An internal batch mixer is provided with: a casing within which a material is mixed; a door which opens and closes a material discharge opening of the casing by being rotated about the axis thereof and closes the material discharge opening when in a closed state; and a latch mechanism which, when the material is mixed in the casing, holds the door in a latched state, the latched state being a state in which the material discharge opening is being closed by the door and cannot be opened, and which, when the material having been mixed in the casing is discharged from the inside of the casing, releases the door from the latched state. The latch mechanism is provided with a linear actuator which has a movable section capable of moving linearly and moves the movable section to the door side to supply power to the latch member, the power causing the latch member to move to the door side, and a linear sensor for measuring the distance of linear movement of the movable section caused by the linear actuator. Information relating to the displacement of the latch member is displayed on a display device on the basis of the distance of linear movement of the movable section measured by the linear sensor.

A sealed mixer comprises a housing provided with a mixing chamber and a material insertion port for inserting materials into the mixing chamber; a weight for pressing the materials inserted into the material insertion port toward the mixing chamber; and a shaft member which extends upward from the weight and moves upward and downward together with the weight, the weight being connected to a lower end portion of the shaft member, a reservoir adapted to store lubricant between the weight and the shaft member is formed at a part connecting the weight and the shaft member, and a lubricant supply path adapted to supply the lubricant from an outside toward the reservoir is formed in the shaft member.

Sealed mixer

A batch mixer having a barrel which forms a cylindrical sealed chamber having a section consisting of two mutually communicated circles, and two rotors housed in the chamber to mix a mixing material by rotation, at least one of the inner wall of the barrel and the surface of the rotor having a plurality of recessed parts or protruding parts. The recessed parts or protruding parts are formed of grooves or projections extended in the direction crossing to the rotating direction of the rotor rotated in the chamber to mix the material. According to this structure, a batch mixer excellent in the controllability of material temperature during mixing can be provided.

Batch mixer

A batch mixer, which includes a floating weight that is freely elevatable by hydraulic cylinders in a hopper which is provided for a mixer main body in a communicated state and into which mixing materials are charged, includes: a linear scale capable of continuously detecting the elevating/lowering position of a floating weight; a position setting device that sets the elevated position of the floating weight; and a control device that controls the elevating/lowering position of the floating weight based on the positional detection signal of the linear scale and the set value of the position setting device. The control device sends a stop signal to a direction switching solenoid valve to stop the action of the hydraulic cylinders when the positional detection signal matches the positional set value. With such a constitution, the stop position of the floating weight can be changed without requiring a complicated work.

A heat exchange system includes a rotor, a hole, a main tube, and branch tubes. The rotor, the outer surface of which is in contact with a kneaded object, has a heat-exchange chamber therein, in which a heat medium flows. The hole having a diameter less than that of the heat-exchange chamber is formed on one end of the rotor. The main tube is insertable through the hole and communicates with the heat-exchange chamber. Its diameter is determined such that a given space is ensured between the hole and the main tube. Each branch tube extends from the periphery of the main tube towards the surface of the heat-exchange chamber and has an opening on its top end, through which the main tube communicates with the heat-exchange chamber. The branch tubes are flexible to pass through the space when the main tube is inserted or removed.

Heat exchange system and rotor having the same

Disclosed is a tire press used for manufacturing a tire, in which a mechanism for clamping a closed mold is simplified. An upper heating unit for heating an upper-half mold has a cylinder structure in which a heating medium receiving member and a movable heat transfer member are provided. By supplying the heating medium to the heating medium receiving member, the upper-half mold can be heated via the movable heat transfer member, and the pressure from (clamping action) can be applied on the upper-half mold by the movable heat transfer member.

Tire press

It is the object of the present invention to firstly provide a loading system and loading method of high working efficiency, and secondly, to provide a loading system and method in which a high precision of loading onto a center mold can be regularly assured without the need for repeated correction checks. The loading system includes a transport car 2 movable along a plurality of tire vulcanizing presses 1 arranged in a line; a robot arm 3 mounted on said transport car 2 for movement in three XYZ dimensions to a prescribed position in a desired stance; and a green tire chuck 6 fixed to the end of said robot arm 3. A load method essentially comprises the steps of picking-up, transportation, loading and chucking during shaping, of a green tire largely through movement of the robot arm of said system. Further, a position detection sensor such as a visual sensor is mounted on the end of the robot arm 3 together with the chuck 6, and said position detection sensor is used to monitor a prescribed datum such as a tally mark of said vulcanizing press and thereby effect the positioning of said robot arm in at least two dimensions XY.

Loading system and method for a tire vulcanizing machine

A tire press in which a pair of upper and lower molds are opened/closed and squeezed by an operation of a crank mechanism is disclosed. Especially, the tire press is improved in the aspects of its machine accuracy, strength, size, and maintenance. The tire press has: a pair of upper and lower molds; a base for supporting the lower mold; side frames on both sides of the base; a side slot vertically extended in each of the side frames; a top slide which slides along the side slots and holds the upper mold; and a crank mechanism for moving the top slide only in the vertical direction. The crank mechanism includes: a crank gear; a lever attached to the crank gear and whose front and is positioned on the outer side of the outer diameter of the crank gear; and a link connecting a crank fulcrum at the tip of the lever and the top slide sliding along the side slots. The side slot vertically extends parallel to a vertical central line crossing the center of rotation of the crank gear and the crank fulcrum. Projected in the central portion through the pair of upper and lower molds are adjusted to an optional height.

A tire vulcanizing system capable of performing high accuracy transportation of a green tire by a loader and of performing high accuracy transportation of a vulcanized tire by an unloader including a group of tire vulcanizing presses having many tire vulcanizing presses 1 arranged in a row and manipulators 2 arranged along the group of the tire vulcanizing presses in such a way that they may freely run. The tire vulcanizing presses 1 are constructed such that the upper and lower molds 80, 81 are stored between the engaging or disengaging upper and lower press members in such a manner that they may be fastened with the green tire mounting table 7 and the post-cure inflator 8 arranged around them. The manipulators 2 are provided with slides 31 which can be connected to the upper press member in such a way that they may be lifted up or descend, loader 32 for transporting the green tire from the center of the green tire mounting table 7 to the centers of the molds 80, 81, and unloader 33 for transporting the vulcanized tire from the centers of the molds 80, 81 to the center of the post-cure inflator 8 or its near center. The manipulators 2 are provided with the position setting element 34 for stopping in respect to the desired tire vulcanizing press 1. At least one of the loader 32 and the unloader 33 is provided with a centering corrector for accommodating for an error in stopping position by the position setting element 34.
