A shift operation device includes: a shift operation member including: a shaft portion; and an arm portion protruding in a radial direction with respect to a center axis of the shaft portion and being rotated around the center axis to perform shift operation of a gear; and a plurality of shift rail members, each of which includes: a rail portion; a shift fork portion; and a shift lug portion capable of being engaged with the arm portion. An engagement portion of the shift lug portion includes a pair of columnar projections arranged at positions mutually different in the shift direction and the select direction. When the shift lug portion is retained in a neutral position, pressure receiving surfaces of the columnar projections are approximately positioned on a reference orthogonal surface superimposed on the center axis and orthogonal to the rail portion.

Shift operation device of automatic transmission

A gear change control system of an automatic transmission, includes: a shift member, including a shaft portion having a selection axis oriented in a selecting direction, and a pair of arm portions formed on the shaft portion and projecting therefrom; shift rail members, having rail shaft portions, and having a shift axis oriented in a shifting direction; shift fork portions, formed on the rail shaft portions; shift lug members, formed on the rail shaft portions and including pillar-shaped portions. The arm portions swing about the selection axis to apply a pressure in the shifting direction from one side of the pillar-shaped portion by one of the arm portions to cause the shift fork portion to make a shifting operation, and to apply a pressure in the shifting direction from the other side of the pillar-shaped portion by the other arm portion to make a shift withdrawing operation.

Gear change control system of automatic transmission

A gear change control system of an automatic transmission, include: a shift member, including a shaft portion which is disposed in such a manner that a selection axis thereof is oriented in a selecting direction and including an arm portion; shift fork portions, operable to make gear shifts of gears; shift rail members, connected to the sift fork portions and arranged in such a manner that shift axes thereof are oriented in a shifting direction; and shift lug members, projecting from the shift rail members and including pillar-shaped portions. The arm portion swings about the selection axis to apply a pressure in the shifting direction from one side of the pillar-shaped portion so as to cause the shift fork portion to perform a shift making operation, and to apply a pressure in the shifting direction from the other side of the pillar-shaped portion so as to cause the shift fork portion to perform a shift withdrawing operation.

A vehicular transmission, includes: an input shaft; a drive gear, fixed to the input shaft; an output shaft; a driven gear, brought in mesh with the drive gear, and provided at the output shaft; a hub configured to rotate along with the output shaft; a sleeve configured to rotate integrally with the hub, and configured to slide in an axial direction so as to connect the driven gear to the output shaft to drive; a parking gear, integrally formed with the sleeve; a claw member, provided at a vicinity of an outer periphery of the parking gear engageably with and disengageably from the parking gear; and a sleeve restricting member, provided with the claw member, and configured to restrict the sleeve from a movement in the axial direction when the claw member is moved in a direction of being engaged with the parking gear.

Vehicular transmission

A transmission, includes: a shift member, adapted to be moved in a shifting direction and a selecting direction; a plurality of shift lugs, each of which has a pair of first claw portions spaced apart from each other in the shifting direction, and which are arranged in the selecting direction; and a plurality of shift forks, connected to the shift lugs via shift rails. On a predetermined shift lug of the plurality of the shift lugs, a second claw portion is provided in such a manner as to project from one of the first claw portions in the selecting direction so that, in a shifting position, the second claw portion accommodates a displacement of the shift member from the adjacent shift lug side in the selecting direction, and the second claw portion is brought into abutment with the shift member in association with the shift member being displacement from the displacement accommodated state in the shifting direction so as to cause the corresponding shift fork to move from the shifting position to a neutral position.

Transmission

A transmission, includes: a plurality of shift members, adapted to be moved in a shifting direction and a selecting direction; a shift lug, having a pair of claw portions spaced apart from each other in the shifting direction; and a shift fork, connected to the shift lug via a shift rail. The shift members are moved by an actuator so that one of the shift members pushes one of the claw portions in the shifting direction to thereby selectively move the shift lug in the shifting direction so as to cause the shift fork to perform a gear shift operation via the shift rail. The shift members are disposed as to be offset from each other in the shifting direction.

A transmission includes: a shift member, adapted to be moved in a shifting direction and a selecting direction; a shift lug, having a pair of claw portions spaced apart from each other in the shifting direction; and a shift fork, connected to the shift lug via a shift rail. The shift member is moved by an actuator to push one of the claw portions in the shifting direction to thereby selectively move the shift lug in the shifting direction so as to cause the shift fork to perform a gear shift operation via the shift rail. The pair of claw portions are disposed so as to be offset from each other in the selecting direction.
