An epoxy resin composition for fiber-reinforced composite materials which contains 70% by mass or more of a crystalline epoxy resin as component (A) and 10% by mass or more of a crystalline amine curing agent as component (B) based on 100% by mass of the epoxy resin composition. The difference between the melting points of component (A) and component (B) is in a range of 0 to 60&#xb0; C.
