There is provided a polyester coating composition having excellent action of preventing deposition of outdoor stain and stain caused by rainfall, being capable of extending a period of time (pot life) from the mixing to the coating, and comprising (A) a polyester resin, (B) one or more of fluorine-containing organosilicon compounds having a fluorine content of 5 to 30% by mass, (C) one or more of aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds having hydroxyl group and 1 to 10 carbon atoms, in which a part of hydrogen atoms bonded to carbon atom may be substituted by fluorine atoms and/or one or more of alkoxy compounds having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, in which a part of hydrogen atoms bonded to carbon atom may be substituted by fluorine atoms, and (D) an organic solvent.

Coating composition

There is provided a laminated article having a coating film surface being excellent in sliding property, transparency, abrasion resistance, stain-proofing property and chemical resistance, particularly a laminated article having a silicone rubber substrate. Laminated article having excellent stain-proofing property and interlayer adhesion and method of production of same

There is provided a curable fluorine-containing polymer composition which is rapidly cured at relatively low temperature by hydrosilylation reaction to form a coating film having not only high hardness and flexibility but also water- and oil-repellency, thereby giving stain-proofing effect for a long period of time, especially maintaining property of removing and wiping-off stain. The curable fluorine-containing polymer composition comprises a fluorine-containing polymer comprising a fluorinated ethylenic monomer unit and an un-fluorinated ethylenic monomer unit, in which a part or the whole of the un-fluorinated ethylenic monomer units are units represented by the formula: where Ris hydrogen atom or methyl group; Ris a hydrocarbon group having ethylenic C&#x2550;C; X is &#x2014;C(O)NH&#x2014; or &#x2014;C(O)&#x2014;; Ris &#x2014;O&#x2014;, &#x2014;O[CH(R)]O&#x2014;, &#x2014;(CH)O&#x2014;, &#x2014;OC(O)&#x2014;(CH)O&#x2014; or &#x2014;(CH)OC(O)&#x2014;(CH)O&#x2014;, where Ris &#x2014;H, &#x2014;OH, &#x2014;CHOH or &#x2014;O&#x2014;X&#x2014;R, a siloxane compound having hydrogen atom bonded to silicon atom, a catalyst for hydrosilylation reaction, and a siloxane compound having no hydrogen atom bonded to silicon atom.

Curable fluorine-containing polymer composition

There is provided a coating composition which comprises (A) a synthetic resin having functional group, (B) a stain-proofing component which is a liquid polydialkylsiloxane having functional group or a liquid fluoropolyether having functional group and (C) a curing agent, and the composition is excellent in a stain-proofing property, particularly removability of oily stain, thereby enabling scribbling to be easily wiped off, and is suitable for outdoor coating being excellent in weather resistance and adhesion.

To provide a fluorine-containing copolymer having functional group which contains a hydrocarbon vinyl ether unit having functional group and a tetrafluoroethylene unit, has a fluorine content of not less than 10% by weight, is insoluble in tetrahydrofuran substantially, is excellent in adhesion to a substrate and makes it possible to carry out crosslinking easily.

Fluctional fluorocopolymer

To provide a powder coating composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of fluorine-containing resin and 1 to 40 parts by weight of tetrafunctional or trifunctional silicate compound or a condensation product thereof, has a function of removing electrostatic charge and gives a coating film having a high hardness and stain-proof property.

To provide the thermosetting powder coating composition which comprises a fluorine-containing copolymer having crosslinkable functional group and a curing agent, in which the fluorine-containing copolymer has a fluoroolefin unit, has a fluorine content of not less than 10% by weight and is not dissolved in tetrahydrofuran substantially. A coating line can be shared with other powder coating composition because even when the composition mixes to other powder coating composition, it causes no coating defects, and yet a coated article having a coating film excellent in physical properties can be provided.

Aqueous-dispersing composition of synthetic resin and silicate oligomer

To provide a thermosetting powder coating composition which comprises a powder of a composite resin comprising a vinylidene fluoride polymer having crosslinkable functional group and a methyl methacrylate polymer and having a melt flow rate of 1 to 1,000 g/10 min when measured at 130&deg; C. at a load of 2.1 kg. The coating composition has advantages that the preparation thereof is easy because pulverization can be carried out at room temperature as well as at low temperatures, the composite resin has excellent compatibility with various curing agents and the composition gives a coating film having excellent properties.

A surface protective coating layer being excellent in weather resistance and chemical resistance is formed on a synthetic resin substrate. An aqueous dispersion of fluorine-containing resin is applied to the synthetic resin substrate.

Method for surface-coating synthetic resins

An aqueous-dispersing composition of synthetic resin (A) having an intrinsic viscosity &ldquo;&eegr;&rdquo; of from 0.3 to 2.0 measured at 35&deg; C. in a methyl ethyl ketone solvent or a mixture of that aqueous dispersion and an aqueous dispersion of synthetic resin (B) having an intrinsic viscosity &ldquo;&eegr;&rdquo; of not less than 0.6 which is larger by 0.3 or more than the intrinsic viscosity &ldquo;&eegr;&rdquo; of the synthetic resin (A) when the intrinsic viscosity is measured at 35&deg; C. in a methyl ethyl ketone solvent. The aqueous-dispersing composition and the mixture have improved film forming property and can give a coating film being excellent in chemical resistance, water resistance, mechanical properties and further hot water resistance.

Aqueous resin dispersion composition

An aqueous-dispersing composition which gives a coating being excellent in storage stability and forming a coating film being excellent in stain-proofing property and stain removable property and having sufficient gloss and hardness, and the composition contains said colloidal silica, in solid content, in an amount of more than 50 parts by weight up to 300 parts by weight and said organoalkoxysilane in an amount of 0.1 to 20 parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight in solid content of an aqueous dispersion of fluorine-containing polymer particles.
