Footwear includes an inner knitted fabric () and an outer knitted fabric () that are connected by a stitch row at a top line (). In the footwear, wale directions of the inner knitted fabric and the outer knitted fabric are different, and/or, the outer knitted fabric is provided with a portion made of a knitted structure () with holes, and the inner knitted fabric arranged on the inner side of that portion is made of a knitted structure () whose stretchability is lower than that of another portion of the inner knitted fabric. A difference in stretchability between the vertical and horizontal directions of the footwear provided with a double layer knitted fabric is reduced, or a difference in stretchability depending on the position in the footwear is reduced.

Footwear provided with knitted fabric having double structure

There is provided a shoe upper that can be produced with high productivity. A heel cover portion () and a body portion () of a shoe upper () are integrally formed in a seamless manner by a knitting pattern. In the top section, a portion having a knitting width of greater than or equal to a predetermined width from an upper end to a lower end, at a position corresponding to a heel of a wearer, is assumed as the heel cover portion (), and a portion including a remaining portion of the top section, excluding the heel cover portion (), and the bottom section is assumed as the body portion (), where an end in a knitting width direction of the heel cover portion () and an end in a wale direction of the body portion () are connected at positions of edges (L, L) on a side surface of the shoe upper () of the edges (Lto L) to become the boundary lines of the heel cover portion () and the body portion (). As a result, directions of stitches of the heel cover portion () and the body portion () are oriented in a height direction and a length direction, respectively, of the shoe upper (), whereby a three-dimensional shoe upper () is obtained.

Shoe upper and method for producing shoe upper

There is provided a shoe upper excelling in productivity, and a method for knitting the same. A shoe upper () includes a left side intermediate knitted fabric portion (L) connecting a left side edge portion of a tongue () and an instep cover section (), and a right side intermediate knitted fabric portion (R) connecting a right side edge portion of the tongue () and the instep cover section (). In such shoe upper (), a width of an end of the tongue () is formed wider on a foot insertion opening () side than on a toe side, both side edge portions of the tongue () are overlapped with the instep cover section () in a thickness direction thereof, and the instep cover section (), the tongue (), and both the intermediate knitted fabric portions (L,R) are all integrally knitted in a seamless manner.

Shoe upper, and method for knitting shoe upper

There is provided a method for producing a shoe upper with which a shoe upper can be produced with high productivity, and a shoe upper obtained with the method for producing the shoe upper. An instep cover section () and a sole cover section () are integrally knitted in a seamless manner by carrying out process &#x3b1; and then carrying out process &#x3b2; or by carrying out process &#x3b2; and then carrying out process &#x3b1; with a flat knitting machine including at least a pair of a front and a back needle bed. [Process &#x3b1;] Knitting a main body left portion (L), which is a left side portion of the instep cover section (), with one needle bed of the flat knitting machine and knitting a main body right portion (R), which is a right side portion of the instep cover section (), with the other needle bed of the flat knitting machine. [Process &#x3b2;] Knitting a bottom left portion (L), which is a left side portion of the sole cover section () with one needle bed, and a bottom right portion (R), which is a right side portion of the sole cover section (), with the other needle bed.

Method for producing shoe upper, and shoe upper

There is provided an instep cover in which various designs can be provided on a side surface portion of the instep cover even when a shoelace holding section is provided, and a shoe upper including the instep cover. In a shoe upper () configuring a shoe, an instep cover () that covers a portion on an instep side of a wearer includes a slit (S) extending from a foot insertion opening for the wearer to insert a foot toward a toe, and a shoelace holding section () that holds a shoelace for adjusting a spacing of the slit (S). The shoelace holding section () includes a holding unit (U) configured by a hole () formed in a slit edge region () that shapes the slit (S), and an annular strap () being formed to an annular shape by connecting one end and the other end of a lace-like body to the slit edge region () and having a length that can be pulled out from the hole () when an intermediate portion of the lace-like body is brought to a position of the hole ().

Instep cover and shoe upper

There is provided a method for knitting a shoe upper that can allow the reinforcement degree of the shoe upper to be changed with a small number of yarn feeders. A method for knitting a shoe upper () including an instep cover section () that covers a portion on an instep side of a wearer and a sole cover section () that covers a sole of the wearer is provided. The instep cover section () and the sole cover section () are three-dimensionally knitted in a seamless manner; and in the knitting process, at least one base section () configuring a part of the shoe upper () is knitted using a base knitting yarn containing a non-thermal adhesive yarn and a thermal adhesive yarn, and a reinforcement knitting yarn containing a thermal adhesive yarn is interwoven in the base section () to reinforce the base section (). In this case, the number of knitting with the reinforcement knitting yarn with respect to the base section () is changed.

Method for knitting shoe upper

There is provided a footwear having a three-dimensional shape that fits a foot of a wearer regardless of a stretchability of a knitted fabric. A seamless footwear () including an instep cover section () and a sole cover section () is provided. The sole cover section () is divided to a heel portion () and a sole main body portion (). A setup portion (S) or a knitting end portion is formed at a heel side end of the footwear (), and such setup portion (S) or the knitting end portion is extended in a height direction of the footwear () and also connected to the heel portion (). The heel portion () is formed by a knitting of stacking a stitch row for plural tiers in a wale direction, and gradually differing the number of stitches in a knitting width direction of the stitch row when stacking tiers of the stitch row. The heel portion () is formed to a tongue shape in which a width gradually becomes narrower toward a heel side of the footwear () according to the change in the number of stitches.

Footwear and method for knitting footwear

There is provided a method for knitting a knitted fabric, different from a conventional method, of forming a suppressing section for suppressing a stretch in the knitting width direction of the knitted fabric in the knitting process of the knitted fabric. One side in a longitudinal direction of needle beds (FB, BB) is assumed as a moving direction (DR). A suppressing section () is formed by repeating performing of a bind-off process, in which a first stitch () held on one needle bed (FB) is overlapped with a second stitch () that is proximate in the moving direction (DR) and a retaining stitch () is knitted following in a wale direction of a double stitch () of the first stitch () and the second stitch (), and forming of a new base stitch () branched from at least one of the first stitch () and the second stitch ().

Method for knitting knitted fabric

A shoe upper that suppresses a partial stretch of an upper main body with a means different from an inlay knitting yarn is provided. A shoe upper () including an upper main body () configured by a sole cover () and an instep cover () is provided, the shoe upper including a right side additional knitted fabric (R) connected to a part of an edge portion () of the shoe opening () in the instep cover () by knitting, which part is on a right side of a center line dividing the shoe opening () to right and left, and a left side additional knitted fabric (L) connected to a part of the edge portion () on a left side of the center line by knitting. The sole cover () and the instep cover () are integrally knitted in a seamless manner, and at least one part of the right side additional knitted fabric (R) and at least one part of the left side additional knitted fabric (L) are fixed to the upper main body (), and the partial stretch of the upper main body () is suppressed by such additional knitted fabrics (R,L).

An instep cover knitted there-dimensionally in advance, and a method for knitting the same are provided. An instep cover, out of a shoe upper configuring a shoe, which is a seamless knitted fabric knitted using a flat knitting machine including at least a pair of a front and a back needle bed, the instep covercovering a portion on an instep side of a wearer is provided. Assuming in the instep cover, a portion that covers a region from an Achilles tendon to a heel of the wearer is a heel cover section, and a portion excluding the heel cover sectionis a body section, a stitch in a vicinity of an end in a knitting width direction of the heel cover sectionand a stitch at an end in a wale direction of the body sectionare connected at a position of boundary lines L, Lof the heel cover sectionand the body sectionto form the instep coverthree-dimensionally; and at least one part of the instep coveris configured with a knitting structure knitted using the front and back needle beds.

Instep cover, and method for knitting instep cover

There is provided a shoe upper with high productivity in which a reinforcing section can be easily formed at the position of the heel or the toe, and a method for producing the same. A shoe upper () in which an instep cover section () and a sole cover section () are integrally knitted in a seamless manner is provided. The shoe upper () includes a pocket section () formed extending over a left side portion and a right side portion of the shoe upper () at least at a position of a heel or a toe of the shoe upper (). The pocket section () is configured by an outer side knitted fabric portion () configured with a part of the instep cover section (), and an inner side knitted fabric portion () directly connected to the sole cover section () and entered to the inner side of the outer side knitted fabric portion (). A pocket opening (), which is an opening of the pocket section (), opens at the side of the sole cover section ().

There is provided a knitted fabric in which a spacing of an open portion can be adjusted as necessary, and a method for knitting the same. An inlay knitting of interweaving a first line (Y) supplied from a far side line feeder (F) into a first knitted fabric portion () is carried out (process &#x3b1;). An inlay knitting of interweaving a second line (Y) supplied from a near side line feeder (F) into a second knitted fabric portion () is carried out, and the second line (Y) is made intersect the first line (Y) on the open portion () side (process &#x3b2;). An inlay knitting of interweaving the first line (Y) into the first knitted fabric portion () is carried out, and a state in which the first line (Y) is entwined around the second line (Y) and turned back is obtained (process &#x3b3;). An inlay knitting of interweaving the second line (Y) into the second knitted fabric portion () is carried out, and a turn-back end of the first line (Y) and a turn-back end of the second line (Y) are entwined (process &#x3b4;).

Method for knitting knitted fabric and knitted fabric

There is provided a method for producing a shoe upper capable of producing a shoe upper having a double structure with high productivity. A tubular inner side knitted fabric portion () to become an inner side portion of the shoe upper and a tubular outer side knitted fabric portion () to become an outer side portion of the shoe upper are knitted with the inner side knitted fabric portion () and the outer side knitted fabric portion () lined on left and right on the needle beds and with foot insertion opening corresponding portions () of the knitted fabric portions () connected (process &#x3b1;). In this case, at least one of the inner side knitted fabric portion () and the outer side knitted fabric portion () is knitted using a fusible knitting yarn including a heat fusible yarn. The inner side knitted fabric portion () is tucked in an interior of the outer side knitted fabric portion () to form a shoe upper having a double structure (process &#x3b2;). The shoe upper having the double structure is fitted to a last and a thermal process is carried out (process &#x3b3;).
