An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing high-purity 2,6-NDA having a small alkali metal content. The present invention relates to a method for producing a high-purity 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid, comprising a purification step of washing a crude 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid having a specific surface area of 2 m/g or more in the presence of an aqueous medium under a temperature condition of 90&#xb0; C. or more and less than 200&#xb0; C.

Method for producing 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid

A crushing chamber is formed between a concave liner and a mantle liner. The concave liner has a first area surface having a length of T to &#x221a;2T; a second and a third area surface; which surfaces are gradually inclined from the side of the inlet for the crushing chamber. The mantle liner has a first tapered surface having a length of greater than T, a cross angle of less than 20&#xb0; and an inclination angle of greater than 60&#xb0;; a second tapered surface having a length of greater than 0.5T and a cross angle of 5&#xb0; to 10&#xb0;; and a third tapered surface having an inclination angle of 45&#xb0; to 50&#xb0;. The area surfaces as well as the tapered surfaces are continuously arranged in a curvilinear manner. The shapes enhance the throughput of goods in a good fine-crushing performance, reducing the uneven abrasion due to the action.

There is provided a jaw crusher capable of making unnecessary repair of abrasion or settling of a contact surface between a side frame receiving plate provided on a side frame receiving a crushing reaction caused by crushing of rock or the like, and a toggle block wedge supporting the side frame receiving plate through a toggle block. A liner mounting groove 12a is provided in a lower surface of a side frame receiving plate 12, and a liner 15 comprising a pressure receiving plate 15a fitted in the liner mounting groove 12a and a vertical plate 15b in contact with a surface on the swing jaw side of the side frame receiving plate 12 is mounted on the side frame receiving plate 12 by use of a liner latch 16 having a portion in contact with the upper surface of the side frame receiving plate 12 and the surface on the counter swing jaw side so as to replace only the liner 15.

Jaw crusher

A jaw crusher in which in adjusting an outlet gap, manual releasing and applying operations for a tension force of a tension rod are not necessary, and repair of rough of a contact surface between a toggle block and a wedge and frequency of replacement thereof can be reduced. An outlet gap adjusting apparatus for automatically adjusting an outlet gap, the apparatus capable of securing a space required for maintenance on the back frame side of a swing jaw. A tension spring 21 for applying a tension force to a tension rod is compressed on the counter swing jaw 6 side of a back frame 4 of the jaw crusher 1, and a tendon spring compression cylinder 23 for releasing a compression force is provided. A wedge operating cylinder 17 for inserting a wedge 15 into a gap formed between an inclined surface 12a of a toggle block 12 moved toward the swing jaw 6 by a gap adjusting cylinder 13 provided on the counter swing jaw 6 side of the back frame 4 and the back frame 4 is mounted on a cylinder support 16 provided on a back frame horizontal rib 11. A wedge operating cylinder 17 and a wedge 15 can be freely connected and disconnected by mounting and removing a pin mounting means 19. The wedge operating cylinder 17 is inclined after the pin mounting means 19 has been removed whereby the space required for maintenance can be secured on the back frame side of the swing jaw 6 of the jaw crusher 1.

The value of a variable reflecting the operating condition of mechanical equipment is continuously detected as operation condition data. A long period average value of the operating condition data detected in long reference period, and a short period average value of data detected in a short analysis period ending in the present time are calculated. Just how much the short period average value differs from the long period average value is adopted as an index of abnormality and using this index, it is possible to ascertain abnormal operating conditions regardless of the absolute value of the variable detected. The above short period average value, long period average value and standard deviation thereof are applied to a first fuzzy membership function for calculating the degree of stability of the mechanical equipment therefrom. Furthermore, the degree of stability is then applied to a second fuzzy membership function for calculating the amount by which the operating parameter of a control factor of the mechanical equipment must be adjusted in order to achieve a desired degree of stability. Thus the mechanical equipment can be controlled for optimum operation.

A vertical roller mill which maintains a predetermined milling capacity for a long period of operation is disclosed. The outer portion of the grinding face of a milling roller is chamfered with respect to a tangent drawn at the point at which chamfering of the grinding surface of the milling roller begins and/or the outer portion of the surface of a table liner is chamfered with respect to a tangent drawn at the point at which chamfering of the surface of the table liner begins. Through this structure, a milled material is smoothly discharged to the outside of the milling table, and an otherwise possible overload to the vertical roller mill is prevented. Further, the wide and shallow abrasion pattern resulting from the use of this structure means the vertical roller mill can maintain a predetermined milling performance for a long period of operation.

Vertical roller mill

The present invention provides a roller mill control method capable of automatically controlling a roller mill which is comparatively difficult to operate for operation in an optimum operating condition, and a roller mill controller for carrying out the roller mill control method. The roller mill controller stores beforehand a roller mill characteristic model representing the relation between changes in the values of the operating condition variables detected by a detecting unit (2) and operating parameters, restrictions on the values of the operating condition variables and the operating parameters, an index of performance for evaluating the values of the operating condition variables and the operating parameters. A Simplex algorithm calculation system (5) included in an optimizing control arithmetic unit (3) calculates changes in the operating parameters by a Simplex algorithm by using the roller mill characteristic model, the restrictions and the index of performance to select the values of the operating condition variables detected by the detecting unit (2) so that the index of performance is optimized under conditions meeting the restrictions, and then, a main control unit (4) controls the roller mill on the basis of new operating parameters.
