To provide an electric driving device and an electric power steering device that have a smaller size in the axial direction and suppress stress on a circuit board due to electrical connection between a motor and the circuit board if a terminal block is provided. An electric driving device includes a motor and an electronic control unit that controls rotation of the motor. The electronic control unit includes a first circuit board, a first heat sink, a second heat sink, and a terminal block. The second heat sink sandwiches the first circuit board between it and the first heat sink. The terminal block is fixed to the side surface of the second heat sink and electrically connects motor coil wiring to the first circuit board.

Electric driving device and electric power steering device

To provide an electric driving device and an electric power steering device with a smaller area of power supply wiring in a circuit board and higher reliability of the circuit board. An electric driving device includes a motor and an electronic control unit that controls rotation of the motor. The electronic control unit includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board, a power supply wiring module, and a heat sink. The first circuit board is provided with a transistor that outputs an electric current to excite a motor coil. The second circuit board includes a control circuit that controls an electric current supplied to the transistor. The power supply wiring module is configured by molding, with resin, a choke coil for noise removal, a capacitor, and wiring that supplies electric power to at least one of the first circuit board and the second circuit board. The heat sink is sandwiched between the power supply wiring module and the second circuit board.

An electric driving device and an electric power steering device. An electric driving device includes a motor and an electronic control unit that controls rotation of the motor. The electronic control unit includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board, a second housing, a lid, and an inter-board connector. The second circuit board includes a control circuit that controls an electric current supplied to a transistor of the first circuit board. The second housing accommodates the second circuit board and has a first through hole passing therethrough in the axial direction. The lid covers the second housing. The inter-board connector connects the second circuit board disposed on the anti-load side of the second housing to the first circuit board disposed on the load side of the second housing. The inter-board connector is disposed in the first through hole.

Electric driving device, electric power steering device, and method for manufacturing electronic control unit

An electronic control device includes: a circuit board including a substrate and an electrolytic capacitor connected to the substrate; a heat sink including a recess that houses the electrolytic capacitor; and heat dissipation material provided in the recess. The electrolytic capacitor has an end surface facing a bottom surface of the recess, and the heat dissipation material is in contact with the end surface and the bottom surface.

An electric drive device and an electric power steering device that reduce temperature increase of a magnetic sensor are provided. The electric drive device includes: an electric motor; an electronic control device including a magnet at an anti-load side end of a shaft to control drive of the electric motor, and a circuit board on the anti-load side of the shaft on an extended line in an axial direction of the shaft; first coil wiring connecting the first coil groups of the electric motor to the circuit board; and second coil wiring connecting the second coil groups of the electric motor to the circuit board. Each of the first and second coil wiring includes a first portion projecting in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the shaft to the outside of the housing, and a second portion projecting outside the housing from the first portion toward the circuit board.

A substrate provided in proximity to a case for improving heat radiation, and maintaining electrical insulation between the substrate and the case even when the substrate is warped, in the substrate having electronic parts mounted thereon and a case for housing the substrate. A case body of the case has a substrate placement surface for placing the substrate, the substrate placement surface is provided with a protruding portion protruding therefrom, and the substrate is fixed on the substrate placement surface, via a thermal interface material disposed on the substrate placement surface from a periphery of the protruding portion.

A connector housing includes a hole having a minimum size that a lead section of a connector terminal to penetrate, and a guide wall which is formed along an outer peripheral of the hole, and is protruded in a direction which a lead section protrudes from the connector housing to a bending section of the lead section, wherein, by which inner walls of the guide wall is mutually and directly in contact with side surfaces of the lead section over a height near a top end side of the lead section in a bending section of the lead section from an outer peripheral of the hole, a sealing structure is formed from the bending section of the lead section to an interior of the connector housing.

Multipolar lead parts and board coupling device

A motor controller and a production method thereof are provided to be capable of lowering the stress applied to joint parts of terminals and a board as much as possible, even if a thermal load or external force is applied to the connector, and in addition, capable of achieving a sufficient coupling strength when arranged in proximity to the electric motor. In the motor controller, there are provided: a first securing section () and a second securing section () configured to secure a connector () to the case () at an outer circumference of a connector housing () of the connector (); and a positioning section () configured to position the connector () to the case (), when the connector () is inserted into the connector receiving depression section ().

Motor controller and production method of the same

There is provided a connector capable of realizing simple assembly and prevention of entering of foreign matter. A connector terminal () includes an insertion part () that has a terminal metal fitting to be electrically connected with an external connection terminal, and a pin () fixed to the insertion part () and has a bent shape. The connector terminal () is held by a connector housing (). In this situation, the connector housing () has a hole () that has a size at which the pin () can penetrate from a tip side, and a guide wall () formed along an outer circumference of the hole () and projects in a direction in which the pin () projects from the connector housing ().
