The purpose of the present invention is to provide novel solid gold-nickel alloy nanoparticles and a production method thereof. Provided are solid gold-nickel alloy nanoparticles having a particle diameter of 500 nm or less. In particular, gold-nickel alloy nanoparticle are provided in which the concentration of nickel in the gold-nickel alloy is 2.0-92.7 wt %, and the main component is a gold-nickel alloy in which gold and nickel are in a nano-level fine mixed state. The gold-nickel alloy particles have as the main component a substitutional solid solution of gold and nickel. These gold-nickel alloy particles are optimally formed by mixing and discharging gold ions, and a substance having reducing characteristics in the thin film fluid occurring between processing surfaces which are arranged facing each other, which can move towards and away from each other, and at least one of which rotates relative to the other.

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel, sold metal alloy. Provided is a metal alloy containing two or more types of metal, wherein an equilibrium diagram of the metal alloy shows the two or more types of metal in a finely mixed state at the nanolevel in a specific region where the two types of metal are unevenly distributed. This metal alloy has a substitutional solid solution of the two or more types of metal as the principal constituent thereof. This metal alloy is preferably one obtained by precipitation after mixing ions of two or more types of metal and a reducing agent in a thin-film fluid formed between processing surfaces, at least one of which rotates relative to the other, which are arranged so as to face one another and are capable of approaching and separating from one another.

Solid gold-nickel alloy nanoparticles and production method thereof

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel, solid silver-copper alloy. Provided is a solid silver-copper alloy in which the concentration of copper contained in the silver-copper alloy is 0.1-99.94 wt %, and which has, as the principal constituent thereof, a non-eutectic structure which does not contain a eutectic when the solid silver-copper alloy is at room temperature. This silver-copper alloy can be produced by mixing a fluid containing silver ions and copper ions with a fluid containing a reducing agent, and separating silver-copper alloy particles therefrom. It is preferable to mix the fluid containing the silver ions and copper ions with the fluid containing the reducing agent in a thin-film fluid formed between processing surfaces arranged so as to face one another, capable of approaching toward and separating from one another, and capable of having at least one surface rotate relative to the other. The diameter of the particles of the silver-copper alloy is preferably 50 nm or less. This solid silver-metal alloy may also be a solid alloy comprising one or more types of other metals in addition to silver and copper.

In response to the demand for shape-controlled metal microparticles accompanying rapid development and progress in industry in recent years, metal microparticles, which have projections on the surfaces of the particles that are integrated with the particles, are provided. The metal microparticles have integrated conical projections on the surfaces of the particles, and at least some of the projections are more than &#xbc; of the size of the particles. The protrusions that protrude from the metal microparticles melt and deform at a temperature lower than the melting point of the metal itself.

Provided is a method for producing metal microparticles in which the ratio of crystallite diameter to the particle diameter of the metal microparticles is controlled. At least two types of fluid to be processed are used, including a metal fluid in which a metal or a metal compound is dissolved in a solvent, and a reducing agent fluid which includes a reducing agent. Sulfate ions are included in one or both of the metal fluid and the reducing agent fluid. The fluid to be processed is mixed in a thin film fluid formed between at least two processing surfaces, at least one of which rotates relative to the other, and which are disposed facing each other and capable of approaching and separating from each other, and metal microparticles are precipitated. The present invention is characterized in that at this time, the ratio (d/D) of the crystallite diameter (d) of the metal microparticles to the particle diameter (D) of the metal microparticles is controlled by controlling the molar ratio of metal and sulfate ions in the mixed fluid to be processed.

Method for producing metal microparticles

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing metal microparticles in which the particle diameter and the coefficient of variation are controlled. Using at least two kinds of fluid to be processed including a fluid which contains at least one kind of reducing agent, the fluid to be processed is mixed in a thin film fluid formed between at least two processing surfaces, at least one of which rotates relative to the other, and which are disposed facing each other and capable of approaching and separating from each other, and metalmicroparticles are separated. At this time, the fluid to be processed containing one or both of the fluid which contains at least one kind of metal and/or metal compound and the fluid which contains at least one kind of reducing agent contains a water-containing polyol in which water and a polyol are mixed, and does not contain a monovalent alcohol, and the particle diameter and coefficient of variance of the separated metal microparticles is controlled by controlling the ratio of water contained in the water-containing polyol.

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing nickel microparticles in which the ratio of crystallite's diameter to the particle diameter of the nickel microparticles is controlled. At least two types of fluids to be processed are used, including a nickel compound fluid in which a nickel compound is dissolved in a solvent, and a reducing agent fluid in which a reducing agent is dissolved in a solvent. Sulfate ions are included in the nickel compound fluid, and polyol is included in the nickel compound fluid and/or the reducing agent fluid. The fluid to be processed is mixed in a thin film fluid formed between at least two processing surfaces (), at least one of which rotates relative to the other, and which are disposed facing each other and capable of approaching and separating from each other, and nickel microparticles are precipitated. The present invention is characterized in that at this time, the ratio (d/D) of crystallite's diameter (d) to the particle diameter (D) of the nickel microparticle is controlled by controlling the pH of the nickel compound fluid introduced between the processing surfaces () and the molar ratio of sulfate ions with respect to nickel in the nickel compound fluid.

Method for producing nickel microparticles

The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a high heat-resistant phthalocyanine. The phthalocyanine is separated by mixing a phthalocyanine separation solvent and a phthalocyanine solution wherein a phthalocyanine starting material is dissolved in a solvent. The phthalocyanine is wherein having high heat resistance, the decomposition temperature of the separated phthalocyanine being at least 10&#xb0; C. higher than the decomposition temperature of the phthalocyanine starting material. Also, the phthalocyanine solution may be the result of dissolving at least two types of phthalocyanine starting material in the solvent, the separated phthalocyanine being wherein containing a solid solvent of the at least two types of phthalocyanine starting material and by the decomposition temperature of the separated phthalocyanine being at least 10&#xb0; C. higher than the decomposition temperature of a mixture of at least two types of phthalocyanine separated by mixing the phthalocyanine separation solvent and each of at least two types of phthalocyanine solution resulting from dissolving each of the at least two types of phthalocyanine starting material in a solvent.

A method for increasing the production of fine particles is provided. The method uses at least two types of fluids to be processed, a raw material fluid containing at least one type of fine particle raw material and a fluid for treating the fine particle raw material. Fine particles are obtained by mixing the fluids to be processed in a thin film fluid formed between at least two processing surfaces which are disposed to be faced with each other so as to be able to approach to and separate from each other, at least one of which rotates relative to the other. The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide; solid solution pigment nanoparticles having a homogeneous solid solution ratio; a method for producing solid solution pigment nanoparticles having a homogeneous solid solution ratio in each primary particle; and a method for controlling the solid solution ratio of solid solution pigment nanoparticles. Provided is a method that is for producing microparticles and that is characterized by containing at least the following two steps: (I) a step for preparing a microparticle starting material solution by dissolving at least one type of microparticle starting material in a solvent using high speed stirring or ultrasonic waves, and (II) a step for precipitating microparticles by mixing the microparticle starting material solution and at least one type of precipitation solvent for precipitating the microparticle starting material in a thin film fluid formed between at least two processing surfaces that are disposed facing each other, are able to approach/separate from each other, and of which at least one rotates relative to the others.
