The present invention addresses the problem of providing lipid nanoparticles which function as gene transfer carriers capable of selective transfer to the liver or spleen. Lipid nanoparticles which contain a pH-sensitive cationic lipid represented by formula (I) [a represents an integer of 3-5; b represents 0 or 1; Rand Reach independently represent a group represented by general formula (A) (Rand Reach independently represent a linear or branched Calkyl group; c represents 0 or 1; v represents an integer of 4-12); and X represents a group represented by general formula (B)(d represents an integer of 0-3; and Rand Reach independently represent a Calkyl group or Calkenyl group, while Rand Rmay form a 5- to 7-membered non-aromatic heterocycle) or represents a 5- to 7-membered non-aromatic heterocyclic group]. Lipid nanoparticle

A composite semipermeable membrane includes a porous support membrane, a separation functional layer containing a polyamide disposed on the porous support membrane, and a coating layer disposed on the separation functional layer, wherein a water contact angle of a surface of the coating layer is 40° or less, and a protein adsorption force of the surface of the coating layer is 0.4 nN or less.

Composite semipermeable membrane

A hollow fiber membrane module () of the present invention includes: a plurality of hollow fiber membranes (); a binding portion () binding the plurality of hollow fiber membranes () at one end portions thereof; and a cap () having an internal space () that communicates with each of the plurality of hollow fiber membranes (), the cap () being integrated with the binding portion (); and a housing () that houses the plurality of hollow fiber membranes () and the binding portion (), and that has one end portion to which the cap () is attached. A unit () including the plurality of hollow fiber membranes (), the binding portion (), and the cap () is detached from the housing () and the unit () is attached to the housing () while integration of the binding portion () and the cap () is maintained.
