A winding method for winding a yarn by mounting and removing a defining guide on and from a yarn guide of a drum winder, wherein the defining guide defines a movement of a yarn in one direction according to a winding width and the drum winder has a normal traverse drum and a yarn guide provided at the section via which the yarn is fed to the traverse drum.

Method and Apparatus for forming a package including a steps of drafting and twisting a raw sliver to form a spun yarn, taking up at least two spun yarns in a paralleled state into the same package, and supplying the thus wound package directly to a two-for-one twister disposed in continuity with the spinning device. The spinning device and the two-for-one twister are connected to each other by a conveyor for feeding the packages from the spinning device and by a yarn supply package replacing device.

Method and apparatus for producing yarn

A method for winding a fixed length of yarn on a yarn-supply package in an apparatus connecting an automatic winder or an innovation spinning machine having a winder with a two-for-one twister. The method comprises dividing a single yarn-supply package transferred from a winder side to form a plurality of twist-yarn packages on the two-for-one twister side.
