A wiring module to be attached to a plurality of power storage elements each having an electrode terminal and arranged in an arrangement direction, the wiring module including: an insulative sheet; and a plurality of electric wires disposed along the arrangement direction, on a surface of the sheet. The electric wires are respectively electrically connected to bus bars that are connected to electrode terminals of the plurality of power storage elements.

Wiring module, power storage module, bus bar, and manufacturing method for power storage module

It is aimed to improve a holding force for holding a retainer on a housing. A female connector (F) includes a female housing (), female terminal fittings () to be inserted into the female housing () from behind, and a retainer () mounted on the female housing (). The retainer () is movable in a direction intersecting an inserting direction of the female terminal fittings () between a partial locking position where insertion of the female terminal fittings () into the female housing () is allowed and a full locking position where the female terminal fittings () inserted into the female housing () are retained. The female housing () is formed with displacement restricting portions (). The retainer () is formed with hooking portions () capable of coming into contact with the displacement restricting portions () from front when the retainer () is at the full locking position.

Connector having improved holding force for retainer

To provide a technique for enabling a single exterior member to be easily used for both a region of a wire harness that is disposed in a flat state and a region thereof that is disposed in a bent state. The wire harness includes an exterior member formed in a sheet shape, and a wire disposed overlapping the exterior member in at least a partial region extending along an extension direction of the wire. At least a part of a portion where an insulating covering of the wire and the exterior member overlap is welded. A partial region of the exterior member that extends along the extension direction of the wire is in a flat state, and at least another partial region of the exterior member that extends along the extension direction of the wire is rolled up in a direction intersecting the extension direction of the wire.

Wire harness

The wire harness includes a sheathing member that is formed in a sheet shape, at least one electric wire that is arranged on a first principal surface side of the sheathing member, and a sewing thread that sews the electric wire to the sheathing member. A partial region of the sheathing member that is arranged along an extension direction of the electric wire is in a flat state, while another at least partial region of the sheathing member that is arranged along the extension direction of the electric wire is curved in a direction intersecting with the extension direction of the electric wire.

Wire harness with sewing and manufacturing method of wire harness

A electricity storage module is provided with a stack formed by stacking a plurality of electricity storage elements having positive and negative lead terminals that protrude outward from end portions thereof and insulating holder members made of an insulating material for holding the electricity storage elements. A connecting portion formed by connecting different polarized lead terminals of adjacent electric cells is disposed in a position shifted from other connecting portions than that connecting portion as seen from the stacking direction of the stack, and the insulating holder members are provided with windows that correspond to the connecting portions.

Electricity storage module

A battery wiring module that is attachable to an electric cell set configured with a plurality of electric cells that are lined up in a line-up direction, and that have metal terminals, namely a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The battery wiring module includes: a bus bar for electrically connecting the metal terminals of adjacent electric cells to each other; a resin protector that is made of insulating resin, that has a bus bar holding section for holding the bus bar, and that is attachable to the electric cell set; and an electronic control unit for detecting a state of at least one electric cell. The resin protector is configured to accommodate a tolerance in the line-up direction of the plurality of electric cells, and the electronic control unit is attached to the insulating protector so as to be movable in the line-up direction relative to the insulating protector.

Wiring module

An electricity storage module is provided with a stack formed by stacking a plurality of electricity storage elements having positive and negative lead terminals that protrude outward from end portions. Differently polarized lead terminals of adjacent electricity storage elements are bent in opposite directions and connected by superimposing and welding the end portions thereof.

An electricity storage module includes a stack, holder members, and heat-transfer plate members. The stack is formed by stacking power storage elements having lead terminals protruding outward from end portions. The holder members are made of insulating resin and are attached to the end portions of the power storage elements, the holder members holding the power storage elements. The heat-transfer plate member are disposed between power storage elements adjacent in a stacking direction, the heat-transfer plate members made of heat conductive material. An engaging portion is provided on one of the holder members and the heat-transfer plate members, and an engaged portion arranged to be engaged by the engaging portion is provided on the other of the holder members and the heat-transfer plate members. The holder members and the heat-transfer plate members are integrated by mutual engagement of the engaging portions and the engaged portions.

Electrical storage module

A connector () collectively connects terminals () of a plurality of devices () by being fit to a stacked body () in which the plurality of devices are stacked. The connector () includes a terminal main portion () with a plurality of independent fitting portions (to) for connection to the respective terminals () of the devices (). The connector () also has a terminal holding portion () for supporting and uniting the terminal main portion (). Connecting portions (to) connect the fitting portions (to) and the terminal holding portion () and are formed as tolerance absorbing portions capable of absorbing a tolerance due to the stacking of the devices by a resilient force.

Connector

A wiring module () includes a wiring harness () including a plurality of wires () and connectors () fixed to ends of the respective wires () and fittable into fitting portions () of a stacked device (). A positioning member () is fixed to the wiring harness () and capable of being positioned at a predetermined position with respect to the stacked device (). The positioning member () includes connector fixing portions () arranged at the same intervals as the fitting portions () of the stacked device (). The connector fixing portion () positions each connector () of the wiring harness () fixedly at a position facing the corresponding fitting portion () when the positioning member () is positioned at the predetermined position with respect to the stacked device ().

Battery connecting assembly

A connector includes a plurality of cavities () into which terminal fittings are to be accommodated. The cavities () are separate tubular members independent of a connector main body () and each of the cavities () also is configured as a separate member independent of the other cavities. The connector main body () functions as a holder for accommodating the plurality of cavities () and the cavities () are locked individually in the connector main body (). Clearances are provided between the individual cavities () and the connector main body () in these locked parts and the cavities () are permitted to move relative to the connector main body () due to the clearances.

To provide a terminal-attached plate, which is capable of providing a connector fitting portion at only one end portion of a battery module, and is capable of preventing the battery module from being made thick, and to provide a plate assembly, and a battery module. A battery module includes a single-cell stack and a plate assembly including stacked plates turned back alternately and connected to an end of the stack, each plate including a joining portion, a plate supporting portion, a terminal including a connecting portion connected to a tab of the battery and a contact portion connected to a connector, and a hood member protecting the contact portion, wherein the hood member is disposed at a position offset to an end portion side of the plate from a center in a longitudinal direction of the plate.

Terminal-attached plate, plate assembly, and battery module

A battery module includes: a plurality of connecting members electrically connecting electric terminals of adjacent electric cells; and a flexible flat cable formed by flatly encapsulating an outer circumference of a flat conductor with an insulating resin and joining the plurality of connecting members. Portions of the flexible flat cable to be disposed between adjacent connecting members are provided with folded portions formed by folding the flexible flat cable at folded lines. The folded lines extend in a direction crossing a longitudinal direction of the flexible flat cable.
