Electromagnetic linear valve

In a pump control apparatus that controls the discharge of brake fluid using the rotation of a motor, the number of windings in a low speed circuit is set such that the motor operates at a second rotation speed when the low speed circuit is connected to a power supply. A high speed circuit shares a portion of the windings of the low speed circuit so that the motor operates at a first rotation speed when a power supply voltage is supplied to an input terminal which is disposed midway in the windings of the low speed circuit. An ECU determines the load state of the motor based on a difference between the output voltage at an output terminal and the power supply voltage.

Pump control apparatus and brake control system

An electric parking brake control apparatus includes: an electric parking brake actuator that pulls cables connected to respective parking brake units of wheels; a brake actuator that controls braking pressures applied to the wheels by service brakes; a pressure-increase control unit that controls the brake actuator to increase the braking pressures to a predetermined value, when a tension of the cables falls below a predetermined target tension after the cables are pulled until the target tension is achieved; and a tension-increase control unit that controls the electric parking brake actuator to pull the cables until the tension of the cables exceeds the target tension, after the brake pressures are increased by the pressure-increase control unit.

Electric parking brake control apparatus, electric parking brake system, and method for controlling electric parking brake system

An oil pump comprises a rotation shaft having an eccentric part, a needle roller bearing supporting the eccentric part of the rotation shaft, a tappet abutting on the outer ring of the needle roller bearing and arranged in a radial manner, a plunger arranged on the tappet and reciprocated by the rotation of the rotation shaft, and a balancer arranged on both ends of the eccentric part. The balancer has a large diameter part and a small diameter part and when the large diameter part is arranged so as to face the direction opposite to an eccentric direction, the rolling space of a roller can be projected from an axial direction through the balancer.

Plunger driving structure

A hydraulic brake system for a vehicle includes a brake having a wheel cylinder that applies a braking force to a wheel, and a pressurizing device. The pressurizing device pressurizes the brake liquid and includes a suction portion for sucking a brake liquid, and additionally includes an output portion connected to the wheel cylinder. A linear solenoid valve includes at least one housing, and is connected to the wheel cylinder and to the suction portion of the pressurizing device. The solenoid valve includes a valve portion having a reciprocating valve member and a valve seat opposed to the valve member. A biasing member biases the valve member in one direction and a solenoid applies a drive force to the valve member in an opposite direction. In addition, a hydraulic-pressure-decrease restraining device restrains a decrease of pressure of the brake liquid in the housing.

Hydraulic brake system

A bearing comprises a cage which is provided on a circumference of a rotary shaft to hold elements rotating in an oil. A guide unit is provided on the cage to feed the oil in an axial direction or a radial direction of the rotary shaft.

Bearing, bearing mechanism, and plunger pump

A roller bearing including a plurality of rollers which are provided between an outer circumferential surface of an inner member and an inner circumferential surface of an outer member; and a substantially cylindrical roller holder which has a plurality of pockets holding the plurality of rollers, respectively, such that each of the rollers is rotatable about an axis line thereof and which is rotatable around the inner member. A sign of a skew angle of each of the rollers is constant irrespective of how much the each roller is inclined relative to a corresponding one of the pockets in a circumferential direction of the roller holder.

Roller bearing and pump including same

A normally closed electromagnetic valve is closed again after temporarily being opened during an abnormality check of the valve. When the valve is opened, electricity is supplied so that a plunger is moved by a coil but a back face of the plunger does not abut against a receiving face of a fixed portion. Because the plunger does not strike the fixed portion, no impact noise is generated. Also, when the valve is closed, the electricity is not instantly dropped to zero, but is gradually reduced. As a result, impact noise when the valve strikes the valve seat is able to be reduced.

Electromagnetic valve control device and method

The pump is connected on its delivery side through an auxiliary passage to a primary passage connecting the master cylinder and brake cylinder to each other, and a pressure control valve is provided in a portion of the primary passage between the master cylinder and a point of connection thereof to the auxiliary passage. The pressure control valve releases working fluid from the pump to the master cylinder when delivery pressure of the pump is higher than the master cylinder pressure by more than a predetermined amount, and the pump is activated when the fluid pressure generated in the brake cylinder is required to be higher than the master cylinder pressure, during brake operation.
