A vehicle may include a vehicle body, a door, a window frame, a window panel, a lower support and an anti-vibration member. The window panel may be provided in the window frame, configured to be manually raised and lowered, and supported to movable between an upper limit position where the window panel closes an opening of the window frame and a lower limit position where the window panel opens the opening of the window frame. The lower support may include a groove. The groove may be configured to receive a lower edge of the window panel when the window panel is located at the lower limit position. The anti-vibration member may have viscoelasticity, disposed in the groove of the lower support, and configured to hold the window panel from both sides of the window panel.

Vehicle

A vehicle door includes a window and further includes window glass, an outer panel made of resin, and a belt molding. The outer panel is placed outwardly in the vehicle width direction from the window glass and faces the window glass in at least part of the peripheral edge of the opening. The belt molding is fixed to the inner surface of the outer panel facing the window glass and seals a gap between the window glass and the outer panel. The belt molding includes a base member and a belt molding body. The base member is bonded to the inner surface of the outer panel and has an attachment surface facing the window glass. The belt molding body is supported on the attachment surface of the base member via a plurality of fixed points provided such that the fixed points are distanced from each other.

Vehicle door

A vehicle described in the present specification is configured such that a door includes an outer panel, a door trim, window glass configured to be manually raised and lowered, a belt molding, and a knob. The window glass is supported movably between an upper limit position at which the window glass closes an opening of a window frame and a lower limit position at which the window glass opens the opening of the window frame. The knob is configured to be gripped by a user who operates the window glass. The door trim includes a recess configured to face the knob and form a space when the window glass is placed at the lower limit position, the space being formed to receive a hand of the user, the hand gripping the knob.

A vehicle may include: a window frame; a window glass pane configured to be manually raised and lowered with respect to the window frame; a hook fixed to an inner surface of the window glass pane; a bracket fixed to the window frame and configured to engage with the hook in a state where the window glass pane is in a fully closed position; and a cover covering a lower end of the bracket. A surface of the bracket may include a portion exposed from the cover, the portion being configured to be in contact with the hook in a state where the bracket engages with the hook.

A vehicle may include a vehicle body, a door, a window frame, a window panel, a lower support and a stopper. The window panel may be provided in the window frame, configured to be manually raised and lowered, and supported to be movable between an upper limit position where the window panel closes an opening of the window frame and a lower limit position where the window panel opens the opening of the window frame. The lower support may include a groove. The groove may be configured to receive a lower edge of the window panel when the window panel is located at the lower limit position. The stopper may be disposed in the groove of the lower support and include an abutting surface configured to abut the lower edge of the window panel, wherein the abutting surface may be curved to protrude upward.

A vehicle lower section structure includes a battery unit that is disposed below a floor panel, a sliding door that is provided to a side section of a vehicle body, and a lower hinge that is attached to a lower portion of the sliding door, that supports the sliding door with respect to the vehicle body such that the sliding door is capable of sliding in a vehicle front-rear direction, and that is disposed further toward a vehicle upper side than the battery unit.

Vehicle lower section structure

A battery mounting structure, includes: a battery pack mounted below a floor pan of a vehicle cabin; a vehicle body framework member to which a vehicle horizontal direction end portion of the floor pan is joined; and a sealing member that has resilience and that plugs a gap between the battery pack and the vehicle body framework member.

In a battery case for a vehicle that houses a battery, at a vertical direction intermediate portion of one of an inner panel or an outer panel, there is formed a bulging portion which bulges out toward another of the inner panel or the outer panel and is joined to the other of the inner panel or the outer panel by spot welding, closed cross-section portions are formed at a side wall at both an upper side and a lower side of the bulging portion, respectively, and weld points of the spot welding that join the inner panel and the outer panel are disposed at positions that do not overlap with supporting members as seen from a direction in which the inner panel and the outer panel face one another.

Battery case for vehicle and method of manufacturing of battery case

A joining structure for a vehicle includes: a panel formed of resin; a temporary holding member, formed of metal, formed in a hat shape in cross-section, and having a top wall and a pair of flange portions, the pair of flange portions being fastened to the panel; a reinforcing member, formed of metal, welded to the top wall, and being disposed so as to face the panel; and a thermosetting adhesive, provided between the panel and the reinforcing member, and joining the panel and the reinforcing member.

Joining structure and joining method for vehicle

The present disclosure provides a vehicle roof structure including: a left and right pair of roof side rails configuring part of a roof section of a vehicle body, the roof side rails are supported by a center pillar configuring part of the vehicle body and extend along a vehicle front-rear direction; a roof reinforcement portion formed of fiber reinforced plastic, the roof reinforcement portion disposed between the roof side rails so as to extend along a vehicle width direction; and a coupling section formed of metal, the coupling section couples the roof side rails and the roof reinforcement portion, and includes a weak section, the weak section deforms under a collision load in the vehicle width direction prior to the roof reinforcement portion undergoing bending deformation under the collision load.

An automobile pillar structure is provided that includes a transparent portion that configures a skeleton of a pillar of a vehicle, the transparent portion being made of transparent resin, and being disposed such that a lengthwise direction thereof coincides with a vehicle vertical direction; and a glass holding portion that is disposed at least at a vehicle width direction outer side of the transparent portion, and that holds a glass, the glass holding portion being configured such that width dimension along a direction intersecting the lengthwise direction of the transparent portion is set equal to or less than an interpupillary distance of a driver.

Automobile pillar structure

A sound insulation member has a fitting portion and a sealing portion. The fitting portion is attached to at least one of a door front-side end portion and a door rear-side end portion of an inner weather strip that is disposed at an upper portion of a door inner panel, and is fitted into the inner weather strip. Vehicle pillar structure

A front-side guide member is provided on an interior-side face of a rear edge part of the fixed panel which is adjacent to the movable panel. The front-side guide member includes a front-side guide groove provided along the rear edge part. The front-side guide groove is opened toward a front edge part. A front-side slide member is provided on an interior-side face of a front edge part of the movable panel which is adjacent to the fixed panel. The front-side slide member includes a front slider provided along the front edge part and is bent toward a rear edge part. The front slider is fitted to the front-side guide groove.
