A bread packaging apparatus for packaging bread in a bag, includes a first urging unit that comes into contact with a loaf of bread and conveys the loaf of bread along a conveying path; and a control unit for controlling a speed of the first urging unit. The control unit controls the speed of the first urging unit such that the speed when the first urging unit comes into contact with the loaf of bread is different from the speed when the first urging unit conveys the loaf of bread.

Bread conveying apparatus

A bread conveying apparatus includes a flight conveyer including a first flight for urging a bread, an endless revolving member on which the first flight is mounted, and a driving member and a driven member, the endless revolving member being wound around the driving member and driven member, a rail extending along a conveying path of the bread and supporting the first flight, and a rail size setting unit for setting a length of the rail with respect to an extending direction of the conveying path. The length of the rail with respect to the conveying direction is set by the rail size setting unit based on a size of the bread.

Bread conveying apparatus and bread slicing apparatus

A bread slicing apparatus includes a plurality of drums disposed spaced apart from each other and adapted to be wound with an endless blade for slicing a loaf of bread, a plurality of rotation shafts on which the plurality of drums are coaxially mounted, respectively, a shaft support member including one end portion pivotably mounted and another end portion removably mounted, and the shaft support member being arranged to support at least one end portion of the plurality of rotation shafts, and a drum placement mechanism provided with a guide member by which opposed ends of the at least one of the plurality of rotation shafts are supported.

Bread slicing apparatus

A bread conveying apparatus and a bread slicing apparatus including the bread conveying apparatus, comprise a flight conveyer including a first flight for urging a bread, an endless revolving member on which the first flight is mounted, and a driving member and a driven member, the endless revolving member being wound around the driving member and driven member; a rail extending along a conveying path of the bread and supporting the first flight; and a rail size setting unit for setting a length of the rail with respect to an extending direction of the conveying path, wherein the length of the rail with respect to the conveying direction is set by the rail size setting unit based on a size of the bread.

A bread slicing apparatus includes a plurality of drums disposed spaced apart from each other and adapted to be wound with an endless blade, a plurality of rotation shafts on which the plurality of drums are coaxially mounted, respectively, a shaft support frame member including one end portion and another end portion, and extending outside a cylindrical space surrounded by an outer circumference surface of the plurality of drums and by a plane extended parallel with and from the outer circumference surface of the plurality of drums, a shaft support member including one end portion pivotably mounted on the shaft support frame member and another end portion removably mounted on the shaft support frame member, and the shaft support member being arranged to support at least one end portion of the plurality of rotation shafts, and a drum placement mechanism provided with a guide member.

A dough dividing apparatus includes a dough discharge member () having a front end surface () having a recessed surface () extending substantially horizontally and having a circular arc-shaped cross-section and dough discharge holes () having outlets () opening on the front end surface, cutters () having cutting edges () extending in the longitudinal direction of the recessed surface (), and a cutter driving device () that causes the cutting edges () to perform circular motion while keeping the cutters in a fixed posture so that the cutting edges periodically slide along the recessed surface downward from above it to cut and divide dough continuously extruded from the outlets ().

Dough dividing apparatus

A kneaded dough dividing apparatus has a divider vessel body having a dough inlet and two dough outlets for discharging kneaded dough as two streams of dough. The divider vessel body is provided therein with an outlet control member that simultaneously partially closes the two dough outlets. The outlet control member is displaceable relative to the two dough outlets to reduce the opening area of one of the two dough outlets when enlarging the opening area of the other of the two dough outlets and to reduce the opening area of the other dough outlet when enlarging the opening area of the one dough outlet.

Kneaded dough dividing apparatus

An easily cleanable horizontal mixer () includes a mixing bowl (), a roof () configured to close an upper opening of the mixing bowl, and a material feed tube () provided on the roof and communicated with a material feed port formed in the roof. A rotatable lid () is disposed in the material feed tube. The lid has an inner surface () that can be set flush with an inner surface () of the roof. The mixing bowl has a scraper member () provided at an upper end () of the mixing bowl defining the upper opening. The scraper member slides on the inner surface of the roof when the mixing bowl is rotated from a mixing operation position to a non-mixing operation position.

Horizontal mixer

An easily cleanable horizontal mixer. This horizontal mixer () includes a mixing bowl () having an upper opening, a material feed port (), a roof () configured so as to close the upper opening, a material feed tube () attached to the roof and extending upwardly from a periphery of the material feed port to define a material feed passage extending through the material feed port, and the lid () disposed in the material feed tube. The mixing bowl has a bottom wall (), a peripheral wall () extending from the periphery of the bottom wall to the upper opening, and a scraper plate () at an upper end () of the peripheral wall. The lid has an inner surface () that is, at a position to close the material feed port, brought into a position where the inner surface is flush with an inner surface () of the roof.
