An endoscope includes a distal end rigid member, a distal end member, an optical unit, an opening provided in the distal end member, and a ring-shaped molded member configured to engage with a ring-shaped space formed between an outer circumferential surface in the distal end portion in an axial direction of the optical member and an inner circumferential surface in the opening of the distal end member, inclined from the distal end face of the distal end member toward the distal end face on an outer circumferential surface of the optical member throughout a whole circumference.

Endoscope distal end cover, endoscope including the same, and method for removing endoscope distal end cover

An endoscope plug body comprises a plug frame, a lid member and a plug member and shuts off an inside of a treatment instrument insertion channel from an outside. The plug frame is provided with annular projection portions, a plug body destruction portion and a plug-frame destruction operation portion. A flange portion is arranged between the annular plug portions and fitted to a base of the endoscope. The plug body destruction portion and the plug-frame destruction operation portion releases the lock state by destruction. The plug frame is cylindrical and communicates with a pipe line disposed inside the endoscope. The lid member is separate from the plug frame and has a lid portion disposed at an opening at the other end of the plug frame. The plug member is separate from the plug frame, formed of an elastic member and has a plug-member treatment instrument insertion portion.

Plug body for endoscope

An endoscope has a first bending portion, a second bending portion, and a hand-held unit. The first bending portion is the distal portion of an elongated insertion member and has a plurality of joint pieces concatenated so that the joint pieces can rotate freely. The second bending portion is located at the proximal end of the first bending portion, and has a plurality of joint pieces concatenated so that the joint pieces can rotate freely. The hand-held unit is located at the proximal end of the insertion member, and has a control section that is used to bend the first bending portion and second bending portion. In the endoscope, the control section of the hand-held unit has an angling knob that is used to bend the first bending portion, and a second angling lever that is used to bend the second bending portion.

An endoscope has a first bending portion and a second bending portion. The first bending portion is the distal portion of an elongated insertion member and bent in four directions substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the insertion member. The second bending portion is bent in at least two directions substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the insertion member. The endoscope further includes a hand-held unit having a control section that is used to bend the first bending portion and second bending portion. The control section of the handheld unit has an angling knob that is used to bend the first bending portion, and a second angling lever that is used to bend the second bending portion.

There is disclosed an endoscope cover attaching apparatus including: a cover holding stage for holding an endoscope cover in the form of a straight line, the endoscope cover including an insertion part cover for covering the insertion part of an endoscope, and an insertion part inlet aperture located at an end of said insertion part cover near a hand operation position, wherein a tube is disposed in said endoscope cover; an operation part holding stage for holding the operation part of the endoscope, the endoscope including the insertion part in which an observation optical system is disposed, and the operation part which also serves as a grip of the endoscope; and rotation means for adjusting the rotational position of the operation part of the endoscope relative to the rotational position of the insertion part inlet aperture of the endoscope cover, wherein the rotation means is disposed at least either on the operation part holding stage or on the cover holding stage.

Endoscope cover attaching apparatus

In an ultrasonic probe for use in ultrasonic endoscope, ultrasonic diagnosing apparatus and other ultrasonic apparatuses, an ultrasonic vibrator is arranged in a recess formed in a cylindrical housing and is secured thereto such that portions of first and second electrodes are exposed out of the recess. First and second lead wires are embedded in the housing such that tips of the lead wires are exposed within connecting areas formed in the housing in communication with the recess. The tips of the first and second lead wires are connected to first and second electrodes of the ultrasonic vibrator with the aid of conductive members made of solder, conductive paste or conductive adhesive agent. The other end of the first and second lead wires are extended from the same end face of the cylindrical housing.
