A resin composition contains (b) 1 part by weight-7 parts by weight of a powder of a compound having a layer crystal structure, and (c) 8 parts by weight-27 parts by weight of a resin powder, per (a) 100 parts by weight of polyether sulfone. The resin composition preferable for molding a sealing member superior in abrasion resistance at a high temperature, mountability on an axis and seal groove with deformation, and sealability is provided.

Resin composition and seal member using same

The present invention provides a laminate having a high fluorohydrocarbon resistance even when used at a high temperature and suitable for use as a sealing member such as oil sealing, gasket and the like. In a laminate including a metal member, and an adhesive and a hydrogenated nitrile rubber formed article laminated on the metal member, the adhesive is formed from a cured product of a composition containing a resin containing not less than 90 mass % of a novolac type phenol resin having a gelling time, as measured by Japanese Industrial standard (JIS) K 6910:2007 'gelling time C method', of 50 sec-150 sec at 150&#xb0; C., and a curing agent.

Laminate and process for producing same

A suspension type electrodeposition coating composition containing, as a resin component, block copolyimide having a siloxane bond in a molecular structure and an anionic group in a molecule. Preferably, the above-mentioned block copolyimide contains, as one of the diamine components, diamine having a siloxane, bond in a molecular structure. In addition, preferably, the above-mentioned anionic group is a carboxylic acid group or a salt thereof and/or a sulfonic acid group or a salt thereof. The electrodeposition coating composition has superior heat resistance, which does not easily develop peeling and cracks in the electrodeposited body, and is capable of efficiently forming a high-insulation electrodeposited film superior in the uniformity of film property.

Electrodeposition coating material and electrodeposition method

The invention is directed to a method and apparatus for diagnosing deterioration of an article having at least a covering layer made from an organic polymer material. The method comprises (i) forming a data group for deterioration diagnosis comprising deterioration diagnostic characteristic values and corresponding ultrasonic wave propagation characteristic values for samples having different material specifications, (ii) propagating an ultrasonic wave through the covering layer of the article to measure an ultrasonic wave propagation characteristic of the covering layer, and (iii) determining a corresponding deterioration diagnostic characteristic from the data group for the ultrasonic wave propagation characteristic of the covering layer. The apparatus comprises (i) an ultrasonic wave propagation measuring device comprising an ultrasonic wave transmitting means, an ultrasonic wave receiving means, a delay chip, and a propagation time measuring means, (ii) a storage unit containing a data group for deterioration diagnosis, and (iii) a central processing unit.
