Electronic equipment includes a chassis that compose a case, a first printed circuit board, an MPU and a memory both of which are mounted in the case and consume high power, and a cooling fan for taking in air from the outside into the inside of the case. The cooling fan supplies an air current to the MPU and the memory to cool them. The electronic equipment also includes a wind direction control board between the cooling fan and the MPU and the memory to partition the inside of the case into at least two subspaces. The wind direction control board has an opening at a position opposed to the MPU and the memory.

A ground connecting member is connected to a ground formed on a substrate. The ground connecting member has elasticity and conductivity. The substrate is fixed on a compensating member for compensating for an area of the ground. At this time, the ground connecting member is sandwiched between the substrate and the compensating member. In this structure, the ground connecting member contacts the compensating member, and electrically connects the ground with the compensating member in a low impedance state.

A low-cost noise suppressive technology using a general connector, reliably grounding to a shielding sheath of shielded cable at a low impedance by simple structure. The structure comprises conductive shielding covers attached to a chassis to enclose both sides of the second connector of non-shielded type at a tip of the shielded cable connected to the first connector mounted on the chassis and are fixed in a state to mate each other. Gaskets made of elastic material are respectively attached to inside of each shielding covers and made of conductive material being in electrical contact with the shielding cover. The gaskets are elastically contacted and conducted with the shielding sheath at an exposed portion of the shielded cable when the shielding covers are attached to the chassis to enclose the second connector and are fixed in the state to mate each other.

A plurality of H-shaped notches are formed on an end of a first shielding plate. Each notch has a pair of protrusions. Each protrusion has hooks on both sides. When a coil spring is fitted into each notch, the coil spring is first compressed so that a pitch thereof becomes narrower. Subsequently, the coil spring is fitted into the notch so that the coil spring encompasses the pair of protrusions. Each hook engages with the coil spring received in the notch, thereby preventing the coil spring from dropping out of the notch.

A wiring which is connected to an LSI (,) on a package and is connected to an external wiring (,) via a connector (,), radio-frequency connected via a capacitance (,) to ta housing (,) in which protection against EMI is achieved so that the radiated noise energy is not higher than EMI restricted value level. This enables said wiring to be pseudogrounded.
