A remote control device according to an embodiment includes an operation button, a generator, an electrical storage part, electronic paper, and a controller. The operation button is for remotely operating a wet-area device. The generator generates electrical power by utilizing energy when the operation button is pressed. The electrical storage part stores the electrical power generated by the generator; the electronic paper displays a setting state of the wet-area device. The controller controls a refresh and a display-switching of the electronic paper by utilizing the electrical power stored in the electrical storage part. The operation button is marked with information showing a function of the operation button. The controller performs the refresh in the case where the function is not realized when the operation button is pressed.

Remote control device

A remote control device according to an embodiment includes an operation button, a generator, an electrical storage part, electronic paper, and a controller. The operation button is for remotely operating a wet-area device. The generator generates electrical power by utilizing energy when the operation button is pressed. The electrical storage part stores the electrical power. The electronic paper displays a setting state of the wet-area device. The controller controls a refresh and a display-switching of the electronic paper by utilizing the electrical power stored in the electrical storage part. The controller starts the refresh in a first state by performing a first determination determining whether or not the electrical power stored in the electrical storage part is in the first state. The electrical power stored in the electrical storage part in the first state is larger than electrical power necessary to complete the refresh.

A remote control device according to an embodiment includes an operation button, a generator, an electrical storage part, electronic paper, and a controller. The operation button is for remotely operating a wet-area device. The generator generates electrical power by utilizing energy when the operation button is pressed. The electrical storage part stores the electrical power. The electronic paper displays a setting state of the wet-area device. The controller controls a display-switching of the electronic paper and a transmission of a signal to remotely operate the wet-area device. The operation button is for modifying the setting state. The controller performs the display-switching and the transmission of the signal by utilizing the electrical power stored in the electrical storage part. The controller performs the display-switching after the transmission of the signal when the operation button is pressed.

According to one embodiment, a remote control device for a toilet device includes an operation button and a power generator. The operation button is capable of a push operation and is configured to operate an equipment in response to the push operation. The power generator is configured to generate a power by being pressed in response to the push operation. A direction of the pressing is parallel to a wall surface on which the remote control device is placed.

A remote control device includes operation buttons, detectors, a power generator, a controller, and an output unit. The operation buttons are movable between an ordinary position and a lowermost position and are configured to move from the ordinary position to the lowermost position in response to a push operation. An object of the present invention is to provide a remote control apparatus for a toilet seat apparatus which generates electric power by a user's pressing operation, the remote control apparatus being capable of balancing design quality and transmission accuracy of a signal at a high level. A remote control apparatus RC has a main button group MB, including a water spray button WB and a water stop button MB, and a sub-button group SB, including a stronger button SB, etc. Each button in the sub-button group SB has a circular shape with a diameter smaller than that of each button in the main button group MB from a front view. When a button in the main button group MB is pressed, mechanical energy is transferred to a power generation unit GU by a first slide memberand a second slide member. On the other hand, when a button in the sub-button group SB is pressed, mechanical energy is transferred only by the second slide memberand a loss in the mechanical energy in such situation is smaller than the situation where a button in the main button group MB is pressed.

A remote control apparatus of the invention is a remote control apparatus for operating electronic hardware, including: a remote control main body; a cover covering a front surface of the remote control main body; and a plurality of switches provided on at least one of the remote control main body or the cover and switching by pressing force, the cover being openably attached to the remote control main body and covering the front surface of the remote control main body when closed and exposing the front surface when opened, one part of the cover being pressed to the remote control main body in the closed state of the cover and thereby being displaced to the remote control main body, and by the displacement, the cover or the remote control main body pressing any one of the plurality of switches, and another part of the cover being pressed to the remote control main body in the closed state of the cover and thereby being displaced to the remote control main body, and by the displacement, the cover or the remote control main body pressing another one of the plurality of switches. This invention can provide a remote control apparatus having excellent operability and excellent cleaning operability. Alternatively, a plurality of switches can be operated in the state of being covered with a cover.
