A building boards loading structure which loads plural building boards, being similar sheets, on a pallet. The building boards loading structure has plural packages, and the packages have plural building boards and plural bands. The plural building boards are banded at plural locations by the plural bands, and the plural packages are stacked vertically, to provide an upper and lower package in regard to two packages, and loaded on a pallet. The locations of bands in each upper and lower package which is loaded on the pallet are different from each other in relation to the lateral direction. The location of bands in a lowest package which is loaded on the pallet is different, in relation to the lateral direction, from the location of the stringers and an entry in the pallet for inserting a fork of a fork lift truck.

A system for manufacturing a stack the manufacture of which involves pressing/clamping and curing where improved productivity is imparted to that system by improving upon a stack transfer system. The manufacturing system comprises a press machine 1 for pressing/clamping a stack and for unclamping the stack; a curing chamber 20 for curing the stack pressed/clamped; and first and second transfer device connecting said press machine and the curing chamber, the first transfer device being in charge of a step of transfer of the stack pressed/clamped by means of the press machine therefrom to the curing chamber, the second transfer device being in charge of a step to transfer of the stack cured in the curing chamber therefrom to the press machine. A waiting station may be provided between the press machine 1 and the curing chamber 20 to put a cured stack on standby at the waiting station and then deliver the cured stack to the press machine.`

A method of manufacturing wood-cement board and an apparatus used in the method are provided in the present invention. The method of manufacturing wood-cement board comprising strewing a raw materials mixture of wood-cement board on a mold panel to form a mat, piling up a plural number of the mats with the mold panels, pre-pressing the piled mats to reduce the thickness of each mat, piling up a plural number of the pre-pressed mat, main-pressing the pre-pressed and piled mats and curing the piled mats being main-pressed and the apparatus used in the method consists of a piling up machine piling up a plural number of mats formed on a mold panel, a pre-press machine pre-pressing the piled mats to reduce the thickness of each mat, a main-piling up machine piling up a plural number of the pre-pressed mats, a main-pressing machine main-pressing the pre-pressed and piled mats, and a curing chamber curing the piled mats being main-pressed. In the present invention, since a plural number of mats are piled up before pre-press process, the pressure effecting on the piled mats can be released slowly to prevent the generation of big negative pressure between mats without delaying pre-press process.
