A dental curable composition capable of use as a dental material that can substitute part or all of a natural tooth, in particular, a resin material for dental cutting and machining in the field of dental care. When a block shape usable as the resin material is produced, while mechanical properties and aesthetic properties required for a crown prosthetic appliance are maintained, the dental curable composition can be molded and processed with pressure and heating while strain generated in the block is reduced and no cracks and chipping occur. The dental curable composition includes (a) a polymerizable monomer and (b) a filler in a weight ratio of 10:90 to 70:30, and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of (c) a polymerization initiator and 0.001 to 1 part by weight of (d) a chain transfer agent being a terpenoid compound based on 100 parts by weight of the polymerizable monomer (a).

The present invention relates to a composite material which can be used as a dental prosthesis device (crown, bridge), and specifically, relates to a composite material including a curable resin and a fiber material, and more specifically relates to a block-like composite material for dental cutting and processing characterized by having a multilayered structure including at least two layers having different transparencies. There are no technical information relating to a color tone and a transparency of the fiber material. To provide a block-like composite material for dental cutting and processing, wherein the block-like composite material has a multilayered structure including at least two layers having different transparencies, and the each layer includes a curable resin and a fiber material.

In color reproduction for a dental restorative material, in order to achieve a color that closely matches the color of the natural tooth, one technique that is used is to form a mill blank by laminating layers of materials having different colors. However, misidentification of layers frequently occurs. The present invention is a dental mill blank having a plurality of layers and the dental mill blank has a visual identifying portion by which the plurality of layers are visually identifiable. The visual identifying portion may be provided by color or by structure. Providing the visual identifying portion by color refers to coloring the surface of a layer of the dental mill blank and providing the visual identifying portion by structure refers to forming microscopic or macroscopic irregularities in the entire periphery or part of a layer surface.

The present invention relates to a dental curable composition that can be suitably used as a dental material that can substitute part or all of a natural tooth, in particular, a resin material for dental cutting and machining in the field of dental care. An object of the present invention is to provide a dental curable composition in which, when a block shape usable as a resin material for dental cutting and machining is produced while mechanical properties such as hardness, bending strength and compressive strength as well as aesthetic property required for a crown prosthetic appliance are maintained, the dental curable composition can be molded and processed with pressure and heating while strain generated in the block is reduced and no cracks and chipping occur. Multilayer resin material for dental milling and machining

Provided are opaque materials exhibiting a good adhesive strength and a good color tone reproduction comparable with natural dental crowns as well as having a good operability. In addition, the opaque materials may exhibit a stain-resistance property in rebuilding-up a dental composition on the opaque materials in a cured form with a metal instrument. Further, the opaque materials may exhibit a good color tone reproduction comparable with natural dental crowns even if a dental membrane is thinly formed from the opaque metals. The dental membrane is formed from a first opaque layer and a second opaque layer, wherein the first opaque layer contains a filler of indefinite-shape particles and the second opaque layer contains a filler of spherical-shape particles, and wherein the first opaque layer is formed on a metal base and the second opaque layer is formed on the first opaque layer.
