A medical information processing apparatus of an embodiment includes an image acquiring unit, an event acquiring unit, a managing unit, and an output unit. The image acquiring unit sequentially acquires medical images during a treatment procedure for a subject. The event acquiring unit sequentially acquires events in the treatment procedure on the basis of the medical images during the treatment procedure. The managing unit manages the medical images and the events, in association with temporal information on the treatment procedure. The output unit outputs the medical images such that relations between the medical images and the events are able to be known.

In one embodiment, a medical image processing apparatus used for a treatment using a device includes a memory configured to store a volume data of an object; and processing circuitry configured to acquire positional information of the device, set, in an X-ray image generated by imaging an object using X-ray, a region on which a volume-based 2D image generated from the volume data is to be superimposed, based on the positional information of the device, and generate a superimposed image by superimposing the volume-based 2D image on the set region in the X-ray image.

According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic system is used with an operation apparatus for operating, from a position separated from an object, a device inserted inside the object, and includes an imaging apparatus, an designation receiving circuit, a first display, and a second display. The imaging apparatus performs X-ray imaging of the object. The designation receiving circuit receives designation of a position on medical data from a first user who operates the device. The first display is disposed at a position visible from the first user, and displays a first image according to the designation of the position. The second display is disposed at a position visible from a second user who performs positioning of the imaging apparatus, and displays a second image different from the first image according to the designation of the position.

According to one embodiment, a gesture detection supporting system for an X-ray diagnosis includes memory circuitry, a sensor, processing circuitry and an attaching instrument. The memory circuitry stores an operation content of an X-ray diagnostic apparatus. The operation content is related to a gesture by a user. The sensor senses a gesture. The processing circuitry detects the gesture, based on an output from the sensor; acquire the operation content of the X-ray diagnostic apparatus, from the memory circuitry, based on a detection result of the gesture; and output operation information to the X-ray diagnostic apparatus, based on the operation content. The attaching instrument attaches the sensor to a ceiling of an examination room, an arm for driving an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector, an intravenous drip stand, an injector of a contrast agent, an X-ray protective board and/or a display for displaying an X-ray image.

Gesture detection supporting system for X-ray diagnosis

An X-ray diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment acquires a first X-ray image and a second X-ray image by using mutually-different radiation doses; acquires a third X-ray image based on X-rays radiated onto a region of interest of the subject and onto a region other than the region of interest in mutually-different radiation doses; obtains position information of the region of interest; and on a basis of the position information, generates a subtraction image by calculating a difference between the region of interest in the third X-ray image and a region corresponding to the region of interest in the first X-ray image and calculating a difference between the region other than the region of interest in the third X-ray image and a region corresponding to the region other than the region of interest in the second X-ray image.

X-ray diagnosis apparatus

According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an imaging apparatus, processing circuitry and permission input circuitry. The imaging apparatus includes an imaging system performing X-ray imaging of an object, and a bed on which the object is placed. The processing circuitry accepts an instruction to cause the imaging apparatus to perform a operation, and notifies a content of the operation relating to the accepted instruction to a first user. The permission input circuitry accepts information indicating permission of the operation from the first user who has confirmed the content of the operation. The processing circuitry causes the imaging apparatus to perform the operation to more severely restrict the operation compared with after acceptance of information indicating permission of the operation by the permission input circuitry, until the acceptance of information indicating permission of the operation by the permission input circuitry.
