A blood pressure measurement device includes a device main body, a curler, and a sensing cuff. The curler curves following a circumferential direction of a wrist from a hand back side of the wrist to a region where at least an artery is present on a hand palm side of the wrist. The curler includes a cover portion that fixes the device main body to the hand back side of the wrist. The curler has a curvature of an end portion on a short-hand side from the cover portion set smaller than a curvature of an end portion on a long-hand side from the device main body. The end portion on the short-hand side is separated from the end portion on the long-hand side. The sensing cuff is provided on the long-hand side of the curler and an inner circumferential surface on the hand palm side of the wrist.

A method for manufacturing a blood pressure measurement cuff includes preparing an outer cloth, preparing an inner cloth, and forming a bag-shaped portion. The bag-shaped portion has an opening on a peripheral edge of the bag-shaped portion. A curler is inserted into the bag-shaped portion through the opening, the curler being flexible and configured to curve and conform to the measurement site. An air bladder is formed by welding the opening of the bag-shaped portion such that the air bladder surrounds an inner side and an outer side of the curler thereby containing the curler. The outer cloth is attached to an outer surface on a first side of the air bladder configured to be opposite to the measurement site, and the inner cloth is attached to an outer surface on a second side of the air bladder configured to be towards the measurement site.

A blood pressure measurement cuff is a blood pressure measurement cuff to be attached such that it wraps around a measurement site and includes: a curler that is flexible and curves so as to naturally conform to the measurement site; an air bladder containing the curler due to being wrapped around the inner side and outer side of the curler; an inner cloth attached to an outer surface on the measurement site side of the air bladder; and an outer cloth attached to an outer surface on the side opposite to the measurement site of the air bladder.

A blood pressure measurement cuff includes a belt-shaped body and a ring having a temporary fastening structure that allows a region continuous with the outer circumferential end of the belt-shaped body to be pulled through the ring away from the measurement site during attachment and suppresses a case in which the region continuous with the outer circumferential end of the belt-shaped body is pulled back through the ring by elastic force of the measurement site. The temporary fastening structure includes a sleeve member fitted around a second side of the ring for pivoting around the second side. The sleeve member includes a first region that allows the outer cloth to slide and a second region having a projection that applies friction to the outer cloth in that order from an upstream side toward a downstream side with respect to a direction in which the belt-shaped body is pulled.

A blood pressure measurement cuff wrapped a direction along circumferential direction around a measurement site, the blood pressure measurement cuff containing fluid bladder between belt-shaped body composed of inner cloth to be in contact with the measurement site and outer cloth opposing the inner cloth. Ring attachment member attached to a region on inner circumferential end-side of the outer cloth and hook-and-loop fastener provided in a region on outer circumferential end-side of the inner cloth are included. The ring has a temporary fastening structure that allows a region continuous with outer circumferential end of the belt-shaped body to be pulled through ring with arm strength in a direction away from measurement site during attachment and suppresses a case in which the region continuous with the outer circumferential end of the belt-shaped body pulled by the arm strength is pulled back through the ring by elastic force of the measurement site.

Blood pressure measurement cuff and attachment method for the same

An isolator includes a work chamber, a sterilizing substance supply unit, a gas flow channel pressure adjustment unit, a work chamber barometer, and a controller.
