A natural-gas purification apparatus includes: a compressor that adjusts the pressure of natural gas; a cooling unit that liquefies and separates a part of natural-gas liquid by cooling the natural gas after the pressure adjustment by the compressor; a heating unit that heats the natural gas after the separation of the part of the natural-gas liquid by the cooling unit; carbon-dioxide separation units that are arranged in series and separate carbon dioxide from the natural gas heated by the heating unit through carbon-dioxide separation membranes; and a thermostatic chamber that adjusts the temperature of at least the carbon-dioxide separation unit disposed at the most downstream side among the carbon-dioxide separation units.

Natural-gas purification apparatus

A natural-gas purification apparatus includes: a plurality of carbon-dioxide separation units that are arranged in series and separate carbon dioxide, through carbon-dioxide separation membranes, from natural gas pressurized by a compressor, cooled by a cooling unit to liquefy and separate a high-boiling-point hydrocarbon component, and heated by a heating unit; a gas supply pipe that is provided between the plurality of carbon-dioxide separation units through on-off valves and that supplies the natural gas; a compressor that is provided to the gas supply pipe; a cooling unit that liquefies and separates a high-boiling-point hydrocarbon component by cooling the natural gas pressurized by this compressor; and a heating unit that heats the natural gas after the separation of the high-boiling-point hydrocarbon component by this cooling unit.

A natural-gas purification apparatus includes: a compressor that adjusts the pressure of natural gas from the ground; a cooling unit that liquefies and separates a part of natural-gas liquid by cooling the natural gas after the pressure adjustment by the compressor; a heating unit that heats the natural gas after the separation of the part; a carbon-dioxide separation unit that separates carbon dioxide from the natural gas heated by the heating unit; and an arithmetic control device that adjusts and controls at least one of the compressor, the cooling unit, and the heating unit to a value which has been set in advance according to the composition of the natural gas, such that the cooling unit will liquefy and separate the part of the natural-gas liquid in the natural gas and the carbon-dioxide separator maintains the remaining part of the natural-gas liquid in the natural gas in gaseous form.

A COrecovery system includes an absorption tower that brings gas containing COinto contact with a COabsorption solution to remove COfrom the CO-containing gas; a regeneration tower that regenerates a CO-absorbed rich solution; and a compression device that re-uses a lean solution, from which COhas been removed in the regeneration tower, in the absorption tower and compresses COin gas emitted from the regeneration tower, wherein the rich solution has a high pressure, the high-pressure rich solution is subjected to gas-liquid separation by a flash drum, the rich solution as a liquid component separated in the flash drum is introduced into the regeneration tower, and high-pressure COgas as a gas component separated in the flash drum is introduced into a compression device having a predetermined compression pressure.

The system is provided with: a first heat exchanger which is interposed at an intersection between a rich solution supply line and a lean solution supply line, which has absorbed COand HS extracted from a bottom portion of an absorber, and a regenerated absorbent; a second heat exchanger which is interposed at an intersection between a semi-rich solution supply line and a branch line branched at the branch portion C from the lean solution supply line, and the lean solution; a merging portion which merges a branch line configured to supply the lean solution after heat exchange with the lean solution supply line; and a flow rate adjusting valve which is interposed in the lean solution supply line to adjust the distribution amount of the lean solution.

The system includes: an absorber which brings an introduction gas into contact with an absorbent that absorbs COand HS; an absorbent regenerator which releases COor the like to regenerate the absorbent; a second supply line which returns a regenerated absorbent to the absorber from the regenerator; a third supply line which extracts a semi-rich solution from the vicinity of a middle stage of the absorber, and introduces the semi-rich solution to the vicinity of the middle stage of the regenerator; and a semi-rich solution heat exchanger which is interposed at an intersection between the third supply line and the second supply line to perform the heat exchange between the semi-rich solution and the lean solution.

An absorber that uses a gasified gas containing COand HS formed by gasifying coal, for example, as an introduced gas, and that makes the COand HS absorbed from the introduced gas by bringing the introduced gas into contact with an absorbent for absorbing C0and HS; an absorbent regenerator-that extracts absorbent that has absorbed COand HS from the bottom of the absorber and introduces the absorbent from the top of the absorber, and that regenerates the absorbent by releasing the COand HS; a second supply line that returns the regenerated absorbent from the regenerator to the absorber; and a third supply line that extracts the absorbent (semi-rich solution) that has absorbed a part of the COand HS from the vicinity of the middle of the absorber, and that introduces the semi-rich solution in the vicinity of the middle of the regenerator.

Provided is a COrecovery system including: a high-pressure absorption tower; a high-pressure regeneration tower that partially regenerates a COabsorption solution from the absorption tower through a first liquid feed line; a second liquid feed line that extracts a semi-lean solution having a heat resistance temperature thereof or lower from the high-pressure regeneration tower and introduces a portion of the semi-lean solution into a middle stage of the high-pressure absorption tower; a branch line that introduces a rest of the semi-lean solution into a flash drum; a third liquid feed line that introduces a lean solution after adding pressure thereto into a top of the high-pressure absorption tower; a high-pressure COcompression device where high-pressure COgas from the high-pressure regeneration tower is introduced; and a low-pressure COcompression device where low-pressure COfrom the flash drum is introduced.
