An inverter apparatus is incorporated integrally into a non-load-side of a motor such that an inverter cooler is interposed, and a non-load-side end frame of the motor includes: a flat base portion; a cylindrical non-load-side bearing portion that is disposed so as to protrude axially from near a center of a front surface of the base portion that faces a rotor, and that houses and holds a non-load-side bearing into which a non-load-side end portion of a rotating shaft of the rotor is mounted; and an annular first flange portion that is disposed so as to protrude axially from an outer circumferential edge portion of the front surface of the base portion so as to contact a non-load-side end surface of a cylindrical portion and a cylindrical member.

Mechanically and electrically integrated module

A rotor includes: a plurality of first magnetic pole members that are disposed such that first end portions and second end portions are respectively coupled magnetically and mechanically to a first magnetic end plate and to a second magnetic end plate and so as to be separated from a magnetic intermediate plate magnetically; a plurality of second magnetic pole members that are disposed such that intermediate portions are coupled magnetically and mechanically to the magnetic intermediate plate and so as to be separated from each of the magnetic end plates magnetically; a plurality of permanent magnets that are disposed between the first and second magnetic pole members in a circumferential direction; and a nonmagnetic holding body for separating the first magnetic pole members magnetically from the magnetic intermediate plate, and for separating the second magnetic pole members magnetically from the magnetic end plates.

Lundell rotary machine

Provided is a Lundell type rotating machine with high efficiency and high output, which has a rigid and magnetically advantageous magnet retention structure. A rotor iron core includes laminated magnetic-pole members mechanically and magnetically coupled to two laminated magnetic end plates, which extend in an axial direction so as to be brought into meshing engagement with each other to constitute a Lundell type rotor iron core, and permanent magnets provided between the magnetic-pole members. The magnetic-pole members are retained in predetermined positions between the magnetic end plates by dovetail grooves of a non-magnetic retention body over substantially the entire lengths. The permanent magnets are held in direct contact with the magnetic-pole members so as to be interposed therebetween. Thus, the magnet retention structure which is mechanically rigid and magnetically highly efficient even when increased in size can be obtained.

Lundell type rotating machine

An automotive dynamoelectric machine that achieves disposing of permanent magnets and thickening of field coil wire by ensuring outlet space for field coil lead wires. In the dynamoelectric machine, trough portions are formed on portions of yoke portions between respective circumferentially adjacent claw-shaped magnetic pole portions. Magnet holders are disposed so as to span over all of the trough portions on a pole core body at a rear end excluding a predetermined trough portion, and permanent magnets are held in each of the magnet holders. A field coil lead wire is led out from the rotor so as to pass through the trough portion over which a magnet holder is not disposed.

Dynamoelectric machine

Dynamoelectric machine having holding grooves recessed into yoke portions with openings on respective facing portions of inner wall surfaces of trough portions, at axially inner ends of the yoke portions, having axial groove directions, and an end surface in a groove length direction constitutes a stopping surface. Magnet material holders are disposed spanning the trough portions radially inside inner circumferential surfaces near tip ends of claw-shaped magnetic pole portions, fitted from axially inside into each holding groove, are recessed to face each other on the trough portions restricting circumferential and radial motion by inner wall surfaces of the holding grooves and axially outward movement restricted by the stopping surface. Interfitting grooves having openings on surfaces facing the inner circumferential surfaces near the tip ends, having axial groove directions, and passing through in the axial direction, and permanent magnets fitted into the interfitting grooves are held by the magnet material holders.

Dynamoelectric machine and method for manufacturing a rotor therefor

The present invention provides a dynamoelectric machine that enables heat that is generated in a permanent magnet to be transmitted to a fan and be radiated from the fan effectively, that suppresses occurrences of damage to the fan that result from centrifugal forces that act on the permanent magnet, and that also enables the fan to be prepared easily and inexpensively. In a dynamoelectric machine according to the present invention, a magnet holder () that is made of a magnetic material is disposed so as to span over a trough portion (), an interfitting groove () that has a groove direction in an axial direction is formed on the magnet holder () so as to open radially outward, and so as to lead inward from an axially outer side, and a permanent magnet () is held by the magnet holder () by being fitted into the interfitting groove () and is disposed so as to face an inner circumferential surface near a tip end of claw-shaped magnetic pole portions () and have a predetermined clearance. In addition, a metal fan (A,B) is fixed to an end surface of a pole core body (), a thermally conductive plate () is disposed so as to extend from a base portion () axially inward, and a leading end portion thereof is press-fitted between a lower surface of the permanent magnet () and a bottom surface of the interfitting groove ().

An automotive dynamoelectric machine that achieves disposing of permanent magnets and thickening of field coil wire by disposing trough portions on yoke portions and disposing magnet holders that hold the permanent magnets so as to span the trough portions to ensure outlet space for field coil lead wires. In the dynamoelectric machine, trough portions are formed on respective portions of yoke portions between circumferentially adjacent claw-shaped magnetic pole portions, a magnet holder is disposed so as to span over a trough portion, and a permanent magnet is held by the magnet holder. A lead wire is led out of a rotor from a field coil so as to pass through a space that is bounded by the trough portion and the magnet holder.

Automotive dynamoelectric machine

A dynamoelectric machine that can suppress increases in rotor inertia to extend belt service life and increase field magnetomotive force to increase output. In the dynamoelectric machine, first and second magnetic guidance members are fitted into first and second holding grooves that are disposed so as to extend axially on facing portions of first and second trough portions radially outside inner wall surfaces, and are disposed so as to span over first and second trough portions. First and second permanent magnets that are magnetically oriented in a reverse direction to a magnetic field that originates from a field coil are fitted into and held by interfitting grooves of the first and second magnetic guidance members so as to face inner circumferential surfaces near tip ends of second and first claw-shaped magnetic pole portions so as to have a predetermined clearance.

A dynamoelectric machine includes first and second magnet seat portions disposed to project from portions of first and second yoke portions that face respective inner circumferential surfaces near tip ends of second and first claw-shaped magnetic pole portions, and magnet housing portions disposed integrally to extend axially outward from outer circumferential portions of a pair of flange portions of a bobbin, extend near the first and second yoke portions that face the inner circumferential surfaces near the tip ends of the first and second claw-shaped magnetic pole portions, and be held by the first and second magnet seat portions. First and second permanent magnets are housed and held in the first and second magnet housing portions, are disposed to face the inner circumferential surfaces near the tip ends of the second and first claw-shaped magnetic pole portions, and the first and second permanent magnets are respectively magnetically oriented in a reverse direction to a direction of a magnetic field that the field coil produces.

The electric rotating machine includes a fixed stator fixed to the inner circumferential side of a housing, a moving stator rotatably supported on the inner circumferential side of the housing, a rotor disposed concentrically on the inner circumferential side of the fixed stator and the moving stator, and a moving stator drive formed of a gear and a motor for rotating the moving stator by a predetermined angle. The moving stator drive is detachable with respect to the housing. Coil leader lines are stored in an internal part of the housing so that the moving stator is capable of rotating by a predetermined angle.

A dynamoelectric machine including first and second permanent magnets held by first and second magnet seats on first and second yoke portions so as to face inner circumferential surfaces of tip end portions of first and second claw-shaped magnetic pole portions. The first and second permanent magnets are magnetically oriented in a reverse direction to orientation of a magnetic field that the field coil produces. The dynamoelectric machine enables permanent magnet holding reliability to be increased, induced voltage during no-load de-energization to be suppressed, and thermal demagnetization of magnets due to high-frequency magnetic fields that are induced by stator slots to be avoided.

Resin pooling grooves are disposed so as to extend over entire regions in a thickness direction of a first magnet holder on two sides of a bottom surface in a width direction of a first receiving groove, and resin pooling grooves are also disposed so as to extend over entire regions in the thickness direction of the first magnet holder on two side surfaces of the first receiving groove near the bottom surface. A first resin injection aperture is disposed through the first magnet holder so as to communicate with the resin pooling grooves over an entire region in the thickness direction. A first permanent magnet is held by the first magnet holder by fitting the first permanent magnet into the first receiving groove together with a first magnet cover, and injecting a resin material into the resin pooling grooves through the first resin injection aperture and hardening it.

An electric rotating machine comprises: a stator in which a coil is wound on a plurality of teeth in concentrated winding, and the coil is connected to a three-phase power supply; and a rotor disposed in opposition to the teeth of the stator; wherein a ratio between the number of poles and the number of slots of the stator is 1:3. There is no higher harmonics of magnetomotive force in low order close to fundamental wave, thus enabling efficient operation of the electric rotating machine. Furthermore, owing to the stator of concentrated winding, it is possible to provide an electric rotating machine of high productivity with small coil end, high mass production, and high space factor.

Induction machine

A magnet seat is disposed on a second yoke portion and projects into respective spaces between circumferentially-adjacent pairs of second claw-shaped magnetic pole portions, and permanent magnets are disposed only near the second yoke portion so as to be held by the magnet seat so as to face an inner circumferential surface near a tip end of each of a plurality of first claw-shaped magnetic pole portions. Each of the permanent magnets is magnetically oriented in a reverse direction to an orientation of a magnetic field that a field coil produces.
