A shield connector includes a first housing and a second housing, a first shield shell configured to cover the first housing, and a second shield shell configured to cover the second housing. The first shield shell includes a first connecting portion and the second shield shell includes a second connecting portion. An electrically conductive fastening member electrically connects the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion to each other. The first housing includes a first fixing portion, and the second housing includes a second fixing portion. The first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are held together by the fastening member in a state in which the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are interposed between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion.

Shield connector

A connectordisclosed by this specification is a connectorto be mounted on a casingof a device by being inserted into a mounting holeprovided in the casingand includes a terminalconnected to a wire W, a housinghaving the terminalmounted therein, and an intermediate terminalmade of metal, mounted in the housingand disposed between the terminaland a mating terminalin the casing. A fastened component (nut) disposed in the casingand to be fastened to a fastening component (bolt B), the mating terminal, the intermediate terminaland the terminalare arranged side by side in a fastening direction, and the terminaland the mating terminalare connected via the intermediate terminalby being collectively fastened by the fastening component and the fastened component.

Connector

A waterproof connector is a connectable to a device-side connector () and has a housing () with a fitting () that can fit into an outer tube () of the device-side connector (). A connector seal ring () is fit on an outer peripheral surface of the fitting () and is held resiliently in close contact with the outer tube () and the fitting (). Individual terminal accommodating portions () are provided in the housing () and can fit into device-side cavities () provided in the device-side connector (). Individual seal rings () are fitted on outer peripheral surfaces of the individual terminal accommodating portions () and are held resiliently in close contact with inner peripheral surfaces of the device-side cavities () and the individual terminal accommodating portions (). The connector seal rings () and the individual seal rings are displaced in a front-rear direction.

A service plug includes a lever () supported on a cover () for movement between full and partial locking positions. A housing () is connectable to and separable from the cover () as the lever () is moved. Heavy current terminals () are disconnected from a power supply circuit in a separating process of the cover (). A detection terminal () is switched from an ON-state to an OFF-state in the separating process of the cover (). A stopper () contacts restricting walls () on the cover () to stop a movement of the lever () from the full locking position toward the partial locking position until the heavy current terminals () are disconnected from the power supply circuit after the detection terminal () is switched from the ON-state to the OFF-state in the separating process of the cover ().

Power supply circuit cut-off device and method of controlling power supply

A shield connector () has a housing () with a terminal mounting portion (), a receptacle () and a mounting flange (). Male terminals () are mounted in the terminal mounting portion () and have tabs that project into the receptacle (). A shield shell () including a shell main body () and resilient contact pieces () for grounding the shell main body () to a mounting member. The resilient contact pieces () have leading ends () accommodated in accommodating portions () formed in the mounting flange (), and the housing () includes protection walls () located lateral to the resilient contact pieces ().

A shield connector is provided with terminal fittings () having shield cables () connected thereto, a connector housing (), into which the terminal fittings () are to be mounted, a shield shell () to be accommodated into the connector housing (), and resilient pieces () each including a contact portion () which is provided on the shield shell () and comes into contact with a connection portion (B) of the shield cable (). Each resilient piece () includes projecting pieces () for preventing the resilient piece () from being excessively deformed by coming into contact with restricting portions () provided in the connector housing ().

A connector has a housing () including a terminal mounting portion (), a receptacle () and a mounting flange () between the terminal mounting portion () and the receptacle (). A seal ring () is mounted on a surface of the mounting flange () to be held in contact with a mounting wall () for sealing between the mounting flange () and the mounting wall (). The seal ring () includes a ring main body () surrounding the outer periphery of the terminal mounting portion () and fixing portions () for fixing the ring main body () to the mounting flange (). Each fixing portion () includes a bulge () at an inner peripheral side of the ring main body (). A lock () projects from the bulge () toward a side opposite to a sealing surface and engages a locking hole () in the housing ().

A shield connector (C) includes a tubular metallic shield shell () integrally attached to the outer circumferential surface of a housing () made of resin by insert molding. The shield shell () is formed with a cut () extending between opposite ends in a longitudinal direction, and a pair of opening preventing pieces (A,B) which extend radially inward or outward, circumferentially face each other and can come into contact with each other when edges (A,B) at the opposite sides of the cut () are displaced in directions away from each other are provided on the opposite edges (A,B) of the shield shellfacing each other with the cut () therebetween.

A central electricity distribution member for a rotary electric machine, comprising connecting bus bars of respective phases for connecting, among coils of respective phases wound around a stator of the rotary electric machine, the coils of the same phases; a connecting bus bar for a neutral point for connecting the coils of the same phases wound around the stator of the rotary electric machine; a circular holding groove capable of receiving the respective connecting bus bars as the respective connection bus bars are insulated from one another; a bus bar insulating portion formed using insulating material; a bus bar-side positioning portion provided on each of the connecting bus bars; and an insulation-side positioning portion provided on the bus bar insulating portion, for performing positioning between the respective connecting bus bars and the bus bar insulating portion in cooperation with the bus bar-side positioning portion.

Central electricity distribution member for rotary electric machine

Each terminal () of a bulb socket () has a power-supplying tab () and a bulb connecting portion () that are integral with one another. The bulb connecting portion () is on an extension of the power-supplying tab () extending along an inserting direction into a connector accommodating portion (). Thus, the bulb socket () is reduced in height, the number of assembling steps is reduced, and the deformation of the terminals can be avoided. Further, a reduction in the number of parts leads to reduced production costs.

A housing () is insert-molded around a core () holding terminal fittings (). The core () is provided with a holdable portion () at a position exposed to outside through an opening () formed in the housing () and held in a molding die (). Thus, the core () is prevented from displacements from its a proper position upon being subjected to an injection pressure of a resin. Further, the holdable portion () is located in a sealed area of a connector fitting portion () defined between the connector fitting portion () and a mating female connector (), the entrance of water through the opening () can be prevented.

Insert-molded connector and method of forming it

In a process of secondary insert molding, a molten resin is injected into a cavity ( ) for secondary molding that is formed by bring a clipping portion ( ) of a mold for secondary molding into contact with an outer surface of a primary molding article ( ). Connector and method for producing the same

The invention improves the assembly operation of a lighting fixture. A single electric wire W is distributed between a connector and bulb sockets and and contact welding terminals A and B attached to the connector and the bulb sockets and make contact. The electric wire W is cut off at specified locations, thereby forming a feeder circuit to bulbs B. Next, a sealing member made from elastomer is moulded so as to cover portions of the electric wire W extending from the connector and the bulb sockets and then the bulb sockets and and the connector are inserted into attachment holes passing through a lighting fixture panel
