The disclosure provides a vehicle battery cooling device including, in a vehicle equipped with a battery for driving, a battery accommodation part, an outside air introduction passage introducing air outside the vehicle, a heat exchanger cooling air introduced into the outside air introduction passage, a first air conditioning passage, a second air conditioning passage, a first discharge passage, and a second discharge passage. The first air conditioning passage is communicated to the heat exchanger and the vehicle room to supply air cooled by the heat exchanger to the vehicle room. The second air conditioning passage is communicated to the heat exchanger and the battery accommodation part to supply air cooled by the heat exchanger to the battery accommodation part. The first discharge passage discharges air in the vehicle room to outside the vehicle. The second discharge passage discharges air in the battery accommodation part to outside the vehicle.

Vehicle battery cooling device

Provided is an installation structure of a heat accumulator for a vehicle, provided on a back surface side of a bumper beam of the vehicle in the front portion of the vehicle and accumulates heat by storing a refrigerant. The bumper beam extends in the left-right direction of the vehicle and has a height dimension A in the vertical direction orthogonal to the length direction. The heat accumulator extends along the length direction of the bumper beam in a state of being close to a back surface of the bumper beam, and has a height dimension B in the vertical direction orthogonal to the length direction. The bumper beam and the heat accumulator are arranged with centers in the vertical direction coinciding with each other in the front-rear direction, and the height dimension B is set to A&#x2264;B&#x2264;1.6A with respect to the height dimension A.

Installation structure of heat accumulator for vehicle

Provided is a layout structure of refrigerant piping near a heat accumulator in a vehicle, which is connected to the heat accumulator and can reduce cooling of the refrigerant piping near the heat accumulator due to blowing of wind that comes with running of the vehicle, thereby suppressing heat dissipation of the refrigerant flowing into and out of the heat accumulator. The heat accumulator mounted in a front portion of the vehicle is arranged to extend in a direction substantially orthogonal to a front-rear direction of the vehicle, and has refrigerant inflow part and outflow part at an end. The refrigerant piping includes inflow piping connected to the inflow part and outflow piping connected to the outflow part. The inflow piping and outflow piping are arranged to extend along a length direction of the heat accumulator in a state of being close to a back surface of the heat accumulator.

A camshaft support structure for an internal combustion engine includes a cylinder head, a camshaft, a plurality of bearings, an auxiliary machine drive cam, an auxiliary machine, and a pulsar plate. The plurality of bearings include a terminal bearing supporting the camshaft to be rotatable with respect to the cylinder head about a rotational axis. The auxiliary machine has a plunger provided to be moved forward and backward by the auxiliary machine drive cam. The pulsar plate projects from the camshaft in a radial direction of the camshaft and is provided on an opposite side of the auxiliary machine drive cam with respect to the terminal bearing. The pulsar plate has a second surface facing the terminal bearing in the axial direction. Each of the first surface and the second surface is provided to slidably contact the terminal bearing.

Cylinder head for internal combustion engines

In an internal combustion engine including a valve actuating mechanism, a vibration control member made of vibration control alloy is interposed in a path of vibration transmission between a camshaft and a cylinder head. The vibration control alloy has a vibration isolation capability comparable to that of rubber, but provides a durability and a resistance to degradation comparable to those of metal and alloy that are typically used in internal combustion engines. Therefore, a desired vibration control can be achieved while ensuring a required reliability, durability and resistance to degradation. The present invention is particularly useful when the valve actuating mechanism is provided with a variable lift, variable timing or variable compression mechanism because such a variable mechanism increases the stress to the engine, and tends to cause more vibrations than a more conventional non-variable valve actuating mechanism.
