A lifting gear, which is provided with a load-sheave that shifts a sinuate body in the longitudinal direction thereof and a rotary body that rotates the load-sheave, and in which the rotary body include a power connecting section that can be coupled to an electric driver, wherein the load-sheave is driven by the electric driver that is not incorporated in the lifting gear.

A belt hoist designed to enable a hanging member to be further reliably secured to a belt to provide a further improved safety under load less than a permissible maximum load. In the belt hoist, a winding shaft on which one end portion of a belt is coiled comprises a first shaft and a second shaft and the one end portion of the belt comprises a first coiling portion coiled on the first shaft to be superposed thereon, a second coiling portion coiled on the first coiling portion to be superposed thereon, a third coiling portion coiled on the second shaft to be superposed thereon, and a fourth coiling portion coiled on the third coiling portion to be superposed thereon. The first coiling portion and the second coiling portion , and the third coiling portion and the fourth coiling portion are opposite to each other in coiling direction, and the hanging member has press-holding portions for pressing at least one of the second coiling portion and the fourth coiling portion in sandwich relation therebetween.

Belt hoist

A sling capable to easily raise a hanging load such as a drum with a simplified structure. In a chain sling (or a wire sling) in which a master link and hooks are connected with each other via link chains (or wire ropes), lower portions of the hooks are formed to be bent at an angle smaller than 90&deg; and also a bottom portion of the master link is flattened. With this structure, even when the drum has no ring-like protrusion at which an upper lid is mounted, if holes are formed around the side of the drum, the front ends of the hooks can be reliably hooked in the holes to raise the drum. Also, when a lifting portion of a forklift is brought into contact with the flattened bottom portion of the master link, the drum can be easily slung by the forklift as well.

Sling

To prevent a random coil of and an overwind of a belt with simple structure, a belt hoist includes a random coil preventing member pressed against the belt wound around a winding member to prevent a random coil of the belt, the random coil preventing member being movable in response to changes in circle diameter of the belt; and control means for controlling drive of drive means in association with the random coil preventing member when the circle diameter becomes a specified diameter. Further, a belt guide having a belt guide portion is supported between two side plates in such a freely sliding manner as to allow the winding of the belt onto the winding member.

A belt hoist capable of firmly joining a hook to a free end portion of a belt, although the hook holds the free end portion of the belt in a clipping manner. The hook includes a support rod around which the belt is wound and a holding portion for holding the support rod in sandwich, and the free end portion of the belt includes a first coiling portion wound around the support rod in direct contact therewith and a second coiling portion wound around the first coiling portion of the belt in direct contact therewith, with the first and second coiling portions of the belt being wound in opposite directions to each other.

To prevent a random coil of and an overwind of a belt with simple structure, a belt hoist includes a random coil preventing member pressed against the belt wound around a winding member to prevent a random coil of the belt, the random coil preventing member being movable in response to changes in diameter of the belt; and control means for controlling drive of drive means in association with the random coil preventing member when the diameter becomes a specified diameter. Further, a belt guide having a belt guide portion is supported between two side plates in such a freely sliding manner as to allow the winding of the belt onto the winding member.

A belt hoist for allowing fixture of a belt to a winding member to be strengthened to improve the reliability, with a simple structure. The winding member around which the belt is wound includes a shaft insertion bore at the center thereof; a belt fixing surface for allowing the belt to be fixed on a winding periphery; and a belt holder fitted on the belt fixing surface to press an end portion of the belt against the belt fixing surface. The belt fixing surface has a width not less than an inner diameter of the shaft insertion bore, and a fixing bore is so bored in the belt fixing surface as to escape from the shaft insertion bore, whereby the end portion of the belt is inserted in and fixed between the belt fixing surface and the belt holder by a fixing member fixed into the fixing bore.

An elastic hoist and traction apparatus in which a friction receiving surface is provided at a rotor of a motor, and an overload prevention device is provided at the reverse side to a load on a brake for stopping a driving shaft and between the motor shaft and the friction receiving surface of the rotor or between the motor shaft and the driving shaft, thereby solving the problem created in that the overload prevention device is provided at the load side of the brake.

Electric hoist and traction apparatus

A hoist machine provided with a driving member driven by a capacitor start single phase motor, which is provided with a governor and a switching device for turning a start capacitor on and off following operation of the governor. The switching device is provided with a switch control panel, which, when the driving member drives to hoist a load, maintains on-operation of the lowering side switch and turns off the hoisting side switch following the operation of the governor to thereby cut off energization to the start capacitor, and when in a lowering operation, maintains on-operation of the hoisting side switch and turns off the lowering side switch to thereby cut off energization of the start capacitor.

A belt tightening device, wherein a basic end of a first belt located at one lengthwise side of the belt tightening device is fixed to a windup shaft driven by operating an operating lever, a wind-in member and a fixed rod are provided at the other lengthwise side of the same, and a belt length adjusting mechanism is provided which adjusts a length of a second belt located at the other lengthwise side a main body of the belt tightening device and can fix the second belt in the position where the length has been adjusted.
