An electronic apparatus includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board, one or more electronic components, an enclosure portion, and a second housing. The electronic components are mounted on at least one of opposing surfaces of the first circuit board and the second circuit board that oppose each other. The enclosure portion supports a surface of each of the first circuit board and the second circuit board to oppose each other with a predetermined gap therebetween.
