An electromechanical actuator includes a first electric motor, a first motion conversion mechanism, a second motion conversion mechanism, and a rotation restriction mechanism for the second motion conversion mechanism. The first motion conversion mechanism includes a first member that is rotated by an output of the first electric motor and a second member that is fastened to the first member. The second motion conversion mechanism includes a third member that is movable integrally with the first member and a fourth member that is fastened to the third member. The rotation restriction mechanism is configured to be capable of selectively restricting and allowing rotation of the fourth member in accordance with movement of the third member.

Electromechanical actuator

An actuator is driven even if a jammed state, a motor stop, or the like occurs. An electromechanical actuator includes: an electric motor attached to a housing; a conversion mechanism portion having a drive portion that is driven to rotate by the electric motor and a driven portion that is driven by the drive portion and advances and withdraws in a predetermined advancing and withdrawing direction, the conversion mechanism portion being accommodated in the housing; a sliding support mechanism that transmits rotational force of the electric motor to the drive portion and allows the drive portion to slide in the advancing and withdrawing direction with respect to the electric motor; and a piston portion controlled so as to be at a predetermined position in the advancing and withdrawing direction with respect to the housing by means of pressure of a fluid supplied to and discharged from the housing.

Electromechanical actuator and actuator unit

A fluid is supplied and discharged to and from a cylinder. A body portion is fixed to a fixed-side structure, and the cylinder is provided integrally with the body portion. A piston defines a cylinder chamber inside the cylinder and slides on an inner wall of the cylinder. A rod is provided integrally with the piston and is displaced so as to extend from and contract into the cylinder. A link member is installed parallel to the axial direction of the cylinder or installed so as to extend obliquely to a direction parallel to the axial direction of the cylinder, and a first end of the link member is pivotably connected to a movable-side structure. A connecting member is fixed to the rod, and a second end of the link member is pivotably connected to the connecting member.

Fluid actuator

An object of the present invention is to provide an electric actuator having a structure capable of reducing an external force or impact acting on a screw shaft when a piston rod is at a stretched position. An electric actuator includes a nut, a piston rod, recesses, keys, holes, and a tapered portion. Into the nut, a screw shaft is screwed. The piston rod moves linearly via the nut. The recesses are formed on an outer circumferential surface of the nut. The keys are each provided to a recess. The tapered portion is formed on an inner wall of the cylinder body. The piston rod advances to move the keys outward to cause the keys to fit to the tapered portion to block retraction of the piston rod.

Electric actuator

An electric actuator includes a first port, a second port, and a cylinder chamber connecting passage. The first port is formed on an inner face of a rod-side cylinder chamber of a cylinder body. The second port is formed on an inner face of a head-side cylinder chamber of the cylinder body. The cylinder chamber connecting passage connects the first port and the second port. In the electric actuator, a piston part of a piston rod closes the first portwhen the piston rod advances.

An actuator includes a cylinder, a piston that is disposed in the cylinder and moves by supply and exhaust of working oil to and from the cylinder, a movable rod that is connected to the piston, a screw shaft, at least a part of which is inserted into the movable rod, a nut that is threaded to the screw shaft and moves integrally with the piston, and an electric motor that rotates the screw shaft forward or backward.

Actuator

A motion transforming mechanism comprises a plate assembly and a toothed rail. The plate assembly is constituted by at least three rotation plates having a common rotation axis and each having a plurality of teeth, the rotation plates being respectively formed with cranked through bores. The toothed rail is formed with a plurality of teeth held in mesh with the teeth of rotation plates. The motion transforming mechanism further comprises a drive motor assembly constituted by a rotor unit rotatably received in the cranked through bores and a stator unit accommodated in the rotor unit. The rotation plates are rotated with respect to their common rotation axis by the rotation of the rotor unit with respect to stator unit. The motion transforming mechanism thus constructed requires no external electric motor and accordingly is able to be more easily assembled with various systems.

Motion transforming mechanism

A motion converting mechanism comprising a feed member provided with a screwed portion, a screw nut member engaging with the screwed portion of the feed member, a support member rotatably supporting the feed member and the screw nut member, drive means for imparting a rotational motion to the feed member, the rotational motion of the feed member being converted into a linear motion through the screw nut member, and a speed control unit provided between the drive means and the screw nut member and constructed such that it rotates the screw nut member in the same direction as that of the feed member and in the direction opposite to the rotation of the feed member so that a speed of the linear motion is variably controlled.

A rotary motion to longitudinal motion converting mechanism comprising a passive rack with a plurality of teeth, a plurality of active racks respectively having a plurality of teeth having the same pitch as that of the teeth of the passive rack and meshing with the passive rack, and a plurailty of rotatable crankshafts respectively having eccentric circular portions different in phase from one another and respectively having the active racks supported on the eccentric circular portions in such a manner that the passive rack is moved in its longitudinal direction through the active racks by rotary motions of the plurality of rotatable crankshafts.

Rotary motion to longitudinal motion converting mechanism

A motion converting mechanism comprising a feed member provided with a screwed portion, a screw nut member engaging with the screwed portion of the feed member, a support member rotatably supporting the feed member and the screw nut member, a single drive unit for imparting a rotational motion to the feed member, and a braking unit for braking the rotational motion imparted to the screw nut member so the feed member is given a linear motion.

In a stability compensating circuit of an actuator system which has an actuator that is actuated in response to an input signal and has an object to be controlled by the actuator and includes a vibrational component and wherein the stability of the actuator system is compensated by controlling a deviation signal between the input signal to the actuator and a feedback signal from the actuator, the improvement comprising a moving average filter for averaging the deviation signals to the actuator at intervals of a moving average time of the filter.

Stability compensating circuit of actuator system

In a servo control apparatus wherein a load is controlled by a deviation between a command signal corresponding to a target value and a detected position signal of an actuator of a servo system and which has a plurality of the servo systems arranged in parallel with respect to the load, the servo control apparatus comprising: a forward circuit for producing a signal that changes in response to an external force exerted on the actuator; first feedback circuit for detecting the signal of the forward circuit and feeding the same back to the command signal; and second feedback circuit for feeding the detected position signal of the actuator back to the command signal, producing a deviation signal representative of a deviation between the position signal and the command signal, integrating the deviation signal, and inputting the integrated signal to the forward circuit.
