The present invention provides a resin composition including 100 parts by mass of a resin component containing 80 to 99 mass % of a thermoplastic resin (A) and 20 to 1 mass % of a side-chain crystalline polymer (B), and 0.1 to 30 parts by mass of carbon nanotube (C). The composition has a stabilized thermoplastic resin/side-chain crystalline polymer phase structure, is free from laminar peeling, and is excellent in conductive (antistatic) property, solvent resistance, flow characteristics, flame retardancy, impact resistance, molding appearance, etc.

The present invention relates to a heat storage material composition comprising 20 to 100% by weight of a heat storage material, 80 to 0% by weight of crystalline polyolefin (B) and 50 to 0% by weight of an elastomer (C), and the heat storage material described above contains a side chain-crystalline polymer (A), wherein the heat storage material described above comprises preferably a higher &#x3b1;-olefin polymer (a) containing 50 mole % or more of higher &#x3b1;-olefin having 10 or more carbon atoms and a petroleum wax (b) in which a melting point (Tm) is higher by 10&#xb0; C. or more than that of the polymer (a). Provided is a heat storage material composition which has less bleeding and stickiness and is excellent in stability at high temperature and which can meet a change in temperature such as a difference in room temperature when applied to a material for floor heating and can avoid a heating state deviated to high temperature or low temperature.

A process for producing a styrenic copolymer having a functional group and a syndiotactic configuration is provided. The process comprises bringing a metal compound into interaction with a vinyl compound having a functional group to mask the functional group and copolymerizing the vinyl compound having the masked functional group with a styrenic compound in the presence of a polymerization catalyst comprising (A) a transition metal compound, (B) at least one compound selected from compounds having oxygen and compounds which can form ionic complex compounds by reaction with the transition metal compound and (C) an organometallic compound. A styrenic copolymer which is a random, block or graft copolymer, preferably a random copolymer, of a vinyl compound having a functional group and a styrenic compound and has the repeating units derived from the styrenic compound having the syndiotactic configuration can be produced efficiently. The above styrenic random copolymer exhibits excellent physical properties such as excellent adhesion with various adhesives and excellent compatibility with various rubbers and is advantageously used for various applications as various types of molded articles.

The present invention provides resin materials for producing molded products endowed with excellent heat resistance, solvent resistance, toughness, tensile elongation, and transparency. Specifically, there are provided aromatic vinyl resin materials which have the following properties: Storage elasticity values G&prime;(1.0) and G&prime;(0.1) as measured at 300&deg; C., a strain &ggr; of 20%, and a frequency of 1.0 Hz or 0.1 Hz satisfy the expression, log&lsqb;G&prime;(1.0)/G&prime;(0.1)&rsqb;&lE;0.6, the heat of fusion &Dgr;H as measured over the range 200-295&deg; C. is 8 to 50 (J/g), and the H-NMR peak integrated values for the fraction corresponding to the temperature range of not lower than 50&deg; C., as collected from temperature rising election fraction on the Soxhlet extraction residue by use of cyclohexane or o-dichlorobenzene, satisfy the relation &lsqb;1.8-2.1 (ppm)&rsqb;/&lsqb;1.0-1.7(ppm))<0.49.
