A communication system includes: a plurality of mobile terminals; and a linked apparatus that works in concert with the plurality of mobile terminals. The linked apparatus is configured to establish a wireless connection to a selected one of the plurality of mobile terminals. The selected one of the plurality of mobile terminals is designated as a relaying apparatus that relays communications. The plurality of mobile terminals includes: a first mobile terminal that serves as the relaying apparatus before a change of selection of the relaying apparatus; and a second mobile terminal that serves as the relaying apparatus after the change of selection of the relaying apparatus. In a case where the selection of the relaying apparatus is changed from the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal, (1) the first mobile terminal sends, to the linked apparatus, a credential that is used to establish a wireless connection to the second mobile terminal, the credential being acquired from the second mobile terminal, and (2) the linked apparatus establishes the wireless connection to the second mobile terminal as the relaying apparatus using the credential.

Communication system

An acoustic device, which reproduces an acoustic signal of one acoustic source selected from a plurality of acoustic sources. A first averaging unit averages signal levels of the acoustic signal for a first time period to obtain a first average signal. A second averaging unit averages the signal levels for a second time period shorter than the first time period to obtain a second average signal. A selecting unit selects either the first average signal or the second average signal as one signal having a signal level higher than the other. A gain decreasing unit decreases a gain of the acoustic signal according to the signal level of the one signal if the signal level of the one signal is higher than a threshold value determined according to the one acoustic source. A correcting unit corrects the signal levels of the acoustic signal according to the gain.

Acoustic device and method of reproducing acoustic signal

An audio apparatus according to an embodiment includes an audio signal receiving unit, a music gap signal receiving unit, a playback unit, and a determining unit. The audio signal receiving unit receives an audio signal in which successive multiple music data are contained in a single block of data. The determining unit determines a boundary of the music data on the basis of the time at which the music gap signal that indicates the boundary of the music data by the music gap signal receiving unit and the duration of a silent period in the audio signal that is played back by the playback unit.

Audio apparatus

The present invention is directed to providing a sound field reproduction system that can enhance the sound separation between the front and rear seats or left and right seats of a vehicle. The sound field reproduction system includes a control unit for creating a first sound signal and a second sound signal from one or a plurality of sources, a narrow-directional speaker mounted on the front seat side of the vehicle, a speaker mounted on the rear seat side of the vehicle, and a signal processing unit for driving the narrow-directional speaker based on the first sound signal that has been processed according to frequency range, and for driving the speaker based on the second sound signal.

A navigation apparatus includes a guidance-information creating unit that creates guidance information by acquiring a guiding direction, in which a vehicle should be guided, from preset route information and current position information; an acoustic-image creating unit that creates an acoustic image for notifying a driver of the guidance information; and an acoustic-image control unit that changes at least one of a movement start position of the acoustic image, a direction change position of the acoustic image, a moving amount of the acoustic image, a moving speed of the acoustic image, and a moving locus of the acoustic image according to the current position information and a guiding position in the preset route information.
