An attachment structure is for attaching a compressor to an attachment surface of an attachment target member. The compressor is a scroll type compressor and has a housing, a fixed scroll and a movable scroll. The housing is fixed to the attachment surface. The fixed scroll is fixed inside the housing and has a fixed-side tooth having a scroll shape. The movable scroll has a movable-side tooth having a scroll shape and engaging with the fixed-side tooth. The movable scroll revolves with respect to the fixed scroll. A central axis around which the movable scroll revolves is parallel with the attachment surface. A vibration direction, which is included in a radial direction of the compressor and in which a vibration component becomes largest, is different from a normal direction when viewed in an axial direction of the central axis.

Attachment structure for compressor

A rotary compression mechanism includes: a shaft attached to a casing; a drive cylinder rotatably supported on the shaft; a rotor provided inside the drive cylinder; a transfer mechanism connecting the drive cylinder and the rotor in rotational motion at a constant speed; and a partition plate dividing a space defined between an inner periphery of the drive cylinder and an outer periphery of the rotor. The rotor has a second rotation center which is eccentric with respect to a first rotation center of the drive cylinder such that the outer periphery of the rotor is in contact with the inner periphery of the drive cylinder at a contact portion. The partition plate has a structure by which one end of the partition plate is let in and out in a vicinity of the inner periphery of the drive cylinder or in a vicinity of the outer periphery of the rotor.

Rotary compression mechanism

Provided is a refrigerating machine oil composition, which is to be used for a refrigerant including a mixture of an unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound, a saturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound and CO, contains a base oil which includes at least one selected from a polyoxyalkylene glycol, a polyvinyl ether, a copolymer of a poly(oxy)alkylene glycol or a monoether thereof and a polyvinyl ether, and a polyol ester and has a kinematic viscosity at 100&#xb0; C. of 2 mm/s or more and 50 mm/s or less and a hydroxyl value of 5 mgKOH/g or less, is able to be used for a refrigerating machine system using a refrigerant having a low global warming potential and usable especially for a car air conditioner or the like and including a mixture of an unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound, a saturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound and CO, and exhibits not only excellent compatibility with the refrigerant but also excellent stability.

Refrigerator oil composition and refrigerator system

A stationary base plate includes a sub-bypass hole, which communicates between a suction chamber and a first compression chamber, and a main bypass hole, which communicates between the suction chamber and a second compression chamber. A rotational center of the orbiting scroll and the sub-bypass hole are located along a first imaginary line. The rotational center of the orbiting scroll is also located along a second imaginary line, which is perpendicular to the first imaginary line. The main bypass hole opens at a location of the stationary base plate, which is on a side of the second imaginary line where the sub-bypass hole is located, so that timing of communicating between the suction chamber and the first compression chamber with each other is deviated from timing of communicating between the suction chamber and the second compression chamber with each other.

A refrigerant passage within a main shaft includes an axial refrigerant passage extending in parallel with the main shaft from the end surface thereof, and a radial refrigerant passage communicating with the axial refrigerant passage and extending radially outwardly. The radial refrigerant passage is located between the end surface of the main shaft and a motor rotor. Thus, when the main shaft rotates, suctioned refrigerant is uniformly sprayed toward an entire coil. Further, the refrigerant flows toward a compression mechanism through the electric motor, thereby cooling the electric motor effectively.

Sealed-type electric compressor having refrigerant passage

Refrigerant passages in a compressor include an upper refrigerant passage and a lower refrigerant passage. The upper refrigerant passage is positioned above a datum line extending through a center of a rotor shaft of a compressor motor and perpendicularly to the rotor shaft, and the lower refrigerant passage is positioned below the datum line. A cross-sectional area of the upper refrigerant passage is larger than that of the lower refrigerant passage. Thus, even when lubricating-oil blocks the lower refrigerant passage, the refrigerant flows through the upper refrigerant passage, thereby reducing the pressure loss of the refrigerant, and preventing the lubricating oil from being caught in the refrigerant and discharged with the refrigerant from the compressor.

An electric motor-driven compressor is positioned closer to the center of gravity of an engine than a compression mechanism, and is mounted in such a manner that an axial direction of an electric motor is parallel to a crank shaft of the engine. Therefore, a vibration force produced by the engine and applied to the electric motor is reduced.

Mounting structure of electric motor-driven compressor

A first lubricating oil passage and a second lubricating oil passage, extended from a contacting surface between a partition wall and a fixed scroll are formed in the partition wall (middle housing). A recess for communicating the first lubricating oil passage with the second lubricating oil passage is formed on the fixed scroll. Accordingly, the lubricating oil amount between the first lubricating oil passage and the second lubricating oil passage is easily controlled by adjusting the size of the recess.

Compresser with lubricating oil control

Lubricant oil, separated from compressed fluid and stored in an oil storage chamber formed beneath a motor, is introduced via an internal oil supply passage to an attachment groove formed for installing a main bearing. The lubricant oil passes through the main bearing, and flows toward a compressor. The lubricant oil is also supplied to an oil supply hole formed inside a rotation shaft of the motor via lubricant oil grooves, and lubricates and cools a needle bearing. Accordingly, axial length of housing protruding portion is reduced, and thereby reducing an entire axial length of the electrically-driven compressor apparatus.

Compressor with motor

A scroll compressor having injection ports 70A and 70B opened to operating chambers Vc during a predetermined period of a complete compression cycle, so that a part of the refrigerant circulating in a refrigerating system is injected into the compression chambers from the injection ports. The injection ports are opened to an intermediate pressure chamber, which is at a pressure between the pressure of the refrigerant sucked into the compressor and the pressure of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor. The intermediate pressure chamber is arranged so as to eliminate pressure pulsations therein. Check valves 72A and 72B are provided in an end plate 54 of a stationary scroll member 50. Furthermore, relief valves may also be provided in the end plate for releasing the pressure of the operating chambers to a low pressure side of the refrigerating system.

Compressor having refrigerant injection ports

A swash plate type compressor has a rotary shaft, an inclined swash plate for rotation with the shaft, and a plurality of pistons connected to the swash plate. Each piston defines at both ends thereof a pair of working chambers. The piston reciprocates while being subjected to a swing motion concomitant with the rotation of the swash plate, to suck a fluid into the working chambers for compression. The swash plate is mounted on the shaft through a support unit which serves to selectively vary the inclination of the swash plate and shift the center of rotation of the swash plate along the shaft. The fluid is introduced from a suction passage through and around the swash plate to suction chambers formed adjacent the working chambers. A bypass passage is formed to directly communicate the suction passage with the suction chamber on one side of the shaft while bypassing the swash plate. When the inclination of the swash plate is decreased and the rotational center position thereof is shifted so that substantially no compression of fluid is completed in the working chambers on the one side of the shaft to decrease the displacement of the compressor, the fluid flows in the one side suction chamber through the bypass passage responsively to the flow of fluid toward another side working chambers to lubricate and cool sliding parts for the shaft.
