The present invention is to provide a cell chip and a three-dimensional tissue chip and a production method therefor such that even when a highly viscous cell-containing solution is a material, the highly safe and reproducible cell chip or three-dimensional tissue chip with a desired application volume can be produced within a short time and in a large quantity so as to have a desired cell density and exhibit high cell viability.

The present invention provides a cage, for a rolling bearing, whose surface is silver-plated by using a barrel plating method capable of improving the durability thereof in a sliding test. In the cage, for the rolling bearing, made of an iron metal material and having a precious metal-plated layer formed on a surface thereof, the precious metal-plated layer is formed on a base plated layer formed on a surface of the iron metal material by using a barrel electroplating method. A surface of the base plated layer consists of a smooth surface. The precious metal-plated layer is in direct close contact with the smooth surface. The base plated layer consists of a metal having a higher ionization tendency than the precious metal formed on the surface of the base plated layer. A cavity is not present at an interface between the copper-plated layer and the silver-plated layer.

A raw material derived from a biomass is at least partially used for a producing raw material of a polymeric matrix composing the polymeric elastic body or the synthetic resin composition.

Provided is a housing for a resin fluid dynamic bearing device in which deterioration with time of a fixing force for another member is mitigated and which can maintain a high bearing performance for a long period of time. The housing formed of a resin composition exhibiting a compression creep amount of 8% or less when a compressive pressure of 80 MPa is applied for 168 hours at an atmosphere temperature of 80&#xb0; C., provides a sufficient fixing force for the another member fixed with a press-fitting force, for example, a bearing sleeve press-fitted into an inner periphery of the housing even after a long term use. It is an object of the present invention to provide a resin composition whose flowability is secured when the resin composition is injection-molded into injection-molded articles such as a resin-made crown-shaped cage and a resin-made seal both for a rolling bearing and a resin-made sliding bearing and which is capable of enhancing the mechanical strengths and toughnesses of these injection-molded articles to such an extent that these injection-molded articles can be used as bearing members. The resin composition is formed into a molded article and used as a bearing member. The resin composition is composed of polyamide resin or polyester resin to which polycarbodiimide is added. The polyamide resin is at least one resin selected from among polyamide 66 resin and polyamide 11 resin. The polyester resin is polytrimethylene terephthalate resin. 0.5 to 6 wt % of the polycarbodiimide is contained in an entirety of the resin composition. A resin-made crown-shaped cage () is obtained by injection-molding the resin composition.

Resin composition and method for production thereof, and rolling bearing and sliding bearing

The present invention provides a member, for a resin-made rolling bearing, which has a low extent of a moisture absorption-caused change in its dimension and mechanical properties, keeps sufficiently high mechanical properties after the member absorbs moisture, and is excellent in its resistance to hydrolysis, grease deterioration, and heat and also provides the rolling bearing in which the member for the rolling bearing is used. A rolling bearing () has an inner ring (), an outer ring (), a plurality of rolling elements () interposed between the inner ring () and the outer ring (), a crown-shaped cage () for retaining the rolling elements (), and a seal () covering an opening disposed at a gap between the inner ring () and the outer ring (). The cage () and the seal () are moldings of a resin composed of polyphthalamide resin.

A resin composition for a sliding member is difficult to peel and whose component is difficult to elute when the resin composition is formed as a film on a surface of a mechanical part, even though the resin composition is used in environment where the sliding member contacts lubricating oil containing a sulfur-based additive or in atmosphere containing a sulfur-based compound. A resin composition for a sliding member to be used for a mechanical part having a surface thereof formed of said sliding member. The resin composition contains polyamide-imide resin having an elongation percentage of 60% to 120%, fullerene, and at least one disulfide selected from among molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide. 0.1 to 10 vol % of the fullerene and 0.5 to 20 vol % of the disulfide are contained in an entirety of the resin composition.

A dynamic bearing deviceis equipped with a bearing sleevefixed to the inner periphery of the housing, and a rotary member rotatable relative to the bearing sleeveand the housing, in which the rotary member is supported in the radial direction and the thrust direction in a non-contact manner by a dynamic pressure action of a lubricant fluid generated in a bearing clearance. A housing for a fluid lubrication bearing apparatus is formed of a resin composition containing polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) as a base resin. The ratio of the base resin to the resin composition is not lower than 40 vol % but not higher than 70 vol %. Moreover, in the composition, an epoxy compound having two or more epoxy groups per molecule of the compound and epoxy value of 0.5 meq/g or more to the resin composition may be added so that the amount of epoxy groups in the resin composition is 8 meq/100 g or more. A carbon fiber may also be added to the resin composition in an amount of not less than 10 vol % but not more than 35 vol %. An inorganic compound may be further added to the resin composition to be the remainder of the resin composition.

A lubricating grease is provided which is excellent in durability at high temperatures, inhibits the reaction between fluorine and steel and has a long life and a rolling bearing in which the lubricating grease is enclosed. The lubricating grease contains perfluoropolyether oil as a base oil thereof and fluorocarbon resin powder as a thickener thereof, a diurea compound having an &#x2014;NH&#x2014; bond in the molecular structure thereof, an organic-acid metal salt or a bismuth-containing compound such as bismuth sulfate. The rolling bearing has an inner ring and an outer ring disposed concentrically with each other, a plurality of rolling elements interposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, and a retainer dividedly holding the rolling elements.

The present invention provides water-resistant grease which improves the resistance to peeling which occurs from the surface of a bearing composed of carbon steel for machine structural use or the like even in a strict lubricating condition in which water may penetrate into the water-resistant grease during the operation of the bearing, and a rolling bearing and a hub bearing which use the water-resistant grease and have a long life. The water-resistant grease is composed of non-water-based base oil, a thickener, and a water dispersant used as an additive. The saturated amount of water dispersible in the water-resistant grease is 30 to 60 wt %. The water dispersant capable of dispersing the water in the water-resistant grease is a surface active agent. The non-water-based base oil is mineral oil. The thickener is a urea-based compound. The present invention also provides a rolling bearing and a hub bearing in which the water-resistant grease is enclosed.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a cage that can be used in a cryogenic-temperature environment or a vacuum without providing the cage with a complicated construction and without performing special treatment and a bearing using the cage. A cage made of resin has an annular main body having a plurality of pocket portions radially penetrating the main body; and a plurality of pocket members, provided on the annular main body, which hold rolling elements of a rolling bearing. The main body is a molding of a first resin composition consisting of a first resin and a solid lubricant mixed therewith; and at least a rolling element-retaining surface of each of the pocket members is made of a second resin composition containing fluorocarbon resin as a main component thereof. The molding of the first resin composition has a tensile strength of not less than 30 MPa and a heat-resistant temperature of not less than 200&#xb0; C. The second resin composition is a fluorocarbon resin composition. The rolling bearing is constructed of an inner ring, an outer ring, the rolling elements interposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, and the cage. The rolling bearing is used for a turbopump, of a rocket engine, which uses a liquid fuel.

The present invention provides a grease composition capable of securely preventing generation of a low-temperature abnormal noise when it is cold and a grease-enclosed bearing. A grease composition comprises a base oil and a thickener, wherein the base oil has a pour point not more than &#x2212;50&#xb0; C. and a kinematic viscosity not less than 15 mm/s at 40&#xb0; C. The base oil is at least one oil selected from a PAO oil and a perfluoro ether oil. The thickener is at least one substance selected from a urea compound and a fluororesin. A mixing consistency of the grease composition is in the range of 250 to 350. A grease-enclosed bearing has an inner ring, an outer ring, rolling elements interposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, and a grease composition enclosed on a periphery of the rolling elements. The grease-enclosed bearing is used for an automotive electric auxiliary machine.

The present invention provides a rolling bearing, for a tenter clip, which is capable of restraining deterioration of a sealing member even though the sealing member contacts ester oil, and is excellent in reliability and durability at high temperatures. A periphery of an outer ring of the rolling bearing for use in the tenter clip of a film-stretching apparatus is lubricated with the ester oil. In the sealing member which covers openings disposed at both axial ends of an inner ring and the outer ring of the rolling bearing, at least a portion of the sealing member which contacts the ester oil is made of (A) a fluororubber molding of a vulcanizable fluororubber composition which comprises a copolymer containing tetrafluoroethylene (TFE), propylene, and a to-be-crosslinked monomer consisting of unsaturated hydrocarbon, having two to four carbon atoms, in which a part of hydrogen atoms is substituted with fluorine atoms or (B) a fluororubber molding of at least one fluororubber composition selected from a vulcanizable fluororubber composition containing a TFE-propylene binary copolymer and a vulcanizable fluororubber composition containing a vinylidene fluoride-TFE-propylene ternary copolymer.
