An example vibrating body for the acoustic transducer may include a diaphragm including a first vibrating part and a second vibrating part located at an outer circumference of the first vibrating part. A coil is configured to vibrate the diaphragm. An edge portion is located at an outer circumference of the diaphragm. A plurality of ribs are provided outside of the coil on the second vibrating part formed integrally with the second vibrating part. A plurality of ribs is provided on the edge portion formed integrally with the edge portion. None of the integrally formed ribs is provided inside of the coil on the first vibrating part. The ribs provided on the second vibrating part are formed in an inner circumferential side of regions of the edge portion, the regions being located between the ribs provided on the edge portion next to each other.

Vibrating body for acoustic transducer and speaker device

A vibrating body for an acoustic transducer is provided, in which the high resonance frequency associated with inverse resonance can be outside the audible range and which can improve the acoustic characteristic of a speaker device. The vibrating bodyfor an acoustic transducer includes: a diaphragmincluding a first vibrating partand a second vibrating partformed in proximity of the outer circumferential edge of the first vibrating part; and an edge portionformed in proximity of the outer circumferential edge of the diaphragm. In the vibrating bodyfor an acoustic transducer, first reinforcing portionsandare formed so as to extend from the second vibrating partto the edge portionin a radial direction.

A speaker apparatus comprises a dome type diaphragm comprising: a reinforcing rib; and an edge damper integrally formed with an outer periphery of the dome type diaphragm; and a frame supporting the dome type diaphragm through the edge damper. The reinforcing rib comprises at least one of a groove portion and a ridge portion. The reinforcing rib is extended radially with respect to the dome center portion from a vicinity of a dome center portion of the dome type diaphragm to a dome outer periphery side.

Speaker apparatus

A speaker apparatus is provided. A frame has a projecting portion projecting toward a diaphragm at the periphery of the frame. The diaphragm has a rising portion extending opposite to the frame from the periphery of the diaphragm and having an outside surface along an inside surface of the frame projecting portion. The outside surface of the rising portion is adhered to the inside surface of the frame projecting portion.

A speaker apparatus includes an elliptical-shaped or a round-edged rectangular-shaped vibration plate; an edge damper portion disposed on an outer peripheral edge portion of the vibration plate; a recessed portion formed between said vibration plate and said edge damper portion, having a caliber of a shape corresponding to the shape of said vibration plate; and an air core voice coil fitted into an interior of said recessed portion. The speaker apparatus further includes a frame for mounting said edge damper portion to support said vibration plate, having a stepped portion and a vertical wall portion; and an edge damper frame arranged on an outer periphery of said edge damper portion, having a support portion placed on the stepped portion and a rising portion being in contact with the vertical wall portion.

An external magnetic-type speaker apparatus includes a magnetic circuit that is provided with a yoke having a center pole, ring-shaped magnet and plate. The magnetic circuit and the edge of a vibrating plate are attached to a support frame. Ventilation holes are formed in the side surface of the support frame for allowing air inside the apparatus to escape.

There is provided a speaker or a speaker system which has no chance of disabled ventilating air in a space enclosed with a voice coil bobbin to outside of the magnetic circuit through a throughhole C formed in a magnetic circuit to communicate with the space enclosed with a voice coil bobbin, even if mounting a speaker between inner surfaces of a casing, because of enabled ventilating air from a space enclosed with a voice coil bobbin to outside of a magnetic circuit through an air path formed in the magnetic circuit to communicate with the throughhole C.

Speaker and speaker system

A butterfly damper for preventing an adhesion surface between a speaker frame (6) and an outer peripheral frame (12) from peeling off is provided. The butterfly damper comprises an inside peripheral flame (11), an outer peripheral flame (12) and a plurality of movable arms (13), all of which are formed in a single piece by injection molding of thermoplastic synthetic resin. The thickness T of the outer peripheral flame (12) is thicker than the thickness t of the movable arms (13). In addition, the front and back faces of the outer peripheral flame (12) are formed so that each face protrudes toward the thickness direction respectively from the front face and the back face of the movable arms (13).

Damper for speaker

A process of preparing mineral-enriched cacao-nibs for improving the utilization of mineral, by adding an aqueous solution containing at least one mineral to cacao-nibs obtained by treating raw or semi-roasted cacao beans with a winnower to remove shells and germs, reacting the cacao-nibs with the added mineral under heat and pressure conditions, followed by drying and roasting the resulting cacao-nibs.
