An apparatus collects record data from a plurality of information sources. Then, the operation is validated using the narrowed data. In the operation validation process, a virtual transfer destination of output of data is provided within the apparatus, and the data is output to the virtual transfer destination, for comparison with the output data, whereby the validation of the operation is performed.
