A receiver includes a large diameter main body portion, and an intermediate member side small diameter portion. A wall thickness of the intermediate member side small diameter portion is smaller than a wall thickness of the main body portion. As a result, heat capacity of the intermediate member side small diameter portion is reduced. As a result, it is possible to complete brazing between the intermediate member side small diameter portion and the intermediate member, at the same time as brazing among tanks, tubes, and fins. A desiccant enclosed in a flexible bag can be taken in and out through the intermediate member side small diameter portion.

Condenser with integrated receiver

The present disclosure provides a refrigerant tank for storing a refrigerant circulating in a cooling circuit. The refrigerant tank includes a housing body and a desiccant bag. The housing body defines therein a space for storing the refrigerant. The desiccant bag houses a desiccant therein and is disposed inside the space of the housing body. The housing body includes a side surface defining an opening through which the refrigerant passes. The refrigerant tank further includes a contact preventing member that prevents the desiccant back from coming into contact with an edge of the opening.

Each tube and a corresponding fin satisfy all of the following relationships: Lp&#x2212;t&#x2267;0.03Tr+0.22; Lp&#x2212;t&#x2266;0.115Tr&#x2212;1.14Tr+2.35; and Lp&#x2212;t&#x2267;5Tr&#x2212;8.3Tr+3, where Lp denotes a width of a sub-passages, Tr denotes a refrigerant passage height, and t denotes a plate thickness of the fin. The amount of a brazing material, which is present through an entire extent of the width of the sub-passage, is set to satisfy a relationship of 0.005&#x2266;S/L&#x3c;0.5, where S denotes a size of a cross-sectional area of the brazing material, and L denotes a length of a center line of a corresponding portion of the fin, which is present through the entire extent of the width of the sub-passage.
