The steel sheet comprises: a predetermined chemical composition; and a steel microstructure that contains ferrite: 45% to 90%, martensite: 5% to 30%, bainite: 1% to 25%, and retained austenite: 3% or more and in which [Mn]/[Mn] is 1.00 to 1.15 and [Mn]/[Mn]is 1.00 to 1.30, wherein TS×El is 16000 MPa·% or more.

Provided are a high-yield-ratio high-strength galvanized steel sheet and a method for manufacturing thereof. The high-yield-ratio high-strength galvanized steel sheet has a steel sheet having a specified chemical composition and a metallographic structure including, in terms of area ratio, in terms of area ratio, 15% or less of ferrite, 20% or more and 50% or less of martensite, and bainite and tempered martensite in a total amount of 30% or more, and a galvanized layer formed on the steel sheet having a coating weight of 20 g/mto 120 g/mper side, in which a yield strength ratio is 65% or more, a tensile strength is 950 MPa or more, and Mn oxides are contained in the galvanized layer in an amount of 0.015 g/mto 0.050 g/m.

High-yield-ratio high-strength galvanized steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same

A high-strength galvanized steel sheet is excellent in the external appearance of plating and the hydrogen brittleness resistance, and has a high yield ratio, and a method for manufacturing the same. High-strength galvanized steel sheet and method for manufacturing same

The high-strength galvanized steel sheet includes a steel sheet having a prescribed composition and a microstructure including martensite and tempered martensite, the total area fraction of the martensite and the tempered martensite being 30% or more, and a galvanizing layer formed on the surface of the steel sheet. The diffusible hydrogen content in the high-strength galvanized steel sheet is 0.50 wt. ppm or less. High-strength galvanized steel sheet and method for producing the same

There is provided a high-strength hot-dipped steel sheet having excellent coating adhesion and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet. The steel sheet has a chemical composition, and a coating layer is disposed on the steel sheet. The chemical composition includes, by mass %, C: 0.02% or greater and 0.30% or less, Si: 0.01% or greater and 2.0% or less, Mn: 0.2% or greater and 3.0% or less, P: 0.08% or less, S: 0.02% or less, and Al: 0.001% or greater and 0.40% or less, with the balance being Fe and incidental impurities. The coating layer has a coating weight per side of 30 to 90 g/mand contains exfoliated base steel in an amount of 0.3 to 1.5 g/m.

High-strength hot-dipped steel sheet having excellent coating adhesion and method for manufacturing same

A high-strength hot-dip coated hot-rolled steel sheet excellent in terms of surface appearance quality and coating adhesiveness and a method for manufacturing. The method includes performing hot rolling followed by pickling on steel to form a pickled steel sheet, the steel having a chemical composition containing, by mass %, C: 0.02% or more and 0.30% or less, Si: 0.01% or more and 1.0% or less, Mn: 0.3% or more and 2.5% or less, P: 0.08% or less, S: 0.02% or less, Al: 0.001% or more and 0.20% or less, and Fe and inevitable impurities. The method further includes performing rolling with a rolling reduction ratio of 1% or more and 10% or less, and a hot-dip coating treatment. The obtained steel sheet has an arithmetic average roughness Ra of 2.0 &#x3bc;m or less on the surface of the steel sheet, and a tensile strength of 590 MPa or more.

High-strength hot-dip coated hot-rolled steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same

Provided are a high-strength galvanized hot-rolled steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet. A steel sheet has a chemical composition, and a galvanized layer is disposed on the steel sheet. The chemical composition includes, in mass %, C: 0.02% or greater and 0.30% or less, Si: 0.01% or greater and 2.5% or less, Mn: 0.3% or greater and 3.0% or less, P: 0.08% or less, S: 0.02% or less, and Al: 0.001% or greater and 0.20% or less. The galvanized layer has a coating weight per side of 20 to 120 g/m. A surface of the steel sheet has a specific surface area ratio, r, of 2.5 or less, and an amount of Si present in the galvanized layer and an amount of Mn present in the galvanized layer respectively satisfy: amount of Si&#xd7;r&#x2264;0.06, and amount of Mn&#xd7;r&#x2264;0.10.
