A connector housing includes a housing body, a sealing member interposed between an outer circumferential surface of the housing body and an inner circumferential surface of a mating housing body to seal a space between the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface, a restriction wall portion standing on the outer circumferential surface of the housing body and positioned on a side of the rear opening with respect to a position of the sealing member, and a restriction flexible piece formed on a circumferential wall of the housing body and formed in a cantilever beam shape, the restriction flexible piece being configured such that a projection of a free end thereof is pushed up by a connector terminal so the free end protrudes from the outer circumferential surface, and the free end restricts movement of the sealing member toward the side of the connection side opening.

Connector housing and wire harness

A door harness attaching structure includes: an opening provided on an inner panel of a hinge-open/close-type door; and a hole provided on an end wall at the hinge side of the inner panel. The opening is composed of a large main opening covered by a panel unit of a door module and a small sub opening continued to the main opening, notched toward the hole for attaching a grommet and covered by a cover member. A wiring harness of the door module includes: a harness portion projecting from the panel unit; and the grommet provided at a tip end of the harness portion and attached through the hole.

Door harness attaching structure

It is object of the present invention to provide an electric junction box that can effectively drain liquid away therefrom. The electric junction box in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention comprises a wiring board; a connector block having a body, and a terminal passing through a bottom wall of the body and being electrically connected to the wiring board at an end portion thereof, the body having a groove formed on an inner face of the bottom wall, and an outlet communicating with an end of the groove; and a case being disposed above the bottom wall, having a hole disposed thereon, and being configured to receive both the wiring board and the connector block therein, the hole being configured to pass an opposite end portion of the terminal therethrough. In such a construction, when liquid leaks into the case via the hole and arrives at the bottom wall, the groove is configured to take the liquid up and to guide the liquid to the outlet due to capillary phenomenon.

Electric junction box

An electric junction box which includes: a wiring board; a connector block having a body part and terminals, the terminal penetrating through a bottom wall of the body part and one end part of the terminal being electrically connected to the wiring board; a case which is arranged above the bottom wall of the body part, has holes each of which allows an opposite end part of the terminal to pass therethrough so as to expose the terminal, and receives the wiring board and the connector block therein; and a drain part provided on an inner surface of the case so that water, which enters into the case from the hole and is drained from the connector block, moves downward along the inner surface of the case and is drained outside the case.

A case is formed with a box main body and a cover. This box includes a locking member for keeping the box main body and the cover attached to each other, and a pair of temporarily locking members for absorbing a rattle generated between the box main body and the cover. The locking member is mounted on the center of a sidewall of the case. The temporarily locking members are mounted on both ends of the sidewall between which the locking member is interposed. The temporarily locking members are temporarily locked together simultaneously with an engagement of the locking member, and unlocked by bending the sidewall when the locking member is disengaged.

Case

A printed wiring board which can certainly prevent damage of conductive pattern caused by the terminal. The printed wiring board has a board, a conductive pattern, a through-hole and a non-conductive area. A lead wire of resistance mounted on the printed wiring board is inserted into the through-hole 4. The lead wire projects from a surface of the board, and is bent close to the surface. The non-conductive area is formed into a fan-shaped shape enlarging toward a tip of the lead wire from a center of the through-hole. Because the bent lead wire is arranged on the non-conductive area, the non-conductive area can prevent damage of the conductive pattern which is caused by touching the lead wire to the conductive pattern.

Printed wiring board

An electrical junction box, which is assembled by first inserting a circuit board assembly into a primary housing via an opening of the primary housing, and after that inserting a secondary housing into the primary housing, includes a connector block that has a projection that widens the opening that has been narrowed. A plurality of ribs are formed on front and rear walls of the thin primary housing from the side of the opening in an insertion direction of the circuit board assembly. A concave groove formed between a pair of the projections engages with the rib of the front wall. The ribs on the rear wall are close to a circuit board of the circuit board assembly. The connector block has protuberances that abut against the ribs.

Electrical junction box

An electric junction box is provided, by which the cassette block, which mounts the electric components, can be easily attached to between the partition walls of the box body. The electric junction box includes: a box body including a frame-shaped body part and a partition wall partitioning a space within the body part; a cassette block which is received in between the partition walls of the box body so as to be attached to the box body; and a connecting part which connects ends of the partition walls adjacent to each other.

In a circuitry assembly, a first insulative sheet is disposed between first electric wires and second electric wires intersecting each other. A wiring member holds the first electric wires and the second electric wires. The circuitry assembly is accommodated in a casing body of an electrical junction box. Each of the first electric wires held by the wiring member is press-fitted to a first terminal to be electrically connected therewith. Each of the second electric wires held by the wiring member is press-fitted to a second terminal to be electrically connected therewith.

Circuitry assembly and electrical junction box incorporating the same

A junction block, in which the total structure and circuit connection structure are compact and highly dense, respectively, is provided. A junction blockincludes: an inner cover; connector blocksand a power blockdisposed outside the inner cover; and busbarsand wiring module disposed being piled up within a space surrounded by the connector blocks and the power block, wherein terminalsof the connector blocks, terminalsof the power block and terminalsof the busbars are connected to the wiring module. The wiring module consists of a random wiring moduleand a cross wiring module. The terminalsare connected to ends of the wiring modulesand part of the terminalsof the busbarsare connected to a middle part of the random wiring modulesituated as a lower layer in the space. The terminalsare arranged in a plurality of steps, wherein the terminals arranged in a lower step are connected to a narrow lower wiring modulewhile the terminals arranged in an upper step are connected to a wide upper wiring module
