A parking lock device for positioning a parking head moved to a parking position in a parking position and holding the parking state includes a first switching mechanism and a second switching mechanism. The first switching mechanism is switched between a coupled state in which the parking head and the parking rod are coupled to each other and a non-coupled state in which the first switching mechanism is relatively movable. The second switching mechanism is switched between a locked state in which the parking head is positioned in the fixed case and an unlocked state in which the parking rod is retracted in the locked state to release the positioning of the parking head with respect to the fixed case.

Vehicular parking device

In a vehicle parking lock mechanism, a parking pawl mechanically hinders rotation of the parking gear by being engaged with the parking gear. A lock member is moved to the lock position to establish a parking lock state in which the parking pawl hinders rotation of the parking gear. The support member includes a guide portion configured to guide movement of the lock member between the lock position and the unlock position while restricting the lock member from displacing in a direction away from the parking pawl. The stopper is rotatably mounted to either one member of the lock member or the support member, changes a posture in accordance with relative movement between the lock member and the support member, and protrudes toward the other member side of the lock member such that the stopper establishes a protruding posture in the parking lock state.

Vehicle parking lock mechanism

A vehicular parking lock mechanism includes a parking gear, a parking pole, a lock member, and a lock releasing member. The parking pole includes a first parking pole member having a meshing tooth, and a second parking pole member having a cam protrusion. When the lock releasing member is pulled in one direction, and the second parking pole member is moved to a manually released position, the cam protrusion is disengaged from a second roller of the lock member, and the meshing tooth of the first parking pole member comes out of the parking gear, so that the parking lock mechanism is released from the parking locked state.

Vehicular parking lock mechanism

In a vehicle parking lock mechanism, a parking pawl hinders rotation of a parking gear by engaging with the parking gear, and a lock member establishes a parking lock state by bringing the parking pawl closer to the parking gear and moving to a lock position. The cam mechanism includes a pair of a first roller and a second roller provided on the lock member. When the lock member is moved from an unlock position to the lock position, the first roller brings the parking pawl closer to the parking gear to be engaged with the parking gear and the second roller restricts the lock member from displacing in a direction away from the parking pawl. An outer peripheral surface of at least one of the first roller and the second roller includes a fixing portion that protrudes toward the lock position.

A vehicle parking lock mechanism includes a parking gear, a parking pawl, a lock member, and a support member. The parking pawl is meshed with the parking gear to hinder rotation of the parking gear. The lock member moves the parking pawl closer to the parking gear via a cam mechanism as the lock member is moved toward the locked position, to establish a parking locked state in which rotation of the parking gear is hindered by the parking pawl. The support member is provided with a guide portion guiding movement between a locked position and an unlocked position. The cam mechanism moves the parking pawl closer to the parking gear to be meshed therewith. A stopper is disposed on the lock member, to be engaged with the support member by taking a projecting posture in which the stopper projects toward the support member in the parking locked state.

A parking lock device includes a parking gear, a parking pawl, a parking cam, a solenoid actuator, and a power conversion mechanism. The power conversion mechanism is configured to convert reciprocal motion of the plunger to rotary motion of the parking cam in one direction. When the parking cam rotates, a position of a cam surface of the parking cam that abuts the parking pawl is changed, so as to alternately switch between a locked position where rotation of the parking gear is stopped and an unlocked position where meshing between the parking gear and the parking pawl is canceled. A stroke amount of the plunger is reduced in a range where the parking cam can rotate. In this way, the parking lock device can be downsized. Therefore, mountability of the parking lock device on a vehicle is improved.

Parking lock device

A vehicle shift-by-wire device includes: a casing in which the shift actuator is disposed; a coupling member; and a connecting/disconnecting member disposed in the casing movably in the shifting direction and movably in a connecting/disconnecting direction crossing the shifting direction, and moved in the shifting direction integrally with the coupling member, wherein when the connecting/disconnecting member is held at an electrically shifting position in the connecting/disconnecting direction, the connecting/disconnecting member is coupled to the shift actuator and is moved in the shifting direction by the shift actuator to switch the shift corresponding position of the shift position switching mechanism via the coupling member, and wherein when the connecting/disconnecting member is moved to a manually shifting position in the connecting/disconnecting direction, the connecting/disconnecting member coupled to the shift actuator is disconnected so that the shift actuator is disabled to switch the shift corresponding position of the shift position switching mechanism.

Vehicle shift-by-wire device

In an automatic transmission including a deceleration planetary gear and a hydraulic clutch, the hydraulic clutch includes a clutch drum, a clutch hub, first and second friction engagement plates, a piston, and an engagement oil chamber defining member. The clutch hub is formed by a ring gear and a support member that rotates together with the ring gear. The piston is movably supported by the clutch hub. The piston and the support member define a cancel oil chamber that cancels a centrifugal oil pressure generated in an engagement oil chamber.

Multiple speed transmission

A vehicle automatic transmission of a multistage type includes multiple engagement elements having an engagement state switched by an oil pressure to selectively establish a plurality of shift stages based on a combination of engagement and release of the multiple engagement elements according to an oil pressure supplied from a hydraulic circuit, each of the shift stages being established by engagement of two or more engagement elements of the multiple engagement elements, at least one of the multiple engagement elements being a normally closed engagement element engaged when no oil pressure is supplied from the hydraulic circuit, and the normally closed engagement element being a meshing engagement element.

Automatic transmission for vehicle

A vehicle automatic transmission of a multistage type having a plurality of shift stages selectively established depending on a combination of engagement and release of multiple engagement elements, comprises: a torque converter coupled to an input rotating member of the automatic transmission; an oil pump coupled to a pump side of the torque converter, at least one of the multiple engagement elements being a meshing engagement element, and the meshing engagement element being at least partially disposed on an inner circumferential side of at least one of the torque converter and the oil pump.

An engine-starting device for a vehicle having an engine, a parking lock mechanism and an automatic transmission, the engine-starting device being provided with a drive plate connected to a crankshaft of said engine, an electric motor having a pinion selectively engageable with the drive plate, and an actuator device configured to move said pinion to an engaging position for engagement with said drive plate to start said engine, comprises: said parking lock mechanism having a manual shaft selectively switchable between a rotation permitting position for permitting a rotary motion of an output shaft of said automatic transmission, and a parking lock position for inhibiting the rotary motion of the output shaft; and said actuator device being configured to move said pinion between said engaging position and a non-engaging position for disengagement from said drive plate, said electric motor being connected to said manual shaft to rotate the manual shaft from one of said rotation permitting position and said parking lock position to the other, when said pinion is located at said non-engaging position by said actuator device.
