To reduce the number of signal lines for connecting an current detector and a solenoid electrically. Between solenoidsandand switches SW-and SW-and on the high sides with respect to the individual solenoids, respectively, there are connected current detectors-and-. The end portions of the solenoidsandon the individual GND sides are made common. The number of signal lines for connecting a controller and the two solenoids may be '2+1=3'. Therefore, the number of terminals (or the pin number) of a connectormay also be '2+1=3' (Pto P). The current detectors-and-detect the electric currents to flow to the solenoidsand. In the case of an incomplete grounding, for example, it is possible to detect an overcurrent to flow to the solenoids.

Solenoid driving device

A saturable reactor is in a conductive state or has a magnetic switching function depending on the direction of the current flowing through it. Also provided is a power source apparatus for pulse laser utilizing the satiable reactor. For arithmetically combining the values of two numbers, for example adding and subtracting, comprising a data deletion system for deleting values from input data and outputting the result. The system has a deletion number detection apparatus for finding a value on the basis of input data and output data, wherein an output data number setting device sets the bits of an output data number to be all '1' in logical value prior to sending that number to a down counter which subtracts the output number from the input number for the result.

Binary subtraction device

An inductive load drive device using a DC--DC converter circuit with which a high voltage is obtained by the discharge of electromagnetic energy stored in a coil to a capacitor, in which a bias is applied to the magnetic core of a coil (L) with the use of a permanent magnet (Mg) in the direction opposite to the magnetic flux induced by a current so as to increase the electromagnetic energy stored in the coil (L) and make it possible to perform efficient discharge with a small coil.

A serial controller in which nodes to which are connected one or plurality of sensors and one or a plurality of actuators are connected in series in the form of a closed loop including a main controller which sends data frame signals including a first special code, a second special code and output data for the actuators. The main controller measures and controls the time interval for sending the data frame signals and selecting a broken-line detection time setting in order to improve the transmission efficiency and to carry out the control in real time.

Serial controller

In a measuring differential amplifier having first and second input terminals for subtracting a first signal applied to the first input terminal from a second signal applied to the second input terminal to obtain a subtraction and for outputting a signal corresponding to A times of the subtraction, a circuit for reducing an offset generated during measurement. Prior to the measurement, the second signal is applied to the first and second input terminals so that the differential amplifier outputs a voltage corresponding to A times of a difference between the second signals, i.e., A times an offset voltage. At this time, the differential amplifier is connected at its output terminal to one end of a capacitor grounded at the other end so that the voltage corresponding to A times of the offset voltage is applied to the capacitor for charging. During the measurement, the output terminal of the differential amplifier is disconnected from one end of the capacitor so that the voltage charged in the capacitor is applied to the adder and multiplied by 1/A to become again the offset voltage. The adder adds a signal indicative of the offset voltage to the first signal to obtain an addition signal and supplies the addition signal to the first input terminal of the differential amplifier. Thus, the input offset voltage is canceled by an offset voltage newly generated at the differential amplifier.
