A spacer type pressure reducing valve for adjusting a fluid pressure is mounted between a solenoid valve, which switches a flowing direction of pressurized fluid, and a base, which supplies pressurized fluid to the solenoid valve. First and second pressure-reducing portions are integrally accommodated in a valve body of the spacer type pressure reducing valve. The spacer type pressure reducing valve is compact and is capable of adjusting pressure in two output ports.

The opening and closing operations of a poppet valve are stabilized by preventing a diaphragm and the poppet valve from being inclined so that the pressure adjusting accuracy of a regulator is increased. For that purpose, the diaphragm is fitted with a piston and the poppet valve for opening and closing a valve seat and the piston is guided for moving in the axial direction with a sleeve by slidably inserting the piston into the sleeve.

Regulator

A regulator for adjusting the pressure of a pressurized fluid wherein when a valve seat is fitted with a seat holder in a compressed state wherein excessive deformation of the valve seat due to a compressing reaction force is eliminated by the provision of a recessed groove is formed in the outer periphery of the valve seat. A compressing force by the seat holder is absorbed by compression deformation of the valve seat in the recessed groove portion of the valve seat.

The present invention includes a terminal block accommodation chamber formed in a sub-plate, a cover member detachably mounted on the opening of the terminal block accommodation chamber, and a terminal block that is formed integrally with the cover member and that is loaded in and unloaded from the terminal block accommodation chamber by installing and removing the cover member. The terminal block has a plurality of feeding terminals to which leads drawn through an introduction port in the cover member are connected. A plurality of plug-shaped contact shoes for electric connection are attached to the respective terminals. Socket-shaped contact shoes leading to the solenoid valve are provided in a first connector installed inside the terminal block accommodation chamber. When the solenoid is inserted into the accommodation chamber, the contact shoes of the terminal block are connected to the contact shoes of the first connector.

Wire connection apparatus for solenoid-operated valves

Pressure controlling valve mounted in such a manner as to be directly inserted between a change valve and a base and which has a valve body which is substantially equal to the change valve in width. In the valve body, there are provided a plurality of communication channels that communicate the corresponding ports of the change valve and base, a pressure control valve port that crosses those channels, a pressure control valve stem inserted in the port, and a controlling mechanism which are under a set pressure in cooperative action with the stem. The channels to guide pressure fluid for controlling pressure include a lead port inside the pressure controlling valve step and a lead clearance in the outer region of pressure controlling valve stem.

Pilot-operated directional control valve

A pressure-regulating valve, which is mounted in such a way as to be directly sandwiched between a transfer valve and a base has a valve body having substantially the same breadth as the transfer valve. The valve body contains a plurality of communication passages that allow opposed through-holes in the transfer valve and base; a pressure-regulating valve hole provided so as to traverse these communication passages; a pressure-regulating valve stem inserted into the valve hole; and means for cooperating with the pressure-regulating valve stem in regulating the air pressure in an output communication passage to a set value.

A packing mounting groove formed in a spool has a wider portion of a large groove width and a narrower portion of a small groove width, and a packing that is mounted in the packing mounting groove has a first portion that fits in the wider portion and a second portion that fits in the narrower portion. A plurality of fixing protrusions formed concentrically on both sides of the second portion are pressure-contacted with a groove wall of the narrower portion to fixedly mount the packing in the mounting groove.

Spool

It is an object of this invention to reduce air resistance, which occurs when a packing is mounted in the mounting groove of a spool. Reducing this air resistance facilitates the mounting operation and prevents compressed air from being contained in a groove bottom space, and thus prevents the packing from floating. To achieve this object, a packing mounting groove 14 consisting of a wide portion 14a and a narrow portion 14b is formed in a seal land 13 in the spool. In addition, a packing 11 includes on both sides of its second portion 11b, which is fitted on the narrow portion 14b, a seal lip 18 that contacts the groove wall of the narrow portion 14b in a gas-tight manner such that air is prevented from flowing into the groove bottom. Furthermore, a lip width (f) representing the distance between both seal lips 18 and 18 under a non-seal condition is set the same as or smaller than the width (a) of the wide portion 14a of the mounting groove 14.

A pressure-control valve mounted so as to be directly positioned between a selector valve 3 and a base 2 comprising a valve body 15 with almost the same lateral width as the selector valve 3, with the body 15 including therein a plurality of communication passages allowing the passage holes in the selector valve 3 to communicate with the corresponding passage holes in the base 2; a pressure-control valve hole 19 disposed so as to cross the communication passages; a pressure-control valve rod 20 inserted into the valve hole; and a means cooperating with the pressure-control valve rod 20 to adjust the air pressure to a set value.

In a direct-coupled solenoid valve comprising an armature 27 of a solenoid control segment 3 that directly actuates a valve member 10 that opens and closes the passages between multiple ports, the armature 27 comprises an iron core 27a and a length setting member 27b that jointly set the core length L of the armature 27 to a switchable length according to the valve member 10.

Direct-coupled solenoid valves

Disclosed herein is a vacuum feeding apparatus for causing a working device such as a suction pad to communicate with a vacuum port so as to enable the working device to attract and hold a work or feed it to a desired position. In the vacuum feeding apparatus, components such as a valve section, a vacuum section, a filter section, a pressure detecting section, a manifold section, etc. are produced in blocks or units respectively. These blocks indicative of the above components can selectively be used in combination. In addition, a plate mounted on a corresponding block can be used to selectively make the changeover of any one of a plurality of fluid passages defined in the block and to cut off the selected passage.

Vacuum feeding apparatus

A speed-reducing valve assembly is provided in an air passage through which compressed air is discharged when a pneumatic actuator is decelerated. The speed-reducing valve assembly comprises a three-way valve actuated by a signal generated when the actuator has reached the point where deceleration is started, a relief valve through which the compressed air in the passage is let out when the air pressure has reached the preset level, and a check valve that allows only the admission of compressed air into the same passage. The signal-actuated three-way valve brings the air passage of the actuator into communication with the passage in which the relief valve and check valve are provided. When the signal generated when the actuator has reached the deceleration starting point is fed to the speed-reducing valve assembly, the exhaust passage of the actuator communicates with the relief valve and check valve. If the pressure in the actuator is lower than the desired level, the check valve opens to introduce a fluid of the desired pressure through the pressure-reducing valve. If the inside pressure is higher, the air is discharged through the relief valve. Thus the pressure in the exhaust-side pressure chamber of the actuator is always maintained at the desired level. The piston of the actuator is therefore rapidly and smoothly brought to a stop at the desired point.
