A drive mechanism for a track-type vehicle has a mechanism for providing selective and facilitated assembly and disassembly thereof. The drive mechanism comprises a first housing which houses a steering clutch and brake assembly and defines a first annular flange, a second housing which houses a final drive assembly and defines a second annular flange engaging with the first annular flange through a movable annular sleeve, a freely connectable and disconnectable connecting shaft mounted between the steering clutch and brake assembly and the final drive assembly, and a connecting and disconnecting mechanism for the connecting shaft.

Drive mechanism for track-type vehicle

A steering control valve system for a crawler vehicle has four valve spool bores formed in parallel to each other at equal intervals in a valve body, four valve spools respectively inserted slidably into the four valve bores, four actuator members respectively inserted slidably into the four valve bores so as to respectively actuate the four valve spools, and a link mechanism for operatively connecting between the four actuator members and operating mediators, wherein the valve system is controlled by only a push-in operation of the valve spools. The operating mediators are steering levers and a brake pedal or electric motors and operating buttons.

Steering control valve system for crawler vehicle

A double-drum winch having a single power transmission train for both a hook drum and a boom drum. The power transmission train comprises a high speed clutch and a low speed clutch mounted on a single first clutch shaft which is in turn mounted for rotation on a winch frame, a hook lowering clutch and a boom lowering clutch mounted on a single second clutch shaft which is in turn rotatably mounted on the frame, and a hook hoisting clutch and a boom hoisting clutch mounted on a single third clutch shaft which is in turn rotatably mounted on the frame, the second clutch shaft being located between the first and third clutch shafts and engageable with both the clutch shafts. The power transmission train is connected with the hook drum and the boom drum via a hook brake shaft and a boom brake shaft, respectively.

Double-drum winch

An apparatus for actuating an operating valve unit for winch comprising a casing, a first shaft fixedly supported within said casing, second and third shafts rotatably supported within said casing, said second and third shafts being operatively connected with a hook lever and a boom lever, respectively. Said valve unit includes six valves for operating a hook clutch, a hook brake, a boom clutch, a boom brake, a lifting clutch, and a lower clutch, respectively. First and second cams are slidably and rotatably mounted on said first shaft and a third cam is rotatably but not slidably mounted on said first shaft. Said first shaft is operatively connected with said second and third shafts, respectively, so as to selectively actuate said valves in response to operations of said hook lever and said boom lever.

Apparatus for actuating operating valve unit for winch

A control valve is provided which is designed to be set in place on a hydraulic circuit of a two-drum type hydraulic-actuated winch for controlling the actuation of the hook and the boom of a crane, and to be employed for actuating a hoisting-up clutch, a hoisting-down clutch, and a brake. A control valve is designed with a spool and a sliding lever arranged in place in the main body of the valve in such a manner as to be free to slide therein, with the said sliding lever connected with a control lever for the hook and the boom, wherein the operating capability of the said control lever is so set in place as to be on a higher level than the hydraulic operating capability to be fed to hydraulic equipment.
