A shield conductive path may include a tubular shield portion that surrounds a plurality of electric wires. The shield conductive path may further include a partition portion that partitions an interior space of the shield portion into a plurality of electrical wire insertion paths. A specific electrical wire may be inserted through a specific electrical wire insertion path of the plurality of electrical wire insertion paths and may be guided out from a guiding-out opening formed in the shield portion, to the outside of the shield portion, and this guiding-out opening can be formed within an area, of the shield portion, provided with the partition portion.

Shield conductive path

A shielded conductive path that can facilitate manufacturing operations is provided. A shielded conductive path includes a shielding pipe that is configured to have a tubular shape into which an electric wire can be inserted, by combining together a pair of divided bodies into which the shielding pipe is divided along its axis, and an overlapping fitting portion that is provided at a joint portion of the pair of divided bodies and allows the pair of divided bodies to be fitted to each other while overlapping each other in an inside-outside direction when the pair of divided bodies are combined together. Thus, the operations for manufacturing the shielded conductive path can be performed easily.

Shielded conductive path

It is an object of the exemplary embodiments to obtain a long electric-wire protection pipe having a flat outer shape, using a simple press working process, while reducing or even preventing warping problems. An electric-wire protection pipe is a metal pipe that surrounds an electric wire, and has a reinforced section () and a flat pipe section. The reinforced section is a section that is located at a part in the circumferential direction of the electric-wire protection pipe while extending along the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the electric-wire protection pipe, and that is thicker than other sections. The flat pipe section is a section that constitutes at least a part in the longitudinal direction of the electric-wire protection pipe, and is flattened by press working.

It is an object of the exemplary embodiments to obtain a long electric-wire protection pipe having a flat outer shape, using a simple press working process, while preventing warping problems. An electric-wire protection pipe is a metal pipe that surrounds an electric wire, and has a reinforced section and a flat pipe section. The reinforced section is a section that is located at a part in the circumferential direction of the electric-wire protection pipe, and constitutes a protrusion forming, on either the internal or external surface of the electric-wire protection pipe, a ridge line extending along the longitudinal direction of the electric-wire protection pipe, and a groove extending along the longitudinal direction of the electric-wire protection pipe on the other surface. The flat pipe section is a section that constitutes at least a part in the longitudinal direction of the electric-wire protection pipe, and that is flattened by press working.

An electromagnetic shielding device includes a conductive sheet that is a sheet-shaped flexible conductive member that can be deformed into a tube shape, and an outer edge portion coupling member that keeps the conductive sheet in a tube shape in a state in which a first outer edge portion and a second outer edge portion of the conductive sheet are joined together, the second outer edge portion being located on the side opposite to the first outer edge portion. For example, a parallel slit group is formed in the conductive sheet, the parallel slit group being constituted by a plurality of slits that extend in a direction that crosses a first direction from the first outer edge portion toward the second outer edge portion and that are lined up in the first direction.

Magnetic shielding device and wire harness

A shield conductor is provided with electrical wires and a metal pipe that encloses the electrical wires and whose outer peripheral surface is covered with an orange (color other than a metallic color) resin layer. The pipe is routed so that at least a portion passes in proximity to an exhaust pipe of a vehicle. A section of the pipe passing in proximity to the exhaust pipe that faces the exhaust pipe does not have the resin layer and the metallic-colored outer peripheral surface of the section remains exposed.

Shield conductor

A shield conductor includes: an electrical wire; a tubular shield member that encloses the electrical wire and is configured such that an end portion of a pipe made of metal is fit to an end portion of a tubular accordion member made of metal; a swage ring that is attached at a portion where the end portion of the pipe is fit to the end portion of the tubular accordion member, and constricts the end portion of the pipe and the end portion of the tubular accordion member from outside; a conductor ring that is arranged between the pipe and the tubular accordion member, has an inner circumferential face that faces the pipe and an outer circumferential face that faces the tubular accordion member, and has electrical conductivity; and a plurality of protrusion/recession portions formed on the inner circumferential face and the outer circumferential face.

A terminal box device has a body unit and a cover unit. The cover unit has a cover member, terminal members and bypassing diodes. Cables lead into the cover member, and the cover member includes a filler which covers the end of the panel cables, part of the terminal members, and the bypassing diodes. The body unit has a casing including wiring holes, terminals, a waterproof seal installed on a groove formed along an upper surface of a peripheral wall of the casing, and waterproof walls surrounding each wiring hole. The terminal members and the terminals are electrically connected with each other by installing the cover unit on the body unit. The waterproof seal and the waterproof walls prevent water from penetrating into the body unit.

An electrical connector is provided, the connector having male and female connector housings. When the male and female connector housings are fitted together, locking arms and detents provided thereon may be spaced in the circumferential direction. In such a case, the male and female connector housings are rotated relative to each other in order to find a matching position. The connector housings include a positioning groove and a positioning rib. When the housings are brought together, the locking arm and detent are fitted to each other. The male and female connector housings are thus fixed at a predetermined position in the circumferential direction. When the normal fixed state is attained, the locking arm and detent are locked together. As the locking arm and detent include the positioning groove and rib, it is no longer necessary to position the male and female connector housings through visual checking.

Electrical connector having positioning device and guide

An electrical connector has first and second connector members containing one or respective pairs of terminals. In the housing of the first member, the terminals are projections. In the housing of the second member the terminals are recesses which receive the projections. A locking projection on the first member is received in a separate recess of the second member, and does not project outside the second member in the connected state. The connector is compact and has a smooth exterior shape.

Electrical connector having first and second connector members and locking structure therefor

An electrical connector has housings that have male and female fitting parts containing electrical terminals. The fitting parts have respective locking elements which interengage to restrain disconnection. The female fitting part has a front portion which is elastically expanded on engagement with the relatively rigid male fitting part, and a second portion rearwardly of the portion which is less elastic than the front portion. The electrical connector may, for example, be used with solar panels.

Electrical connector with a resiliently expansible locking element

A connector is used for connecting the cables used in solar cell modules. The connector includes a plug and a socket. The plug is provided with an insulator to avoid electrical shock. Such a plug is easily and economically provided. The plug includes a plug core, an insulator projecting from the head portion of the plug core and a housing covering the plug core with a space adapted to receive part of the socket. The insulator includes a cap portion projecting from the head portion of the plug core, and a trunk portion to be fitted into the plug core. The trunk portion and the plug core are provided with corresponding fixing mechanism for preventing them from slipping out.
