The disclosure provides a vehicle battery cooling device including, in a vehicle equipped with a battery for driving, a battery accommodation part, an outside air introduction passage introducing air outside the vehicle, a heat exchanger cooling air introduced into the outside air introduction passage, a first air conditioning passage, a second air conditioning passage, a first discharge passage, and a second discharge passage. The first air conditioning passage is communicated to the heat exchanger and the vehicle room to supply air cooled by the heat exchanger to the vehicle room. The second air conditioning passage is communicated to the heat exchanger and the battery accommodation part to supply air cooled by the heat exchanger to the battery accommodation part. The first discharge passage discharges air in the vehicle room to outside the vehicle. The second discharge passage discharges air in the battery accommodation part to outside the vehicle.

Vehicle battery cooling device

The disclosure is a battery temperature raising device for hybrid vehicle that raises the temperature of a battery. In an engine travelling mode, when an engine water temperature is higher than a specified cooling water temperature, a first battery circuit is connected to a main circuit and the temperature of the battery is raised by cooling water in the main circuit (first temperature raising control). In a motor travelling mode, when a motor generator temperature is higher than a battery temperature, the first battery circuit and a heat exchanger flow path are connected to the main circuit, and thereby a closed circuit through which cooling water circulates without passing through an engine is formed, and the temperature of the battery is raised by the cooling water that is raised in temperature by heat exchange with a refrigerant in a heat exchanger (second temperature raising control).

Heat accumulation and dissipation device for internal combustion engine

Provided is a layout structure of refrigerant piping near a heat accumulator in a vehicle, which is connected to the heat accumulator and can reduce cooling of the refrigerant piping near the heat accumulator due to blowing of wind that comes with running of the vehicle, thereby suppressing heat dissipation of the refrigerant flowing into and out of the heat accumulator. The heat accumulator mounted in a front portion of the vehicle is arranged to extend in a direction substantially orthogonal to a front-rear direction of the vehicle, and has refrigerant inflow part and outflow part at an end. A heat distribution device for hybrid vehicle is provided, including: an engine cooling circuit through which cooling water for cooling an internal combustion engine circulates; a MG cooling circuit through which a refrigerant for cooling a motor generator circulates; and a heat exchanger which performs heat exchange between the cooling water and the refrigerant. The cooling water control apparatus of the disclosure includes: a cooling water circuit; a heat accumulator which is arranged in the cooling water circuit and stores high-temperature cooling water flowing out from an internal combustion engine; an on-off valve for opening/closing the cooling water circuit; a heater passage which is connected in parallel to the cooling water circuit; and a flow rate control valve which controls a flow rate of the cooling water inside the heater passage. The cooling water inside the heat accumulator is supplied to the internal combustion engine by closing the flow rate control valve and opening the on-off valve in order to promote warm-up at the start of the internal combustion engine, and thereafter, the on-off valve is closed, and an opening degree of the flow rate control valve is controlled to make the temperature of the internal combustion engine reach a specified target temperature.

A battery temperature raising device is provided which raises, in a vehicle having an internal combustion engine and a motor using a chargeable battery as a power source, the temperature of the battery during charging in a state that the internal combustion engine is stopped. The battery temperature raising device includes a main circuit where cooling water circulates through the internal combustion engine; a first battery circuit connected in parallel to the main circuit; and a second flow rate control valve arranged in the first battery circuit. A first temperature raising control for raising the temperature of the battery is executed, when a battery temperature is equal to or below a predetermined temperature and an engine water temperature is higher than the battery temperature during charging the battery, by opening the second flow rate control valve and introducing the cooling water inside the main circuit into the first battery circuit.

The thermal management system includes a cooling circuit in which cooling water circulates, a heat exchange circuit in which cooling water performing heat exchange with a battery flows, a flow rate control valve which adjusts a flow rate of cooling water flowing from the cooling circuit to the heat exchange circuit, a shutter which adjusts an introduction amount of outside air into an engine room, and an ECU which controls an opening degree of the flow rate control valve and an opening degree of the shutter. The ECU controls the shutter and the flow rate control valve to be in a fully closed state when a cooling water temperature is less than a valve opening temperature of a thermostat valve and controls the shutter and the flow rate control valve to be in an open state when the cooling water temperature is greater than the valve opening temperature.

Vehicle thermal management system

A control device of a vehicle capable of improving acceleration responsiveness and suppressing increase in the NOx emission amount when a required torque is increased during a steady lean operation. A target air-fuel ratio (AFCMD) is set according to an accelerator pedal operation of a driver. When the driver depresses an accelerator pedal to make an acceleration request during the lean operation, in which the AFCMD is set to a predetermined lean air-fuel ratio (AFLN), air-fuel ratio reduction control is executed to reduce the AFCMD according to the acceleration request. In the air-fuel ratio reduction control, when the AFCMD calculated according to a required torque (TRQCMD) is smaller than a limit air-fuel ratio (AFLMT), the AFCMD is set to the AFLMT, and the AFLMT is set to a value smaller than the AFLN set in a steady state of the lean operation and larger than a theoretical air-fuel ratio (AFST).
