A hose for fuel transportation including an inner layer which is a fluororesin layer having electrical conductivity, and an outer layer which is a fluororesin layer having no electrical conductivity, wherein the fluororesin layer in the inner layer includes a material having electrical conductivity, and the material having electrical conductivity comprises a metallized inorganic compound having a surface portion including one of zinc oxide, glass beads and titanium oxide.

Hose for fuel transportation

A fuel hose having a two layer structure comprising an inner layer made of a fluororesin and an outer layer adjacent thereto, made of a thermoplastic resin other than a fluororesin, wherein the fluororesin has a tensile strength at break of higher than 21 MPa, and the fluororesin of the inner layer has a melt adhesiveness with the thermoplastic resin of the outer layer.

Fuel hose

A hose for fuel having a laminated structure comprising an inner layer (A) made of a ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer adhesive to a polyamide resin and an outer layer (B) made of a polyamide resin, is formed. Such a hose for fuel is excellent in interlaminar adhesive strength and also excellent in antistatic properties and fuel permeation-preventing properties, and particularly, the dependency of the interlaminar adhesive strength on the take-up speed during the co-extrusion molding, is small.

Hose for fuel

A fuel hose wherein an electrically conductive fluororesin is used as an inner layer, and the inside surface thereof is smooth even when it is molded at a high speed, is provided. As the inner layer, a highly melt flowable fluororesin having an electrical conductivity and a melt flow rate of from 14 to 30 (g/10 min), is used to form a fuel hose wherein the inside surface of the inner layer is substantially smooth.

In 100 parts by weight of a composition, from 2 to 89 parts by weight of a fluorinated polymer having a fluorine content of at least 65 wt %, from 97 to 10 parts by weight of a non-fluorinated polymer and from 1 to 35 parts by weight of a dispersing agent having a carboxylic acid group or its derivative, or a sulfonic acid group or its derivative, are blended.
