An energy storage apparatus includes: prismatic energy storage devices that are arranged in a row in a first direction and a holder; the holder holds the energy storage devices; the holder includes a pair of terminal members that are arranged outside the energy devices, connecting portions and a reinforcing portion that reinforces the connecting portions; the connecting portions connect the pair of terminal members and extend along corner portions of the energy storage devices; each one of the plurality of connecting portions includes a bent surface that fits the corner portions of the energy storage devices, the bent surfaces constraining the corner portions and extending in the first direction, and the reinforcing portion, at a middle position of the connecting portion in the first direction, extends in a forth direction that intersects with the first direction, and connects the connecting portions.

Energy storage apparatus

A battery module includes: a cell stack including a first surface being a surface on one end in the first direction, a second surface being a surface on the other end in the first direction, a third surface being a surface on one end in a second direction that is a direction orthogonal to the first direction, a fourth surface being a surface on the other end in the second direction, a fifth surface being a surface on one end in a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction, and a sixth surface being a surface on the other end in the third direction; and a restraining member that restrains the cell stack. The restraining member includes: a pair of restraining plates restraining the cell stack in the first direction; and a pair of sandwiching plates sandwiching the cell stack in the third direction.

An energy storage apparatus includes: a plurality of energy storage devices arranged in a row in a first direction; and a plurality of spacers which are arranged adjacently to the energy storage devices in the first direction. Each of the spacers includes a passage defining portion which defines, with the energy storage device arranged adjacently to the spacer in the first direction, passages. The energy storage devices arranged at both ends in the first direction are cooled more easily than the energy storage devices arranged between the energy storage devices arranged at both ends in the first direction.

Provided is an energy storage apparatus where a cooling fluid minimally leaks to the outside from a passage formed between an outer spacer and an energy storage device. A power storage module includes storage batteries, separators, a temperature measuring component, and a temperature measuring component holder. Each of the storage batteries includes a terminal surface, a positive terminal, and a negative terminal. The positive terminal and the negative terminal are provided on the terminal surface. The temperature measuring component is to measure a temperature of a measured storage battery among the storage batteries. The temperature measuring component holder is provided on a terminal surface side of the measured storage battery between the positive terminal and the negative terminal of the measured storage battery to hold the temperature measuring component. The temperature measuring component holder includes a temperature measuring component guide via which the temperature measuring component is inserted into the temperature measuring component holder in a direction from the positive terminal toward the negative terminal or in a direction from the negative terminal toward the positive terminal.

Power storage module

Provided is an energy storage apparatus which includes: an energy storage device; and a first spacer and a second spacer that sandwich the electric storage device, wherein each of the spacers includes: a passage forming portion that forms a passage for passing cooling air in a second direction that is perpendicular to a first direction in which the energy storage device and the spacers are arranged; and a passage blocking portion disposed at one end in the second direction, and wherein, in a view along a third direction perpendicular to the first and second directions, the passage blocking portion of one of the spacers and the passage blocking portion of the other of the spacers overlap.

Assembled battery

An energy storage apparatus includes: an energy storage device; a bus bar; and a lead line, wherein the bus bar includes a bus bar body which is in contact with the external terminal of the energy storage device and includes a portion to be connected where the lead line is connected to the bus bar, and other portion which is contiguously formed with the portion to be connected, and the bus bar body has a cut disposed between the portion to be connected and the other portion.

A power storage module is formed by superimposing a pair of end plates at opposite ends in the stacking direction of a plurality of power storage cells that are stacked in the stacking direction. The pair of end plates are connected by a frame holding an insulator between itself and the power storage cells. Condensed water occurring on the surface of the power storage cells could contact the end plate. There is thus a possibility that a liquid junction will be formed; when the power storage module is in a mounted state the insulator includes a first rib extending in a direction, condensed water attached to the insulator cannot flow toward the end plate due to it being blocked by the first rib, thus preventing the power storage cell from forming a liquid junction with the end plate via the condensed water.

Power storage module and fixing structure of power storage module

An energy storage module includes an energy storage cell group containing a plurality of energy storage cells stacked in a stacking direction, and a pair of end plates provided at both ends of the energy storage cell group in the stacking direction. A terminal frame is provided at the end plate in order to electrically connect an electrode terminal of the energy storage cell provided at an end in the stacking direction and an output line. The terminal frame is fixed to the end plate by fixing points.

Energy storage module with reduced damage to electrode terminals

An electric storage apparatus of the present invention includes: a plurality of electric storage devices aligned in a first direction; and a frame configured to hold the plurality of electric storage devices, the frame including: a first frame element that is arranged so as to face the plurality of electric storage devices from one side in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and to directly or indirectly abut the plurality of electric storage devices; and a second frame element that is arranged so as to face the plurality of electric storage devices from the other side in the second direction, wherein the second frame element includes, between the second frame element and the plurality of electric storage devices, a holding part having projections that are respectively in contact with the plurality of electric storage devices.

Electric storage apparatus

An energy storage apparatus includes a base arranged adjacently to an energy storage device and forming a passage between the base and the energy storage device, a holder that holds the energy storage device and a spacer, and an insulator arranged between the spacer and the holder. The insulator includes a first insulating portion arranged between the spacer and the holder, and a first sealing portion being in contact with an extending portion.

A plurality of power storage cells and a plurality of power storage cell holders are stacked alternately in the stacking direction. End plates are superimposed at opposite ends of the power storage cells and power storage cell holders. The end plates are connected by a frame, the frame is covered by an insulator, and the plurality of power storage cells are electrically connected by a bus bar plate, forming a power storage module. Since the surface of the power storage cell is formed from a covered portion covered by the condensation-preventing sheet and a non-covered portion not covered by the condensation-preventing sheet, and the non-covered portion is covered by the power storage cell holder, the insulator, and the bus bar plate, the non-covered portion is covered as much as possible to provide heat insulation, minimizing occurrence of condensed water and preventing formation of a liquid junction.
