An image pickup apparatus includes: an optics system that forms an optical image of a subject on an imaging surface; a variable magnification lens that is part of the optics system, that is provided to be movable in a direction of an optical axis of the optics system, and that enlarges or reduces the optical image formed on the imaging surface in association with a movement of the variable magnification lens; a position detection unit that detects a position of the variable magnification lens in the direction of the optical axis; a storage unit that stores output characteristic information about a characteristic of an output of the position detection unit according to a position of the variable magnification lens in the direction of the optical axis; and a driving control unit that performs a control for moving the variable magnification lens on the basis of the output characteristic information.

Image pickup apparatus

In a washing/disinfecting tank of an endoscope washing/disinfecting device, an endoscope connection portion to be joined to a connector portion of an endoscope body is provided, and receiving-side bases to be connected to each of pipelines of the endoscope body are provided. In washing/disinfecting the endoscope body, the connector portion is opposed to the endoscope connection portion in the predetermined positioned state, and then, a switch is turned on. Then, an electromagnet disposed at the endoscope connection portion is excited so as to attract and fix the connector portion by a generated magnetic force.

Endoscope washing/disinfecting system, endoscope, and endoscope washing/disinfecting device

A treatment instrument output data analysis section includes a probe ID extraction section, an output waveform extraction section, a data analysis section and an analysis result output section. The analysis result output section of the treatment instrument output data analysis section can display on a centralized display panel a synthetic image made by synthesizing a frame image stored in an image storage section of an endoscopic camera apparatus and an analysis result analyzed by the data analysis section.

Operation system and method of notifying system operation information of same

An endoscope system includes an endoscope having an image pickup device, a control unit, signal lines, a first earth electric wire, a light guide and a scope connector. The scope connector is formed by collecting a first electric contact, a first non-contact power transmitting portion serving as a non-contact electromagnetic induction and coupling device, a first non-contact signal transmitting portion, and a first illumination light transmitting portion. The system further includes an endoscope control device having a multi-connector portion to which the scope connector is detachably connected, a second electrical contact, which is provided in the multi-connector portion and connectable to the first electric contact, a second non-contact power transmitting portion and a second non-contact signal transmitting portion which are provided in the multi-connector portion and connectable to the first non-contact power transmitting portion and the first non-contact signal transmitting portion respectively, and a video signal processing unit for controlling the control unit of the endoscope.

Endoscope system

An inexpensive and compact leakage tester is provided, which performs a leakage determination on a measurement object automatically and with high accuracy. The leakage tester of the present invention includes; a pressurizing device for pressurizing the inside of a measurement object; a pressurizing controlling section for controlling the pressurizing device so as to perform a first pressurizing operation and a second pressurizing operation; a pressure detecting section for detecting a pressure value in the measurement object at the stoppage of the first pressurizing operation and a pressure change value in the measurement object after the stoppage of the second pressurizing operation; a volume estimating section for estimating a volume of the measurement object based on at least the pressure value; and a leak determination section for determining a leak state of the measurement object based on pressure change information and the pressure change value.

Leakage tester

A leak tester which detects leakage of a gas from a measured object, the leak tester including a source of a pressurized gas which supplies the pressurized gas, a differential pressure detecting section which detects a pressure difference between the pressure of a gas in the measured object and the pressure of a pressurized gas supplied by the source of the pressurized gas, and a pressure adjusting section which makes the pressure of the pressurized gas supplied by the source of the pressurized gas constant.

Leak tester

The invention provides a cautery apparatus, which includes a cautery probe provided at the tip of a sheath that can be inserted into, for example, a treatment-tool channel of an endoscope, and also includes a liquid-supply pump to be connected to the sheath for supplying a liquid through nozzles formed in the cautery probe. The cautery apparatus comprises a pump driving motor provided in its main body, a pump unit containing the liquid-supply pump, an attaching device for detachably attaching the liquid-supply pump unit to the main body, and a coupling mechanism. The coupling mechanism couples the driving shaft of the liquid-supply pump to the driving shaft of the pump driving device to attach the liquid-supply pump unit to the main body, and separates the driving and driving shafts from each other to detach the liquid-supply pump unit from the main body.
