The vehicle braking device includes a pilot pressure control portion which executes normal control in which the pilot pressure is controlled in response to the target value of the servo pressure and shortening control in which the change amount of the pilot pressure per unit time is greater than the change amount under the normal control in a mutually different timing, a state judging portion which judges the state of the master piston relating hysteresis of sliding resistance of the master piston based on the detection result of the servo pressure detecting portion or the liquid pressure co-relating with the servo premeasure and a control switching over portion which terminates the shortening control based on the detection result of the servo pressure detecting portion and the detection result of the state judging portion.

Vehicle braking device

The hydraulic pressure generating device includes a regulator (spool valve) formed by a cylinder body, a spool which slidably moves within the cylinder body, a pilot chamber in which a pilot pressure which is a hydraulic pressure moving the spool along in an axial direction is inputted and an output chamber out of which an output pressure which is a hydraulic pressure corresponding to the pilot pressure is outputted, wherein the hydraulic pressure generating device further includes a spool position obtaining portion which obtains a relative position of the spool relative to the cylinder body and a pilot pressure controlling portion which controls the pilot pressure based on the relative position obtained by the spool position obtaining portion.

Hydraulic pressure generating device and spool position presuming device

The hydraulic pressure control includes a valve portion which adjusts a fluid flowing into or flowing out of a hydraulic pressure chamber, a state judging portion which judges whether or not a state of the hydraulic pressure chamber is in a state in which the actual pressure is increasing even the holding signal has been inputted to the valve portion and a control portion which executes a specific control which keeps the actual pressure to the hydraulic pressure within the dead zone when the state judging portion judges that the state of the hydraulic pressure chamber is in a state that the actual pressure fluctuates even the holding signal has been inputted to the valve portion.

Hydraulic pressure control device

The hydraulic pressure control device has an idle region, and is provided with a control portion, and a correcting portion which, in cases when the reaction time of the actual pressure to pressure increasing control or pressure decreasing control exceeds a predetermined threshold time, corrects a control current towards the side in which the flow-rate is increased. In cases when a judging portion has judged that the pressure increasing control is in the idle area, the correcting portion applies, as the threshold time, an idle threshold time set to a value different from the threshold time that in cases when the judging portion has not judged that the pressure increasing control is in the idle area. Furthermore, in cases when the reaction time of the actual pressure to the pressure increasing control exceeds the idle threshold time, the correcting portion corrects the control current.

A vehicle braking device performs a following control which makes an actual value of a physical quantity follow a first target value when the actual value of the physical quantity is a value outside a dead zone and a suppression control which suppresses a change of the actual value when the actual value is a value within the dead zone in order to control the physical quantity associated with the braking force to be the first target value. The vehicle braking device comprises a setting portion which sets a second target value which follows the first target value and which is smaller than the first target value, when the first target value is increasing and a control portion which performs a control to make the actual value approximate the second target value.

The hydraulic pressure control device controls a valve part for adjusting the inflow/outflow of a fluid into and out of a hydraulic pressure chamber formed in a braking device to control the actual hydraulic pressure of the fluid in the hydraulic pressure chamber, to a target hydraulic pressure of the actual hydraulic pressure and includes a determination unit which determines whether a response delay time of the actual hydraulic pressure is equal to or greater than a prescribed permitted delay time and an inflow/outflow quantity correction unit which executes increase correction processing in which the valve part is controlled to increase the inflow/outflow quantity of the fluid in the hydraulic pressure chamber when the determination unit has determined that the response delay time is equal to or greater than the permitted delay time.

A valve control device includes a correction unit that corrects hysteresis in output of a control valve according to an increasing/reducing direction of a control output value; a detection unit configured to detect an actual output value to the control valve corresponding to the control output value; and a forbidding unit configured to forbid correction by the correction unit, until a difference between the control output value and the actual output value becomes within a predetermined range, after the increasing/reducing direction of the control output value is switched.

Valve control device, liquid pressure control device, and valve control method

A hydraulic pressure braking force generation device is provided with a first control unit for performing control for inhibiting excessive responses in which the input pressure is controlled such that the output pressure is within a first region set using a braking target oil pressure as a reference, a second control unit for performing control for responsiveness in which the increase speed or decrease speed of the input pressure is increased so as to be larger than that in the control for inhibiting excessive responses, to cancel response delay and a switching unit which, on the basis of the state of the braking target oil pressure, switches between the control for inhibiting excessive responses performed by the first control unit and the control for responsiveness performed by the second control unit.

Vehicular braking device

A vehicle brake device includes a hydraulic pressure control portion which performs a feed-back control so that an actual hydraulic pressure of the brake fluid approximates an instruction target pressure and a target pressure setting portion which sets the instruction target pressure to a value closer to the actual hydraulic pressure side than an operating target pressure, when a pressure deviation between the operating target pressure which is a target value of the hydraulic pressure of the brake fluid corresponding to a brake operation and the actual hydraulic pressure is larger than a first pressure difference and at the same time when the actual hydraulic pressure is approaching to the operating target pressure.

Provided is a braking device capable of suppressing an overshoot or undershoot in output pressure. This vehicle braking device is configured such that a pressure adjustment unit has a piston which is driven by the difference between force corresponding to pilot pressure and force corresponding to output pressure, and a control unit estimates, on the basis of a stroke-related value regarding the amount of movement of the piston, the amount of change of the output pressure that changes even after switching from pressure increase control or pressure reduction control to holding control of the output pressure, and controls a valve unit on the basis of the estimated amount of change of the output pressure.

In a vehicular brake device, while a brake operating member is not operated and a wheel cylinder pressure supplying control is executed to supply the target wheel cylinder pressure to the respective wheel cylinders individually, the vehicle control device sets the target servo pressure to a first predetermined target servo pressure which is a value smaller than a maximum output pressure of the servo pressure generating device. When the execution of the wheel cylinder pressure supplying control starts, the vehicle control device sets the target servo pressure to be the target wheel cylinder maximum value when a firstly occurred rising inclination of the target wheel cylinder maximum value is equal to or more than a minimum increment of an output of the servo pressure generating device per unit time and at the same time when the target wheel cylinder pressure is smaller than the first determined target servo pressure.

Vehicle control device

A vehicle control device which is applicable to a vehicle brake device, controls the pressure increasing control valve and the pressure-decreasing control valve so that an actual servo pressure detected by the servo pressure sensor becomes a target servo pressure; and controls so as to increase the target servo pressure by a predetermined amount, while the brake actuator is executing the braking control which accompanies a brake fluid pumping back control wherein the brake fluid supplied to the wheel cylinder is pumped back to the master cylinder by the built-in pump.

A brake device for controlling an actual pressure of an output hydraulic pressure outputted from a pressure adjusting device and applying a braking force to a wheel of a vehicle based on the actual pressure of the output hydraulic pressure. The brake device includes an actual pressure judging portion configured to judge whether or not the actual pressure of the output hydraulic pressure is the pressure that is within the range of the dead zone and a adjusting portion configured to execute a target pressure adjustment for adjusting a target pressure of the output hydraulic pressure to approximate a side of the actual pressure of the output hydraulic pressure.

Brake device

A vehicle brake device includes a pressure adjusting device wherein as the volume of a pilot chamber is changed by the movement of a piston and the flow rate of liquid flowing in and out of the pilot chamber increases, the amount of movement of the piston increases with reference to the piston position in an equilibrium state where the force corresponding to the pilot pressure and the force corresponding to the output pressure are balanced, whereby the flow rate of the liquid flowing in and out of an output chamber increases. A control device, when judged by a limitation necessity judging portion that the gradient of output pressure should be limited, implements at least one of pressure increasing gradient limit control for opening a pressure decreasing electromagnetic valve under pressure increasing control, or pressure decreasing gradient limit control for opening a pressure increasing electromagnetic valve under pressure decreasing control.

A method for detecting fluid leakage from a pressure-decrease valve in a hydraulic brake system having an ABS device including: a shutoff valve for shutting off supply of a working fluid from a fluid-pressure supply source to a brake device provided for a wheel; the pressure-decrease valve for discharging the working fluid from the brake device; a reservoir for storing the working fluid discharged from the pressure-decrease valve; and a return pump for returning the working fluid stored in the reservoir to a portion between the shutoff valve and the fluid-pressure supply source, the method including the steps of: activating the return pump in a state in which the hydraulic brake system is not in ABS operation, and detecting the fluid leakage from the pressure-decrease valve based on a variation in a pressure of the working fluid in the fluid-pressure supply source caused when the return pump is activated.
