the seat block and provided with locking projections at the upper ends thereof. The LED holder permits insertion of external lead wires of a light emitting diode in sockets on a circuit board, and is capable of securely holding a light emitting portion of the diode in position. Fixation of a light emitting diode on the holder can be confirmed by a click sound from the gripper arms.

A device for fixing an electronic display, in which the platelike electronic display 2 is put on a flat platelike rest 1 and supported on a printed wiring board 37 by support members (43 and 44) and which includes holding members (11 and 12) which are integrally conjoined to a pair of opposed edges of the platelike rest 1 by flexible coupling portions (8 and 9) and which are bent to hold the electronic display 2 after the display 2 is put on the rest 1, engaging elements (15, 16, 17 and 18) provided on the holding members (11 and 12) and engaged with engaging members (21, 22, 23 and 24) provided on the platelike rest 1, to fix the bent holding members (11 and 12), positioning members 6 which project from another edge of the platelike rest 1 and with which an edge of the electronic display 2 is brought into contact, and clamping members (28 and 29) which are provided on the holding members (11 and 12) and which are brought into pressure contact with the ends of the electronic display 2 from opposite the positioning members 6 when the holding members (11 and 12) are bent to hold the display 2.

A cord bushing including a body portion and a lid portion defining a passage for holding a cord and being fittable into a first aperture in an outer panel of an electrical apparatus, flanges provided at one end of the body portion and lid portion and having outer diameters greater than the first aperture, grooves formed in the body portion and the lid portion adjacent to the flanges for locking the body portion and the lid portion in the outer panel, and a falling-off preventing bar in the form of a rod extending from the flange of the body portion substantially in the same direction as the passage and adapted to be inserted into a second aperture when the body portion and lid portion are fitted into the first aperture, the falling-off preventing bar being provided with a check member which prevents the falling-off preventing bar from being extracted once it passes through the second aperture.

Described herein is a substrate fastener having resilient coupling members at the opposite ends of a strut member, characterized in that the coupling members are resiliently engageable in mounting holes of substrates to be fastened to each other, and at least one of the coupling members is connected to the strut member through a flexible hinge of a synthetic resin material. Accordingly, the fastener occupies only small areas on the substrates, permitting to mount electronic parts on the substrates in higher packaging density. The connected substrates can be freely turned into a horizontal or vertical position if desired.

Described herein is a substrate fastener having a pair of inclined resilient coupling members at the opposite ends of a strut member, the coupling members being resiliently lockable in mounting holes provided in substrates to be fixed. A vertical substrate of a printed wiring board can be fixed in upright position on a horizontal printed wiring board easily and securely by the use of the fastener. Since the substrate fastener occupies only small areas on the substrates, it permits to improve the density of electronic parts which can be practically mounted on the printed wiring boards.

A plate holder adapted to be connected in a mounting hole formed in a mounting plate, in which two holding plates are erected on a base perpendicularly in spaced relation to each other, and outside the holding plates are provided elastic non-return pieces adapted to be elastically retained in the mounting hole of the mounting plate. Such construction permits the plate holder to be used even where there is not much space below a plate to be held, used also as a guide rail and facilitates inspection.
