A pressure sensitive sensor includes: a first substrate; a resistor disposed on the first substrate; a first wiring pattern disposed on the first substrate and connected to the resistor; first comb tooth patterns disposed on the first substrate and connected to the resistor; a pusher includes a pushing part and a connecting body electrically connected to the first comb tooth patterns by pushing of the pushing part; and a second wiring pattern disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the connecting body by pushing of the pushing part. A material of the resistor has an electrical resistivity higher than electrical resistivities of materials of the first wiring pattern, the first comb tooth patterns, the connecting body, and the second wiring pattern. The resistor does not overlap the connecting body in a plan view.

Pressure sensitive sensor

A variable resistor includes: a first substrate having a first main surface; a resistor disposed on the first main surface; a first wiring pattern disposed on the first main surface and connected to the resistor; a spacer having an opening; a second substrate that: has second and third main surfaces, and is disposed on the first substrate via the spacer such that the second main surface is opposed to the first main surface; a connecting body that is: disposed on the second main surface such that the connecting body is disposed in the opening, and configured to electrically connect to the resistor by pushing of a pusher from the third main surface; and a second wiring pattern. A resistance value between the first wiring pattern and the second wiring pattern is changed based on a pushing position of the pusher.

Provided are an organic electroluminescence device having high luminous efficiency and a long emission lifetime, and a transition metal complex compound realizing the organic electroluminescence device. In the transition metal complex compound, three ligands are crosslinked with a crosslinking group having a saturated cyclic structure or a saturated polycyclic structure in a tripod manner. The organic electroluminescence device includes an organic thin film layer composed of one or multiple layers including at least a light emitting layer, the organic thin film layer being interposed between a pair of electrodes. In the organic electroluminescence device, at least one layer of the organic thin film layer contains the transition metal complex compound.

Transition metal complex compound and organic electroluminescence device using the compound

A metal complex compound having a metal-carbene bond which has a specific structure having a metal atom such as iridium atom, and an organic electroluminescence device which has an organic thin film layer having one or more layers including at least a light emitting layer and sandwiched between a pair of electrodes and contains the metal complex compound in at least one layer in the organic thin film layers. The organic electroluminescence device exhibits a great efficiency of light emission and has a long lifetime. The device can be obtained by the use of the novel metal complex compound.

A catalyst for polymerizing vinyl compounds or &#x3b1;-olefins according to the present invention includes (A) a transition metal complex, (B) a clay, clay mineral or ion-exchangeable layered compound, modified with at least one organic compound selected from the group consisting of quaternary ammonium salts, amine compounds, and adducts of amine and Br&#xf6;nsted acid, and (C) at least one aluminoxy compound. The transition metal in (A) is selected from Groups 4 to 10 or Groups 8 to 10 of the Periodic Table for catalysts for vinyl compounds or &#x3b1;-olefins, respectively. The aluminoxy compound is represented by the general Formula  wherein a plurality of R groups are each independently Chydrocarbon group and at least one of the R groups is a hydrocarbon group having 2 or more carbon atoms; and z is an integer of 2 or more for catalyst for vinyl compounds and 2 to 4 for catalysts for &#x3b1;-olefins.
